If you are referring to a credit card and it being refused, then something is probably wrong with the entry of the card or your account information. It is not matching what is on file for your account. Generally this is the address field. Make sure it matches what you see on your bill exactly. If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method in all countries - from this page :
You may be able to use other payment types in your country, like debit and Maestro cards.
which implies that they are not accepted in all countries, and there have been a number of posts about them being declined.
Is the card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management.
Or do you have a credit card that you could use instead ?

I apologize to those readers who use this site "correctly" but I did not know how else to accomplish this.

Argh... Found that I cannot drag new playlists to the device icon that appears on the taskbar of itunes. If I display the playlists in itunes I can select 1 then scroll up to the my ipod where it appears further up the list and then drop the item into the ipod. This appears to be a great step forward for Itunes but you must drag and scroll the list to find your device one at a time as selecting items with the shift or ctrl buttons pressed has no effect.
Itunes at version 12+ you would think it would be easier not harder to load content.

I don't think that debit cards are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined. Are iTunes gift cards available in your country ? They are not available in all, and they are country-specific (they can only be used in their country of issue), but if there you could possibly use them as your payment method.

How long have you had your phone? Because if you've had it a long time, the battery in the phone might of died on you. Or have you dropped it in water, snow, from high up? All those things could of disconnected something internally in your phone, or permentaly damaged the internal hard drive its self, or the sims card.

It was image.cpp line 2770. I am told (by another person in the company that has seen this) that it has been seen on several machines, always PXI controllers, but not on all PXI controllers. I am told that it is not always image.cpp that reports the error, but for me it was always the same line of code identified by the error message. I did not have a chance to do any experimenting to find a particular threshold number of mnu files. I may be able to find error logs. I currently sent the controller to our IT department, doing a windows XP repair, just in case there was something corrupted in the system itself.
The error was reproducible. This installation at one time must have included real-time / FPGA, because on the opening screen I ge the drop-down ring for selecting a target. If I click on this drop down ring, I get the crash on line 2770, every time. If, instead I open an empty new VI, I am able to switch to the block diagram by selecting the window directly with the mouse, but if I try to pull down on the "window" menu to do "show block diagram", I get the crash on line 2770, every time. Because the user-defined mnu files are now deleted, I would have to create them again, or find a way to reinstall them, to reproduce the error at this point.

If you've gone through all that and it's the right kind of SD card, right naming convention etc. try giving your iPad a reset. Sometimes that port gets turned off (for lack of a better term) and a reset turns it back on. Hold down the sleep and home keys until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and try again.
If it still doesn't work, if you have access to another iPad try the reader on that. THere are some defective ones out there. If it works on another iPad then there's something going on with yours. If it doesn't work on another iPad then you may want to take that reader back and exchange it because it may be bad.

We haven't had to uninstall anything to get the new. We are all working and have deadlines. This is A HARDSHIP ON ADOBE'S USERS AND THEY NEED TO FIX IT ON THAT END. Or give up some monthly fees.

If you open the Maps app where does that say you are located?
For location the iPod uses the location of nearby routers that are in Apple's database of routers and their location. Thus it appears that Apple's database is incorrect. You do not have to be connected to the router, just within range.
Apple periodically updates their database based on information they obtain from iPhones, The iPhone has to have turned on the option to send info to Apple. no one has found another way to get the location of a router added/corrected.
You can confirm that by going to well-know place with wifi like Starbucks or McDonalds
