  • Sales Order number is  not showing in MD04

    Hi Gurus  ,
    I have got one case where  Sales order number is not showing  in MD04 screen  . This sales order , line item  has already delivered , PGI &  billing document also been generated  . Moreover accounting document is also been created .As cheeked & found that it is not shwoing in MD04 screen  because at  the time sales order creation  availability check “01” was maintained  which has sum up all the  requirement in one  particular day ( Also as
    per SAP note -70408) .
    Now because  all the subsequent document has been generated  for sales order so we can not mark it for “Rejection for rejection “  & to create new  sales order  with  availability check “02” in material master .
    Please let  me know the possible solution for the same or  if any  sap note would  be required to get the sales order number in MD04  .
    Thanks  ,
    Aman

    Hi Kiran ,
    Actually  before running the  report in “SDRQCR21”  in PRD I wanted to  run it in “Quality “ .
    In quality I am not able to simulate the same  .
    Please refer below points related to my testing result .
    1.Mainatined availability check group “01” .
    2 . Created Sales order
    3. Check in MD04 screen & as expected  sales order  was coming blank  with negative Qty .
    4. Run the MRP which generated PR
    5. PR converted to PO  & GRN was done which updated the stock
    6. Created delivery  & checked the same in MD04  . It was also coming blank  . No delivery  document  numbe was showing in screen  but  it was coming with negative  Qty .
    7. Done the PGI  & blank  delivery document number  was removed & it become  normal .
    In PRD .
    There are 3 sales order
    One sales order is already marked reason for rejection & two sales order delivery , PGI has been done  .
    But still it is showing  blank sales order with negative Qty  & after MRP run it is generating the PR also  .
    I don't why it was  showing with negative values  .
    Please refer attacehed screen shot  .
    Thanks,
    Regards ,
    Aman

    When i try to install my newly bought CS5 it says"The serial number is not valid for this produkt" what to do???

    Oh my, I hope so too but its pretty common on these types of sites - even eBay sellers do it. Its all about the way they word it. Some sellers are very crafty in the way they word their ads misleading the buyer into thinking they're getting a legitimate and licensed product when it's actually not. Be careful in any future products you buy on these kinds of sites.
    My advice is to quickly write an email to the seller and demand to know what you just bought - Be VERY specific and thorough with your questions - for example on ebay  I bought a computer that had CS5 installed on it (but it didn't come with the install disks)  This particular seller installed CS5 or 6 as well as the Microsoft Suites on all of his used pc's. So before I bid, I sent an email to him asking if it included the product codes for the CS5 because I intended to register it for Adobe support. He advised me that he bought bulk licenses for all his software, he told me exactly where the product codes were on a document and they were in fact legit.
    Also check the return policy of the Site (not the seller) sometimes they offer a little protection to their customers. Be sure to contact their support department and their Fraud department if it turns out you were scammed. And definitely give negative feedback to the seller.
    One more thing, you should  also check with the Adobe licensing support department. In fact, do this FIRST - so that you're sure the code is no good. Sometimes the product codes have expiration dates (though I've never heard of it happening to entire suite) If this is the case they will issue you a new code free of charge.
    Good Luck. I really hope it all works out for you.

  • Remote faxing error - A fax number was not provided.

    I have a USRobotics 5637 Fax / Modem attached to a Mac Mini. I can send and receive faxes on the Mini.
    I have enabled printer sharing on the Mini. User rights are everyone is allowed to print. When I try to print to the shared fax from my MacBook Air, The Mini does not send the fax. CUPS provides this error:
    USB_Modem-153
    Unknown
    Withheld
    18k
    Unknown
    completed at
    Mon Aug 12 16:36:37 2013
    "A fax number was not provided."
    So the MacBook Air sees the Fax on the Mini and the job gets sent to the Mini but the fax number apparently does not get sent to the print server. Both machines are running 10.8.4 and are connected to the same (hardwired) network.
    Is there something I am missing. I type the fax number in on the Air and I have tried various formats (xxx-xxxx, (xxx) xxx-xxxx, xxxxxxx etc) just to see if this makes a difference but no luck.
    I have attached the CUPS log file below: There is the USR fax/modem as well as a Brother MFC printer configured.
    Any suggestions?
    Thank you

