ICACLS permissions set... but dont apply without change something in the ACL by hand

Hello guys,
I wrote a script for setting up permission on fileserver resources.
icacls \\server\Client1 /grant "Browsing Group":(S,RD,X,RA,REA,R)
icacls \\server\Client1\Supervisor /grant "Special Permission This folder only Group":(X,RD,RA,REA,WD,AD,WA,WEA,DC,RC)
icacls \\server\Client1\Supervisor /grant "Special Permission Subfolder and files
Group":(OI)(CI)(IO)(M,DC)
So browsing rights working fine... But the user can´t see the folder Supervisor...(I see the applied perissions on the ACL on folder Supervisor)
If I add a custom group/user by hand to the ACL on Supervisor the user are able to see the folder and also have the needed permissions.
I can also uncheck one special perission from a applied group, add it again and click on OK... then the user are able to see the folder and also have the needed permissions.

Would you please tell us how many users have this issue?
I suggest you uncheck all the permissions on this folder manually, then use
icacls command to test again.
If some other groups contain some specific users, and these groups are assigned
Deny access permissions, then these users cannot access the file. That’s because
Deny permissions’ precedence is higher than Allow, also,
explicit permissions’ precedence is higher than inherited ones.
Therefore, please check other groups and the explicit permissions on this folder.

I have an iphone synced to my iTunes account. But I need to add another used/existing iphone to my account to update it. I do not want to sync my emails/contacts/apps, etc. from my computer/iTunes to this new iPhone. This 2nd iPhone already has existing apps and is in use.

It wasn't my phone, hence the reason we didn't want to share/take each other's content (apps, contacts, music, photos, etc.). But the owner's phone hadn't been able to update because of a computer crash/no access to a stable computer. So, I just wasn't sure if we could do an update without sharing content.

Unforunately you can't. Its like if you went to a video store there in Netherlands and bought a DVD then got it home and found out it was in Dutch and there is no other audio options. There is no way to magically dub the movie in English. Your iTunes and iPod settings only govern your menus and preference IF alternate options is available already coded into the file, but most movies downloaded from iTunes aren't going to have multiple language audio tracks. If you can't access the U.S. or British store and your kids don't speak Dutch yet, then you will just have to find some other way to get movies for them than iTunes.
The reason for this is legal reasons. In the United States I am only able to purchase videos authorized for sale in the United States. In Britain, you are only able to purchase videos authorized for sale in Britain. Same with Netherlands. Now, with DVDs you could get a regionless DVD player and order your DVDs from Britain or America to get English versions, but you can't do that with iTunes... No British address, no British store access. No British store access, no movies in English.

EDIT: OK I have what i HOPE is good news for you.. I double checked my movies and found out that they do in fact have two audio tracks! In my case, both are English, one being Stereo and one being Surround Stereo though SO, when you open the movie, you should see a little chat bubble on the right side of the little popup menu at the bottom of the screen when you move your mouse. Click that, and there MAY be more audio options there... If there isn't, then you really are out of luck.

Hello, I hope that someone can help me. I will change something in the name of one Titel. But when i open the "Information" than I can't change anything. But in the past it was possible.

If all you're using Lightroom for is to organize your library I can't see any reason for you to upgrade, unless it's for camera compatibility. With Lightroom, if you're going to rename a folder it's best to do that from within Lightroom. On Windows, all you have to do is right-click on the folder name and choose the Rename option. You have to realize that your photos are not "in" Lightroom. Lightroom simply references your images wherever you have put them on your hard drive. The folder name is a key element in keeping track of where the images are located. If you change the folder name and don't use Lightroom, then you have broken the link that enables the program to keep track of things.
But all is not lost. If you change the name of the folder outside of Lightroom, the folder will display as missing in your library tree. On Windows, all that is necessary is to right-click on the missing folder and choose the option to update the folder location. Then you can browse to where the images are now located, choose that location and everything is really going to again.
In my opinion, you are missing out on a lot of wonderful features in Lightroom using it the way you are. However, you know your workflow much better than I.

