As you can see we have ibmjceprovider.jar in the class path but it appears we are missing some other jar. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Hi
You must have the JCE library files installed in your JRE installation as an extension. Copy the jar files from \"{1}\\install\\java\\jce1.2.2\" to the \"(jdk_path) \\jre\\lib\\ext\" directory (where jdk_path is your jdk installation directory).
Add the following jars to external directory as well as the bpelc classpath :
sunjce_provider.jar
local_policy.jar
US_export_policy.jar
The jars mentioned above come with jce1_2_2.jar.

Can some one help me in identifying the issue.Hello,
errno -22 means " Table already exists."
This could occur if:
- The install had failed before during the 2nd stage (i.e. some tables were created previously) and you did not drop the schema before re-install.
- The database user you are using has access to more than 1 WCS schemas and thought the tables exist already.
Suggestions:
1. Make sure the db user is set up as per the Configuring Supporting Software document ( http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E29495_01/doc.1111/webcenter_sites_11gr1_bp1_configuring_supporting_software.pdf )
2. If the second stage of the install fails, you must drop the database tables, undeploy the WebCenter Sites application, delete the WebCenter Sites file structure, and re-install WebCenter Sites. ( http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E29495_01/doc.1111/webcenter_sites_11gr1_bp1_install_on_weblogic.pdf )

How do I check if ADF Runtime is in WebLogic Server?
My question [Error deploying FOD to WLS|http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=1075670] has not been answered and it's buried now, so I'm trying to self-diagnose. All the tutorials talk about installing ADF Runtime to WebLogic Server. It sounded like since my WLS was intalled when I installed the JDeveloper, I should not worry about it. But what can I check to really make sure the WLS has the ADF Runtime. From my WLS deployments page, I see adf.oracle.domain(1.0,11.1.1.2.0) and adf.oracle.domain.webapp(1.0,11.1.1.2.0) libraries. Is that it?

"Inserting link" does not seem to work for me.Thanks for the link. I tried what's suggested (insearting JRF related JVM parameters), but I'm still getting the same errors when deploying the StoreFrontUI project.

Multiple instances of weblogic server 5.1 on one node.
Hi,
We failed to start one instance on a node where we were able to start
another instance from another location.
We installed two instances of Weblogic server 5.1 on Solaris 5.7.
One at /usr/weblogic and another at /opt/weblogic. We were able to start
the /usr/weblogic instance in cluster mode. Then we stopped
/usr/weblogic instance and try to start another instance at
/opt/weblogic in cluster mode. But failed. We have similar directory
structure and files in both places except the weblogic.properties file,
which has different paths.
we are using JDK1.2.2 and got the following Exception

--sreeni.Hi.
You can create new servers in your domain via the console. Be sure they are
listening to different ports, however. If your NT machine supports more than
1 IP address then you could alternatively bind each server to a different
address.
I'm not sure if this answers your question?

Hi,
I need to run two instances of weblogic server 6.1 running on the same

running weblogic server as an NT service. So I need two servers to start
from the service so they are independent of each other.

Oracle Weblogic Server Installation using the user "oracle"
Hi,
I installed two instances of weblogic server for FMW 11g on linux x86-64. One was with the user oracle and other was with the user orawls, both belonging to the group oinstall. I had installed Admin Server and created managed servers soa_server1 and bam_server1. I have issues in starting up the instance with oracle user and the instance with the orawls user starts fine. I have a separate thread going on for that issue.
I just wanted to know if there were any existing known issues when installing the WLS as oracle user ?
Cheers,
- ARI have no issues with the oracle user. I do it all the time.
Which thread are you referring to?

How to deploy an Ear File into Weblogic Server
Hello,
i have created an ADF application successfully and make it as an EAR file.
How can we deploy that EAR file into weblogic server..?
Let me know step-by-step procedure.
Regards.Hi,
Steps to deploy EAR file on Weblogic server:
1) login to http://<hostname>:<port>/console
2) Go to deployments and then install your ear on weblogic server.
Also you will need to create a data source with same name as given in your Application Module.
Following link contains steps for data source creation - http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/jdeveloper/howto/11114/managedserver/wlsadfms.html ( section - "Configure a JDBC Data Source")

Deploying the UPK recorded content in Peoplesoft Weblogic server.
Hi,
I have Peoplesoft UPK recoded content with me and also have document for configuring help menu with the UPK content.
It's appreciated If some one can help me in knowing steps (or) any documents for deploying the UPK recorded content in Peoplesoft Weblogic server.
Also I don't want to install PeopleBook in the weblogic server.
Thanks
SoundappanThere are two out of the box ways to enable UPK with PeopleSoft.
PeopleBooks > PeopleTools 8.52: PeopleTools Portal Technologies > Configuring UPK Topics as Related Content Services
PeopleBooks > PeopleTools 8.52: PeopleSoft Application Designer Developer's Guide > Configuring Embedded Help to Display UPK Content
Hope this helps.

**OS : RHEL 4.5**
**java: JDK 1.6.0_32**
**I installed and configured weblogic server (10.2.3) and created a domain through windows pc (client machine).**
**Installed OFM WebTier and yet to configure.**
**I have set up env variables and tried to start WebLogic server from a client maching by issuing "nohup ./startWebLogic.sh"**
**After issuing this command it takes a lot of time, hence I did ctrl c**

Sending notifications from BPEL installed on Weblogic Server
We have SOA Suite installed on the Weblogic server. For the SOA Suite installation, we did a base installation of OC4J 10.1.3.4, and then installed Weblogic server 9.2 on top of it.
The problem is with the notifications. I created a simple process to generate notifications. Before doing that, I modified the NS_EMAILS.xml file for the Host and Port. I have done this before so I know what should be the values. Then I bounced both the Weblogic and OC4J servers.
When I run the process, the notification is not generated. Do I need to do some additional steps to make it work for Weblogic?
The ns_emails.xml file is located in product/10.1.3/bpel/system/services/config directory. Here is the portion of ns_emails.xml file that I have modified. Also, I can send the email from telnet and it works just fine.

<SMTPPort>25</SMTPPort>Thanks guys,
I cannot see anything in the logs. It does show the email message (Like the email to information, subject etc), but no errors after that.
Does any of you guys tried it with the weblogic server? As I stated earlier, I have done it for two different clients on OC4J and it works fine.
I will check the metalink note. Thanks for the advice.
