HI All,
I'm doing a Table Control module pool Program. Now suppose there are two fields - MATNR & MAKTX.
Our requirement is while weu2019ll give the material No (MATNR field), material desc. will be populated in corresponding field (MAKTX field),
Now the problem is, while we are entering Material No. in 1st row it is Material Desc. coming in to corresponding field but while the data is given to next row it replaces the 1st rows data .
eg - ............................... ........                                 MATNR.............................MAKTX
1st entry in 1st row .....................        23................................... XXX --after pressing 'ENTER' mat desc XXX comes. now                 2nd entry in 2nd row 24 ..............................                         YYY         --after pressing 'ENTER'
1st row details like MATERIAL NO(23) & Desc(XXX) got deleted & that is replaced by 24 YYY
We can not extend that no. of rows of Table Control Table more than one row.
If you kindly help me how it is possible to increase the no. of rows of that table dynamically without replacing the previous row it will be very helpful for me.

Hi Biswajit,
This probably means that the table control PAI is modifying the first line always in the internal table instead of current line
eg: we wite the code
loop at screen and then modify the internal table with current line
table_control => name of table control as given on screen
in PAI of the screen
loop at internaltable.
   modify internaltable index table_control-current_line .
put a break point here and see*
it will always be updating the first record because of some reason - logic error or coding error*
endloop.
Also in PBO we can see that the internal table will be having just one record after the action mentioned above....it is a case of overwrite
To simply increment the number of lines
table_control-lines = table_control-lines + 1. in PAI
Pls check and revert

MODULE USER_COMMAND_0001. --> Here you have to take out the values from table control and update database table

Dynamic rows in Table Control

Hi Experts,
My Requirement is create a table control with 5 coloumns. The rows have to be displayed dynamically...
I created a screen , and placed a table control.
For eg :
if my internal table having 2 entries , then the table control should only have two rows....(no disable/greyout)
if internal table having say 40 entries , then the table control should have 40 rows...

I want to delete the row after the display of table control. I have created push button as delete row. If I click on this push button, the selected row should get deleted.

BUG:
When I'm selecting multiple rows in table control, only the last row is always being read inside the loop of my table control.
Please see the screenshot.

Notice in the debug screenshot, even if it's just in the 1st loop of table control, it automatically gets the 4th table control index, instead of the 2nd one.

Hi,
Are you sure that you have selected multiple line for tablecontrol in the property window of the tablecontrol.
Flowlogic.

read the data from the internal table where mark = 'X'.
this should give you only selected records.

Unable to delete a row in table control

Hi,
I'm unable to delete a row in table control.
I have defined a selection column for my table control but it is not getting value 'X' when i'm selecting a row for deletion.
Also, when I press enter, some of the columns in table control are getting initialized. I'm passing these values to the internal table along with other columns.
Please help.

Assigning 2 fields of same table in Module pool screen

Hi,
I want to assign similar fields of table in module pool screen.
In one case i directly use the tablename-fieldname and in other case when i try doing the same i get error. I know that this is not possible.
Is there any way to get around this. The field i am referring to is attached to a custom domain which is having defined fields. In the second assignment i need to retreive the values of the domain and display it in dropdown mode so that the users are able to select it.

we created a customized table, and we put 2 push buttons in screen painter update and display.
but update is not working?
data is enter into screen fields and to internal table, but it is not updated in database table.

Adding one additional row to table control of VA01

HI all,
I am working on free goods N:N senario which is not supported by sap standard.
so we have decided to club all the material on the basis of material group and PSTYV = 'tann' in the table control of va01 and at the end of tann we have to display the free goods .The user exit is USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMP.
Please help in in adding the additional row in table control of va01 (TCTRL_U_ERF_AUFTRAG).
Even i have gone through all the thread in sdn and tried all the solution but none of the solution is working .

Are you adding condition records, or adding free materials to VBAP? If free materials to VBAP, you're in the wrong exit, I think....look for routines that allow you to add to internal table XVBAP in includes named like MV45AFZ*, and remember to set you UPDKZ to 'I'-insert if you're adding new rows.
Not sure what you mean by not supported by SAP standard; SAP does support free goods, via config!

I m getting material number for particular material doc. if i get N rows in output i want to disable all other rows of table control.

In PBO, Loop at your table control lines, create a module inside it and use
LOOP AT SCREEN.
SCREEN-INPUT = '0'.

Urgent!!!!! Inserting data in table control of infotype.

Hi Experts,
I want to insert data in custom infotype.I am using FM HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION for this purpose.But custom infotype contains a table control.
Table control of infotype has 20 rows containing fields name01 , addr01 upto name20 , addr20.
How do i insert data in table control fields of infotype if i want to use FM HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION .
Pls suggest if there is another way to do it.

I am Calling FM HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION in a loop of a table.
Table contains multiple employee numbers-PERNR.There can be all different PERNR or some records of same PERNR.
Suppose if there are four records in the table.First two records are of the same PERNR.Then how would name01 or name02 will be assigned.
Now, third record is of new PERNR .Again it should be name01.
So the question is how everytime in a loop i will assign nameNN for different PERNR.
nameNN and addrNN was an example. I am sending my code here.
