Can anyone help me. I need to delete an old iCloud account on my i phone 4S so that I can use my new one. My old e-mail was cloned by my ex husband so I had to delete the account . I do not know what the password was and I can't use password reset as the old account does not exist and I have no chance to resurect it. any ideas?

Hi Gail it is a separate apple id used on my old iphone. I now have a new appleid and password which is functioning though the new phone is bringing up my old apple ID

I have tried to delete the Icloud account but I need the password to do this (because Find My Iphone is switched to On).
I have tried to access the support site to change my password but it will not accept my date of birth as personal ID so blocks me there. I cannot reset the password by email as I no longer have access to the email address.

If your device is signed into an old ID of yours that is an earlier version of the ID you want to sign in with, do the following:
If you are using iMessage and FaceTime, make sure you are signed into these services with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iDevice and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless you are using iCloud Photo Library). When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out (or Delete Account if you are not running iOS 8) and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). 3. Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't work, try these steps:
1. Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
2. Tap Settings > iCloud and try to sign out.
3. Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
4. Tap Settings > iCloud and sign in with the new Apple ID.

This is not only on Ebay it is everywhere I search. Firefox goes back to the top of the page . It is annoying to have to figure out exactly where I was if I left the page and then returned. This is a hinderance when using Firefox. I have considered uninstalling it because of the inconvenience of 're-searching' after already doing a search. Firefox used to take me right back to where I was if I left a page, but that feature is not working now. I am not sure how to change this in the settings.

If the ID is yours but you don't know the password, you'll have to reset it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5787). If the ID belongs to a previous ownder of the phone, you'll have to either get the ID and password from them, or have them erase the phone and remove it from their account as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515.
