Inter Company Delivery Status being processed even after PGI and Invoice

Dear All,
I am currently experiencing problem with the status of my delivery. The status remains as 'being processed' when checked in the document flow even though the goods issue, inter company invoice and GR at recipient co code have been successfully posted.
Please advise how to solve this problem.

Hi..
I created a delivery order document, then Post Goods Issue and created billing. Then I did released billing to accounting. Then I found out wrong entry on the billing and cancelled it. After that I did returns order reference to billing doc no, returns delivery, return PGI and created a Return Credit Memo. Then I posted the Return Credit Memo to Account. Lastly I do clearing on the Accounting documents related.
The problems is on the delivery document flow. why the Overall Status of the delivery doc is still BEING PROCESSED ? It should show status completed.
Also, when I run TCode VKM4, it still showing credit value.
Pls Help.

hello, friend.
what exactly was the wrong entry in billing? was it the price or did you have to adjust items and quantities?
in your original transaction Sales Order > Delivery > PGI > Billing, you cancelled the invoice. the delivery status turns from 'completed' to 'being in process'.
you should not use the sales returns processing because this is a different cycle. even when you do returns delivery, the original outbound delivery is not updated. only the returns cycle is updated.
instead you should have first Reversed PGI (VL09) > Delete Delivery (VL02N) > Change Sales Order (VA02).
if you did not wish to delete the outbound delivery but merely intended to add items in billing, then just make changes in the original sales order, create another delivery, do PGI and do collective billing wrt to the 2 outbound deliveries.
even another alternative, depending on the wrong entry in billing, you can explore the use of invoice correction without cancelling the original invoice.

SC still visible in check status even after GR and Invoice

Hello all,
We are on SRM 4.0 SP 4.0.
Normally SCs for which GR and invoice has been done should not be visible in the SC check status application if you dont select the "Include completed shopping carts". TBut in some cases though we have selected the "Delivery Completed" indicator in backend PO but still there are some shopping carts still visible in check status application in SRM. The values for the GR and invoice should have status of "Fully confirmed".
For such shopping carts when i manually run the report BBP_GET_STATUS_2 it replicates the correct status and the SCs disappear from the SC check status application.The BBP_GET_STATUS_2 and the CLEAN_REQREQ_UP programs are scheduled every 5 mins.
Any hints or ideas will be much appreciated.

In Check status, in extended search check whether the incuding completed shopping carts check box was checked or not.
If the check box was checked then even the completed shopping carts get displayed.
Please let me know if this is not the case.

Cannot close firefox process, even after uninstalling and reinstalling firefox,and ending precess in task manager

Firefox will not open, says "already running". At task manager I cancelled process, and still no result. I then uninstalled all firefox files, and reinstalled. I still get same error message. I cannot open any firefox page. I have skype.
I followed troubleshooting info, an d still I cannot open firefox.

Every time Firefox opened
== I restarted my computer

I removed the program and reinstalled by with no success, i get allways the same massage:
"Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system."
I don't know what to do can someone give directions

Status : Being Processed in Sales Order after the Delivery and Billing also

Hi All,
For one Sales Order........ Delivery and Billing are over but it shows
In the Sales Order> Header level>Status bar>Overall Status>Being Processed.
In Document Flow:
Sales Order xxxxxxxxx : Being Processed.
Delivery xxxxxxxxxxxx : Completed.
Billing xxxxxxxxxxxxx : Completed.
Functionally we checked everything......but through technically we can solve the issue or not
Pls help me with some solutions.

Hi,
This generally happens if the sales order is for a quantity greater than the quantity delivered.
SAP treats the sales order as still open and delivery of the remaining quantity is possible through that sales order itself. So the status is shown as "Being Processed".
If you want to see the status as "Completed" then you need to cancell the remaining open items in that sales order. Automatically the status will change to "COMPLETE"

But status "Completed" is showing in Invoice, Accounting document and sales order.

