Hi Gopal,
Try the following:
1.Lets say the Name of your Business Object is ReservationBO with the attributes Reserv_No and create_date as you mentioned.
2. Create an operation say createReservation in your Application Service with reserv_No and create_date as parameters.
3. What you want is call the operation createReservation of the application service and  this operation creates the ReservationBO object with the Reserv_No and create_date set to the values passed as the parameters to the operation of the Application service.
4. In order to do this, add the ReservationBO as a dependency to your Application Service.
5. By doing this you will be abl to access the ReservationBO by 'getReservationBOService()' method.
6. Now write teh code similar to the following in the createReservation operation of your Application service with the parameters reserv_No and create_date:
public void ReservationBO createReservation(java.lang.String   reserv_No,  java.sql.Date  create_date)throws com.sap.caf.rt.exception.CAFServiceException
      //Create the ResevationBO object and get a refrence to it
     ReservationBO resrv =     getReservationBOService().create();
      //set the attribute values of the created ReservationBO object
     resrv.setReserv_No(reserv_No);
                 resrv.setReserv_No(create_date);
      //Update the created resrvation BO object          
                     getReservationBOService().update(resrv);
