After you have Recovered your Device...

How do you know that the owner lives outside your country?
You are wasting your time here as whomever lost the phone will most likely not look here as this is not a lost and found. If the phone is unlocked (doubtful) try calling some of the contacts on the phone so maybe they can reach the owner. In anycase turn it over to the police. They are probably better than you at trying to locate the owner. -

I have recently purchased MacBook Pro with Mac OSX 10.7.3 Lion and I would like to install Final Cut Pro 6 Studio2, and it came up with this error: 'you can't open application FinalCutProStudio.mpkg because PowerPc apps are no longer supported......Is there a way to run FCP6 on lion withoput this error? Any help would be appreciated.....

I read that it is not on Snow Leopard only on Leopard....so do I need to get only Leopard? Can u advise?

You need to go to https://appleid.apple.com and log into your Apple ID account. You can work from there.

iTunes has charged me for buying the Manga Browser, Downloader & Reader TWICE. I would like my money back.
I would like to cancel the Lite version and keep the 2.2 version.We're just fellow users here and cannot help with this type of problem.

Contact Apple support. We are not affiliated with Apple.
You can do this by opening iTunes and going to your purchases. Apple will not give you your money back but they will enable download of the App again. You should also have the transaction number when you contact Apple. -
I just created a new Apple ID that is different from my old one. Is it possible for me to transfer the purchases from my old account to my new one? I would like to keep all of my music, movies, tv shows etc.
It doesn't matter what your AppleID is - you can just change the email address associated with it at http://appleid.apple.com/ as mentioned numerous times above.
Okay, my former Apple ID = my former email address and the latter is dead because I moved out of the geographic area.
If you just updated the email address associated with your AppleID you wouldn't have to sign in twice.
I guess Apple Inc is wrong because that is EXACTLY what they stated when I called yesterday afternoon. SIGN IN TWICE when I activate Apple TV and want to watch/listen to my legitimate purchases when my iMac is OFF.
Your only problem is the fact you didn't safely store the password to your account and subsequently forgot it.

I've spoken with Apple and here is their response (worked for me). You need to uninstall not only iTunes, but also (in this order):
1) iTunes
2) Apple Software Update
3) Apple Mobile Device Support
4) Bonjour
5) Apple Application Support
Then you restart your computer. Then you install the latest version of iTunes (which will reinstall all those things you uninstalled). Then you restart your computer again. -
I was just casually on my iPod and I put it in sleep mode really quick and when I went to use it again, it wouldn't pull up the Lock Screen! All I want to do is update it, but now I can't...anyone got any advice for this specific situation?

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