    Now all are running 10.9.2. Same problem, except that two of the 10.9.2 clients have this problem. (They may both have had this problem with 10.9.1, but it wasn't noticed until now.)
    I have reset the printing system on the serving Mac, added the fax back in, and still have the problem.
    I also reset the printing system on one of the problem clients, tried a different user, and still have the problem.
    I also verified that the fax.ppd files are identical on working and non-working clients. They are.
    This is really, really frustrating.

Can I assume that there isn't any physical or liquid damage on the iPhone 5? Recently, there has been an update to the iPhone to iOS 7. If you have done this update then please provide the exact carrier version that's installed. Keep in mind that there is a difference in device performance between iOS 7 and the iOS 7 beta version. As you share this info, I will check the area to re-affirm that the issue is or is not network related.

  • Elite plus account online says my phone number is not in the system...

    Hello,
    I have been a member for many years, and have pretty much always used the same phone number when accessing the myrewardzone.com and at the store to apply the purchase.  However recently, when accessing the mybestbuy website, there is a notice to enter my phone number for verification to check points.  When doing so, it says that number is not in the system.  I just went a best buy store yesterday and purchased a TV using that number and it went through fine.
    Is there anyone who can help with this?
    Thank you!
    -John

    Good morning jedimario,
    I hope you are having a good start to your weekend.
    I am the who, and from what I can see, you have quite a bit of unnecessary information on file (phone #s, mailing addresses, and email addresses).  I would strongly suggest that we update your information and get it down to three primary pieces.  Please send me a private message with the below information, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will make sure everything is up-to-date.
    As far as your points, you should receive a 25% bonus for having Elite Plus status.  I looked over your points history and show that you have in-fact been receiving the bonus points.  You may not see those bonus points pending for recent purchases because it is fairly common for bonus points not to appear as pending, but they should post to your account within 20 days of the original purchase date.

    <ul><li> LOOP</li></ul>
    <ul><li> FETCH cur_yellow INTO rec_yellow;</li></ul>
    <ul><li> EXIT WHEN cur_yellow%NOTFOUND;</li></ul>
    <ul><li> IF ref_no = rec_yellow.REFERENCE_NO</li></ul>
    <ul><li> THEN</li></ul>
    HTP.print ('<ul><li><span class="style5">The information concerning the consultant selected has been deleted from the database.</span></li></ul>');
    <ul><li> exp := 1; -- used to make code bullet proof</li></ul>
    <ul><li> END IF;</li></ul>
    <ul><li> END LOOP;</li></ul>
    <ul><li> CLOSE cur_yellow;</li></ul>
    Do you have any ideas for how to write code to test whether the reference number is NOT in the database.
    Thanks
    Doug

    Hallo,
    in general, yes, but I think , it will be better without cursor:
    declare
    v_dummy number;
    BEGIN
    EXECUTE IMMEDIATE 'select 1 from dual where
    exists (select 1 from user_indexes where index_name = : ind_name) USING ''DOUGLASMYINDEX'
    INTO v_1;
    -- something
    EXCEPTION
    WHEN NO_DATA_FOUND
    THEN
    NULL;
    END;
    Is it necessary to perform it in dynamic SQL ?
    declare
    v_dummy number;
    BEGIN
    select 1 into v_1 from dual where
    exists (select 1 from user_indexes where index_name = ''DOUGLASMYINDEX''')
    INTO v_1;
    -- something
    EXCEPTION
    WHEN NO_DATA_FOUND
    THEN
    NULL;
    END;

  • Cheque printing error Restart number is not in the check file

    Dear Sap friends,
    I need to print the cheque using the standard program FBZ5. Since the client requires to change the description of vendor i am using FCH5 and manually creating the cheque for the payment document number.
    After the cheque no is attached to this document number i go to FBZ5 and am entering  this docuemnt number for printing the cheque.
    Initially i am getting the error
    You cannot print the manually created check AX002 AX002 500000
    Message no. FS675.
    This i have resovled by changing the message from error to warning.
    Later when i press enter i am getting the following error.
    Restart number is not in the check file or is not a From-number
    Message no. FS562
    How to i resolve this.
    Please help.
    Satish

