I purchased a monthly subscription to PS and LR two months ago, but still cant download any of it to my computer. got an error, but now its completly undownloadable.
so after purchasing, i was unable to download it to my computer so i tried it on my wifes computer, it worked on hers, but i cant get my purchased programs on it, only the trial versions. so im stuck. I have LR4.2 on my computer but it wont view my .NEF files from my Nikon D610. so now im really irritated that i cant use anything that i have purchased from Adobe.

Tony I was charged twice for a product. I authorized one purchase for a 6 month subscription to Grindr and then I was also charged for a 1 year subscription please remove the one year subscription and refund my card... I came on the forum and read a couple of discussions on your pages and found a reply that posted links to the pages where Lightroom 5.7 could be downloaded.
I clicked the link and downloaded the update fine.
However, now when Lightroom opens, it is asking whether I want to BUY or have a free 30 day trial and won't progress any further into the app.
My CC icon reveals that my software is up to date but I can't get past this register screen, without selecting BUY or FREE 30 TRIAL .

i cant remember the answers to my security questions. i have reset my password and added the recovery email account but still cant figure out how to purchase new content. it asks me the same security questions. i also have a temp pin. how do i fix this?
If you've just added an address to your account then it will be an alternate/secondary email address, a rescue email address can only be added by answering 2 of your security questions. If you already had one on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email addressthen you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

Yes. Not because of the phone, but because Verizon will only activate iPhones sold specifically for use on Verizon's network. You can buy the phone from Apple or from Verizon, but you must buy a Verizon-designated phone. And if you buy it from Apple there's no need to visit Verizon, as Apple can activate it on your Verizon account.

You are right the Iphone is locked into the carrier softbank from Japan and its not the 3g model its the one before it, I am not sure what model.
If your iPhone is not the 3G model - it is the one before that, this means your iPhone is the first generation iPhone or the original iPhone, which WAS NOT sold officially by Apple in Japan. The first generation iPhone was sold officially by Apple in the U.S. as carrier locked with AT&T, in the UK as carrier locked with O2, in Germany as carrier locked with T-Mobile, and in France as carrier locked with Orange and as officially unlocked by Orange. The ONLY country where the first generation was sold as officially unlocked was in France, which is required by French law.
The original iPhone - the one before the 3G was not sold by Apple in Japan directly or through Softbank.
Did you purchase your iPhone from Softbank or from an Apple store in Japan ? If so, this would also mean your iPhone is carrier locked with Softbank since the iPhone is sold in Japan officially as carrier locked with Softbank only, and this would be the 3G or 3GS, not the original iPhone. This would also mean you are roaming internationally with Softbank with your iPhone in China. If you are using a SIM card from a carrier in China with your iPhone, your iPhone has been hacked to be unlocked unless you purchased your iPhone from an unofficial source in Japan which was sold originally as new officially in France as officially unlocked by the carrier Orange in France.
Is your iPhone is carrier locked with Softbank in Japan, are you paying Softbank international roaming fees while using your iPhone in China? -
I can not update my installed apps from the App Store Update page. I can individually update from the App Store Purchased page. I tried a soft reset but still unable. Any suggestions?
You are doing all that you cn do right now other than to update the apps in iTunes on your computer and sync them to the iPad.
There has been a problem with the App Store updates tab for a few days now and we are all waiting for Apple to fix it.
Look at all of the discussions on the iPad forum that are talking about this right now. -

The configure bar gets about an 1/8 full and then just does nothing. I think its lists the update as combo update? cant remember with out checking.

I hope I dont need to pay for it again?If you erased your hard drive, you'll need to reinstll OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard to access the App store. You won't have to pay for OS X 10.7 Lion again. Did you try booting to the recovery partition by holding the command and r keys down? If that's still there, you can reinstall OS X 10.7 from there.
If you're looking to install the current iTunes, you need OS X 10.6.8 at a minimum.
If you're still trying to update OS X 10.5 Leopard, you can download the combo update from here. Download, use Disk Utility to repair permissions, apply the update, then repair permissions again. That will take you to OS X 10.5.8. -

What do you mean you can't write HTML5 code? Are you working within an HTML5 doc type?
To make HTML5 your default doc type, go to Edit > Preferences > New Document. Click on screenshots below.
To create a new page, go to File > New > Blank page > HTML. Select none from the 3rd column. Select HTML5 doc type. Hit Create button.
