Ordered my iPhone 6 64gb Silver on10/10/2014. My estimated shipping date is 10/24/2014. I still have no updates on when my phone is going to be shipped or when I might receive it. They say that you'll receive tracking info about 2 days before it actually ships. I still haven't received any tracking info and my shipping date was supposed to be today. Ordered 2 iPhones (Silver 64gb) Friday - I have one on hand, the other is MIA

Ordered 2 phones via Phone customer service 9/20 at 3am EST. As I was going to use Edge plan, I was told they had to be done as separate transactions. I have one phone that was delivered 9/25, and the other iPhone has a different reason it's not here every time I talk to customer service.
One representative on 9/24 told me the card was declined for the 2nd iPhone (however my card was charged, and the CC company confirms there was no such decline).
A second representative told me 9/25 that the phone was ready to go on hold for me, and would ship out tonight (9/25) and I should see a tracking number shortly.
I call back on 9/26, and this representative tells me 11/4 is the expected date. They had no clue why I was told the day before it would ship out as they don't have any in stock.
So decided to call a few local stores, and turns out they had the 64gb in Space Grey in stock. Called back to Verizon and they said sure, I can go to the store and get the phone, and simply cancel my on-line order. Once I get to the store 30 min away, the sales rep tells me I can't do this - they have no ability to sell me a phone as there is a pending order\activation on my line.
I believe that Verizon fudged my order on the 20th, and I have to sit and wait it out while my card has been charged for the purchase already.
Seriously considering returning the phone I current have, and forgetting about this mess and switch to a different phone carrier. I have spoken to no less than 5 different representatives regarding this matter, and every one has a different story on what is going on.

No one knows anything at that company. People are always told different things by different workers. I think they just randomly shipped out whatever iphones they had on stock. I know some one on the messageboard that ordered at 12:30am and got their phone. Whereas i, who just ordered a Space grey at 12:20am before that person, have not gotten mine yet. Doesn't seem to be fair and 'in the order received' like it should have been.
That's frustrating that they had one in stock in person and you still couldn't get it. I would have definitely not ordered online if I knew going on at midnight wasn't going to be fair and get me one within a week. I would have taken my chances.
First time I've ever ordered a phone on release date, and I'm certainly never ordering it through Verizon again.

I ordered a back order iPhone 6 64gb on around 10/07. I was told I would get it in 2 weeks. Then the ship date changed to 11/3. It's 11/11 and I have yet to get any emails whether the phone will be shipped or not.

So I checked the order status again today and it still shows that it's being processed but the shipping date is still 11/3. A week later and it still hasn't been shipped. Is there someone who can help me so I have an idea when it will be shipped, if ever? I ordered a gold iPhone 6 64gb. I thought I was going to get it in 2 weeks but instead it's been over a month. There is no mail-in option for my iphone 4s 64gb UK

Hi every one!
Recently I was trying to order the mail-in service for my friend's iphone 4s 64gb, and it seemed that there is no mail-in option listed at all, only "reserve apointment" and "express line". The next minute I have tried entering the Serial of my iPad 3 as well as my iphone 4s, the option appeared in the list again... The thing is that its a paint it the arse for me to go up to the nearest Apple store, wich is miles awat from me. Please give any suggestions asap. Cheers!

Chamar, that is not true at all! Read carefully what I have written in my question once again. I said, other phones (my iphone 4s, my 2nd friend iphone 4, my ipad 3) do have that option, but suddenly not my 1st friend's iphone 4s. Last time I have used Apple's mail-in service was about month ago, had problems with the ipad 2 ligt leakes, and I got a new one that time.

You can't. If the phone is turned off it cannot be tracked using Find My iPhone. In order to track it, it must be turned on with a connection to the internet and have iCloud settings unchanged.

I ordered new IPhone 6

Hello, I ordered iPhone 6 64gb on 17th of Oct.
So I paid $1149 on 17th and i checked my money gone out.
Today on 24t I checked my bank account and $1149 was back into my account.
I checked the trasnsactions and I don't see anything , It doesn't say I used $1149 on 17th.
Is it just bank problem? or what.

I looked in the My Orders section of my Verizon account this morning (12/22), My SG iPhone 6+ 1228GB is now listed under my Recent Orders and my card was charged yesterday, So I am thinking it will ship Monday morning. This is how the process went for my wife's S 64GB 6+ two weeks ago. This is an interesting turn of events since I was also one to receive the email on Thursday about it being pushed back to 12/12 I'll keep you all posted.
Also I ordered 10/13.

I can't understand why no store is getting the iPhone 4S 64gb in Arizona, I pre-ordered the phone and it's the 3rd day of the release and I still have nothing in my hands. Funniest part is when I call they tell me "we don't know what comes in the shipments from apple," when I was told by a store manager that "Apple just doesn't like us telling customers what will be in the shipments," I can't understand why best buy can't get these 64gb models, especially for people who have already put down $50 to pre-order one.