    Exactly,
    If you really need such kind of facility, ask your ABAPER to develop a small report like below
    Selection criteria
    Document number - BELNR
    Conmpany code - BUKRS
    Fiscal year - GJAHR
    Output criteria
    Vendor name
    Amount
    Date
    Form has to develop for Check prinitng
    Thanks

    Hi,
    This function module doesn't pass Material number while creating the inbound delivery.  Instead you can use the function module GN_DELIVERY_CREATE along with NUMBER_GET_NEXT function module.
    See line number 631 to 656 of include LBBP_SIC_40F02 (Called from Line no 18 of BBP_INB_DELIVERY_CREATE) for more details.
    While using the function module BBP_INB_DELIVERY_CREATE, material number is not passed to the function module (GN_DELIVERY_CREATE) structure field XKOMDLGN-MATNR.

  • Error Message: Number is not in external Interval (Testing Schedule)

    Hii ,
    Iam working on Stability study process. I have maintained stabity test with materiial (QS) & performed my test upto Initial test of Inspection lot. But when i click create Testing Scheudle in the Notification (QM02) , system asks for testing schedule data for
    Maintenane strategy, scheduling period.
    On clciking create testing schedule , system throws error message "Number is not in external interval". I have maintained all the prerequite setting on number range in following spro path stability study>testing schedule for stability study> Category--> no range.
    For Group ST   600000000- 6999999999 for Intenal & 70000000-7999999999 for external. But still iam facing with error message ""Number is not in external interval".  It throws message no "IP324" . Even I had cross checked with maintenance setting, but error message remains . How to resolve this issue?

    Hi Lokesh,
    did you actually enter a number ( i.e. 70000001)?
    Usually Stability studies are created using the external number range so that ringing names can be used for the studies:
    Example:
    Material: 000000000000000001  acetylsalicylic acid
    Stability study: ASA1
    I hope that this information proves usefull.

  • IDOC number is not in the list

    Hi,
    I am creating an inbound delivery using IDOC. The message type is DESADV and basic type is DELVRY01. After I have populated the control and data tables, I processed them using IDOC_WRITE_AND_START_INBOUND. I have generated the IDOC number after executing the program. The problem is, when I go to WE02, the idoc number is not the list. I am not sure if the IDOC I generated is successful or not. Does it have something to do with the FM that I used. I set a custom process code that will call the FM IDOC_INPUT_DESADV1. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
    Lalyn

    Hi Arun,
    Thanks for the reply. But the IDOC number is not in the list and I can't access it WE19. Do you have any other Function module that I can use to process the IDOC in ABAP? The Function module should be the one to call the FM IDOC_INPUT_DESADV1 to create an inbound delivery. That's what I think causes the error. Thanks.

  • Restart number is not in the check file or is not a From-number

    HI!
    I had  posted  payment Document  but i  got below error while  reprint  check from  FBZ5
    Restart number is not in the check file or is not a From-number
    "Message no. FS562"
    on that base, I had  check below  settinng
    1) I  had check  Cheque no  register . It's  proper in series.
    2)Tcd:FBZP -> Pmt methods in country -> select your country
       and payment method 'C'. If 'Bank details' is checked on, then bank
       details of vendor master is mandatory for that payment.
    Awaiting for reply soon,
    thanking you,
    Rupang shah

    Hi,
    Commonly it will come for below situations:
    1. Client decided to use this check lots for manual payment & this checks already used, so this type of checks system not allowed to take reprint.
    2. You can only reprint checks created with F110, FBZ4, F-58 or FBZ5  (this checks have been printed by the system)
    Check the Payment method wise checks it is already issued / not PAYR - RZAWE
    system not allowed to reprint already exist in PAYR table checks.
    if you already use one check with payment method C now you want to use the same lot for payment method X then system not allow to print.
