I upgraded to ios6 on ipod touch and after I completed a sync on my PC but I suppose it did not sync, because now it will not restore from a back up and wants to restore from another account that I have saved. Can I some how restore from the apps?

Can I some how restore the apps to avoid having to pay for them again and having to recreate settings?
As I said, the backup that iTunes makes does not include apps (and music) if those items where not in the iTunes library on the computer on which you restored they will not be on the iPod.
You can redownload iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

Have you tried closing the Mail app completely ? From the home screen (i.e. not with Mail 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
I initially downloaded the application and was able to gain access to all of my photos through album, photostream, fb, etc. Now it will not pull any. After deleting the app and attempting to download it, it says I must pay for it (again) any help would be appreciated.
Sounds like a verification issue on whatever marketplace you bought PS Touch from. Did you try contacting Google or Apple to see what they say?

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Because of a problem, I uninstalled Firefox once, reinstalled it and it ran. I had a problem so I uninstalled/reinstalled it again. Now it will not run. I get an error message saying that firefox is running and you can only run one at a time. I have uninstalled multiple times and can't figure out what is running. The is only one Firefox installed and it is not open. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

my itouch has started asking for pass codes i did not set. i have used the same 4 digit pass code for many years. i was attempting to update to iso 7 when i went to reset the device i was prompted for the code. i tried my standard 4 dig. number. also my restriction setting is on also asking for a pass code. I have never used restriction setting EVER. i dont lock my device i dont sign out of mail. worry? no nothing to hide. it agrivates me that i learned that certain apps ive downloaded may be changing my settings and accessing information without my knowing. i dont mind the info leave my settings alone.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar.

IPod not properly ejected- now iTunes will not work - Help!
My friend had his ipod connected to my computer to charge. Conneceted through USB on a Dell/ Windows 2000 / system. He disconnected the ipod without properly ejecting it - Now, when i connect my ipod, iTunes will not recognize it- iTunes does not open- screen just reads do not disconnect. When i manually open itunes with the ipod attached, it freezes. I have re-installed iTunes, rebooted the ipod, nothing works. Recommendations? Have scowered this site for answers, tried just about everything, nothing has worked. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