Hi Bishnu,
Please check status of each item in delivery note item data and note the item which has status being processed. If the item with status being processed is not billed then answer is straight forward, you need to bill that item.
If all the items are billed and still one of the item has status being processed, then reason could be one of the dimensions (weight, volume etc.) of material are changed in master data after delivery and before invoicing. If your case is later please refer to SAP notes or write back to me.

a lot of times it happens to me that the status in the top right corner of the I.R and I.D. is set to 'being processed'
even though i have activated it.the server works fine,all pages open properly no problem at all,but only the status does not change to active.
do you guys have idea about this?

a)Start transaction SXI_CACHE.
b)From the context menu XI Runtime Cache select Start Complete Cache Refresh.
If you still face issue try this .
Many actions require to access System Landscape Directory content from the Integration Builder. To optimize performance, this content is loaded into a cache so that the System Landscape Directory does not have to be accessed directly each time that System Landscape Directory content is required.
However, this cache is not automatically updated if changes are made to the content of the System Landscape Directory. For this reason that we delete the System Landscape Directory cache if changes have been made to content in the System Landscape Directory. The cache is then filled each time that the System Landscape Directory is accessed. If we log on to the Integration Builder after we have made a change in the SLD, we do not need to delete the SLD cache.
To clear the SLD cache, from the Integration Builder main menu, choose Environment ® Delete Cache for SLD Data.
Once we have deleted the cache for SLD data, accessing objects in the SLD may take longer than usual initially.

I can confirm the problem you are hitting. The XML test trace does not get recognized at all, and it defaults to Eclipse's basic Open File behaviour. I am not sure if it's because the format definition is missing, or if it's because something prevents the trace type from being recognized. I will open a bug about it.

My 2006 iMac running Snow Leopard won't boot even after erasing and re-installing Snow Leopard. I erased and re-installed by putting the iMac in Target Disk mode and usin my MacBookPro as the host. But after numerous attempts I still can't get it to boot either from the HD or DVD drive. I just get the white screen after the wheel stops spinning. I can't get it to run Hardware Test - just get the white screen. If I use Disk Utility via my MBP it says the disk appears OK. All the Snow Leopad files appear to have been installed. What can I do?

Perhaps you installed the wrong version OS X onto the iMac, you can't use the disk from another Mac.
clean the disk.
If it's not working then use this method to create a bootable 10.6 USB from the iMac machine specific 10.6 disk or the 10.6.3 retail disk on your other Mac, use it to boot the iMac with.

That crash appears to be casued by the Facebook plug-in.
Create a new account (systempreferences -> accounts or Users & Groups on 10.7 and 10.8), make a new Library in that account, import some shots and see if the problem is repeated there. If it is, then a re-install of the app might be indicated. If it's not, then it's likely the app is okay and the problem is something in the main account.

in this case I would download a really new trial version of your program in question (DW) and change it into a "real" version later, BUT because you said, that you "re-installed" already, so it will become a little bit more complicated. It would be necessary that you have to use "Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool".
Here an advice for that (The order varies depending on your individual needs. Please read all my proposals first, so you can better choose the first step:)
1. Maybe you have to activate/deactivate, so please have a look there:

2. Sometimes, we know in the meantime, the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.
3. You did you already try "uninstalling and re-installing". Be careful with (de)installing aso. by (de)installing by your own resources. As much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

Shopping cart not returning to SoCo even after PO and confirmation are deleted.
Steps followed:
Created shopping cart
SC approved
Assigned vendor in sourcing and created PO(PO created successfully created in ECC)
Confirmation created
Deleted the conformation
Deleted the PO
When PO is deleted SC should return to Sourcing Cockpit, but it is not returning.
Checked the table BBP_PDIGP, source_del_ind is space.
Ran BBP_GET_STATUS_2 and CLEAN_REQREQ_UP both the programs manually but in vein.

Can you try by just deleting the PO? Dont delete the confirmation.
I think once you have done the confirmation, the SC will not come back to SOCO. (Logically if you see, confirming means you have already received goods, so after receiving goods, I dont think SC will be visible again in SOCO)