HP Laserjet P2035n is set to print double-sided, but I can't change it in the preferences

Last week i downloaded and printed a PDF file. Since then, my HP Laserjet 2035n is set to print double-sided. Here are the details.
I'm running an HP Pavilion Laptop with Windows 7 Home.
The printer is set up as a network printer.
When I try to print something, it stops after one page waiting for me to re-feed the paper manually to print on the other side.
It's only this laptop that's messed up. My other computer prints fine
When I go to Printers, right click on the 2035n, and select "Printer Properties" and look at the bottom of the General tab, it reads under Features "Double Sided: Yes"
If I then click 'Preferences..." and go to the Finishing tab, under Document Options, the box "Print On Both Sides (Manually)" box is unchecked.
Here's what I've tried:
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer
I reinstalled the printer drivers
I have tried reinstalling under a different name
Any suggestions? Can someone tell me where the printer preferences file is so I can manually delete it then reinstall the printer drivers? Is there a tool for the P2035N to uninstal EVERYTHING related to it?

Hi,
Please try the following settings:
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
At the very bottom, uncheck the Allow Manual Duplexing option.
Now try printing and check for any change.

My old Apple ID won't allow me to use the old password to log out of the cloud. I can't use the new one, either. The new Apple ID is in the iTunes and App store. But I can't change it on the cloud without logging out. Which I can't do.

I can't use the old Apple id and Apple password on my new Iphone 6 - I can use the new ones. But I can't access the cloud in the meantime. The iTunes and App Stire has the new Apple ID, but I can't get into the settings to change it on the iCloud. It asks for the Old Apple ID and password, which doesn't work. Does anyone know how to change the old Apple ID on the iPhone in the settings for the iCloud?

First, try the new password. If you didn't sign out of iCloud prior to changing the primary email address of your Apple ID, this is what can cause this problem.

Changing cursor to the built in Hand cursor

I am working with CS4 with AS 3. I have defined a MovieClip library symbol. I want the cursor to be hand when mouse is over it.
The stage has a single instance of the symbol with the name "btn".
I tried the following in first frame of the symbol:

It gave an error. Then, I tried this in the first frame of the Stage:

This gives an error on each Roll over. Can somebody tell me how to change the cursor to Hand for the MovieClip??

Hi Ned, that solves a typical hand problem. What about other cursors?? I googled to find out things of the sort:
Mouse.cursor = MouseCursor.HAND;
How do I assign other cursors like in the approach above??
More still, using your suggestion, the problem is still unresolved. I have a MovieClip symbol, that contains a Rectangle with a Label component (named lbl) on top of the rectangle.
The stage has a single instance of this symbol (named btn).
I used the following in the Frame1 of the stage timeline:

this.btn.buttonMode=true;
this.btn.useHandCursor=true;
this.btn.lbl.buttonMode=true;

However, the cursor changes to hand only when the cursor is on the part of the symbol not covered by the Label component. When the cursor is on the lbl, the cursor is still Arrow. Notice above, I followed your advice on all the Objects invovled. What should I do next??

Hello, when our phones were purchased the wife set up both to her itunes account, We have since set up 2 laptops, and now have setup my own itunes account on that laptop. How do I change the phone account to match, Do I loose data? at the moment there are no apps or music or docs, but I dont want to loose messages, or contacts. We have turned of auto sync on itunes on the laptop. So I need to backup the phone, then do a ios upgrade to the phone as I am on v6.1.3 The wifes is all up to date on her laptop, but mine is so far behind and I am nervous about taking the next step. Do you mean iTunes library?
iTunes account is what you use to make iTunes purcahses.
iTunes library is what is on your computer.
It says my phone can only be set up woth one itunes account. How do I remove the previous account?
No, it tells you it can only be sync'd with one iTunes library.
Simplest way is to copy the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder (thisis the iTunes library) from old computer to new computer.