I ordered an ATT 64 gb iPhone from Best Buy. Got a call Thursday night to come in on Friday and pick it up. Got a call Friday that it did not come in. Called around to 4 other stores in NH and was told none of my area stores got them in! No date when they will be in either. " a week or two". They took my deposit money quickly though. Never again. Same thing happened last year with my 32 gb. Took almost 3 weeks. Next time I will go right to Apple. No fooling around with these guys anymore

On 9/23 i ordered my iPhone 6 plus 64gb with an expected ship date of 11/7. I was wondering if anyone has received a confirmation or status update so far. Mine is still showing "processing" and my patience is starting to dwindle as the days go by. Any feedback will be helpful

I, too, ordered a 6+ silver 64 gb on 9/19 with a shipping date of 10/24. Around 10/15 I got an e-mail from Verizon that that order was "on track". Today (October 26), I am now told that there is a delay and the next shipping date is11/3. At this point I don't know whether to believe it. Live in Florida.

What REALLY happened with the iPhone 4S 64gb?

Like everyone else I feel completely let down that I didn't get my phone on launch day, but unlike everyone else (according to most of the posts I saw) I just really NEED to know JUST WHAT HAPPENED?
My store (in SE Wisconsin) seems to harbor a bunch of great people as employees and I'm not going to bash them, rather I would just appreciate some education to their employees by corporate. ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHY DIDN'T THE BEST BUY STORES GET THE IPHONE 4S 64GB ALONG WITH ALL OF THE REST OF THE IPHONE 4S'S.
This seems to be the situation across the country and there are a ton of people extremely unhappy. All we are getting from the front lines (ie the employees) is that the Apple distributors didn't send them? Really? There's no information anywhere about why Best Buy didn't get the phone.
I believe that if we, the customers, got the information about why we didn't get our phones on the launch day, a lot of people would be less unhappy. Also an estimated time as to when we will finally get them would be much appreciated. (Maybe trying to remedy this in the future would be a good idea too)
To sum it up:
1. Why didn't Best Buy get the iPhone 4s 64gb with all of the other iPhones
2. Please let us know what occurred to make this happen
3. Please let us know when we will get our phones, or at least when Best Buy will
4. Apologize
5. Don't let this happen again!!!

i live in sterling heights MI and have experienced similar problems.
i ordered a black 64g (at&t) iphone 4s for myself and a white 32g (at&t) iphone 4s for my wife. i arrived at the store 10 minutes after the store opened on the friday to pre-order. i was informed that there weren't many people before me who had pre-ordered through any carriers. the sales person who helped me said NOTHING about any type of snafu. he even told me stories on how they overstaffed the store (utica MI) for the verizon release and that they sold less the 10 iphone 4's on release day. he took my order and while taking it, the store manager (who the sales person advised me who had called) called him while he was helping me and informed him that the orders were to be filled in order received. wham, bam i'm out of the store as happy as can be expecting to get my hands on the phone that will make my wife a little happy camper. ok, i was pretty excited too. well, on thursday oct 13th i get a call from "sam" from best buy around 8 pm and he tells me that my phone won't be there and they'll 'probably' get another shipment later in the day. so instantly my blood begins to boil because i'm thinking to myself.......1. i only went to best buy for the $50 gift card per iphone 2 if i knew that there would be ANY issue with me possibly not getting the phone i would've just ordered from at&t or the apple store. 3 i too have spent oogles of $$$$$ at best buy and have come to expect better. finally 4th of all the way there was NO explination on WHY they didn't get either order just angered me further. since my wife has called every day and has received 3 different excuses over the four days she has called (since thur night)
i work with a lot of people who depend on cell phones and BELIEVE me.....each one will know about best buy selling items under the assumption i would've had it on launch day, and they can't even provide the item or a reason why they're not there.
whoever is in charge of the store/region/company should probably know how passionate people are with their iphone/apple products and shouldn't have led us on to believe that we would have one on lanuch day. it's just bad business! here i'm gonna take all these pre-orders and i have NO clue how many.....or even what we're going to get.
finally i'm in the catch 22......do i cancel the order and lose my place in line with the possibility of getting it any day here (that's a liberal use of the phrase any day.....probably 2 weeks) or do i cancel the order and go with the surefire at$t or apple and KNOW what i'm getting it?
from here forth best buy can $#&$ off with their pre-orders and products.....i'll go somewhere else.

You don't preorder in the Apple Store. You preorder on-line. It will be mailed to your home address. Apple has not yet announced an unlocked iPhone 5 in the U.S. so yes, you would need to select a carrier.
