Thanks for the question. It sounds like the album has been synced to your iPhone from iTunes. To delete synced photos, you’ll want to uncheck the album in iTunes:

1. In iTunes, click the Device button in the upper right corner. (If viewing the iTunes Store, click the Library button in the upper-right corner first.)
2. Click the Photos tab in the resulting window.
3. Choose "Selected albums" and deselect the albums or collections you want to delete.
Note: To delete all synced photos, deselect "Sync Photos from" and, when asked, click "Remove photos."
4. Click Apply.

I found this hint that you might find useful:
Click & hold on the Dock icon and you should see a pause option.
Mac Apple Store->Purchases should show the DL status and give you an option to pause it.
Finally, if it finishes DLing and starts the installer, just quit it. You have to actively choose to run the installer once it downloads to your /Applicatiions folder.
I hope you'll post the results of the fix on this thread!

Then I get
"Unable to download song" select Done or Retry

I have this problem still: 3rd Gen 64GB iPad.
Downloading any video from the iTunes store is apt to result in this problem about 30-40% of the time on rented or purchased movies or purchased tv shows. I have noticed that it doesn't happen with SD tv shows as often as HD (probably due to file size) and that is how I get around it sometimes -- just grit my teeth, give up on the HD and suffer through the lower resolution for that tv show (grumbling iOS7 poor QA related unpleasantries under my breath)
Basically if the download has to be paused or is interrupted odds are that I'll never be able to complete that download... it'll try and try and sometimes result in a download error that won't go away and sometimes it will just keep downloading and then starting the download over at some random time before it completes.
I have found that calling iTunes support and asking them to clear that download will then allow me to start over and usually finish.
It is EXTREMELY annoying and hopefully they are working on a fix and it woul benefit them to do so if thre are many in this situation becasue I buy fewer shows and movies right now because it's such a royal pain to get them to my iPad to watch while flying or in hotels while travelling fo work each week.
If anyone has found a viable solution please post because calling iTunes is the best I've come up with so far and while I can't say one way or another it does appear to be related to storage or file system access.
Also my iPad freezes occassionally and I've noticed a possible correlation between a freeze and a dwnload restarting.

I downloaded iOS7 and now all of a sudden my screen is all white, nothing happened to the phone during installation it literally sat right next to me the whole time. What do I do? My lock button is broken so I can't reset it.

Thanks for the question. If you have not done so already, it may be appropriate to restore your iPhone with iTunes and reinstall iOS 7. If you have trouble, you can do so in recovery mode:

Really stuck with iPad mini since iOS7 download

I downloaded iOS7 onto my iPad mini last night, when I woke up this morning the passcode no longer worked. I cannot get into the iPad to shek the IMEI number (something Apple don't seem to be able to talk to me without), I didn't set up the mini by syncing to a mac and cannot seem to restore either. This is really frustrating as it actually feels as though it's Apple's fault...can any one help me resolve this? I tried the emergency restore through itunes but stops halfway through to say it cannot complete restore to a passcode restricted device...I really am stuck

If you have never synced your device with iTunes, or you do not have access to a computer
If you see one of following alerts, you need to erase the device:
"iTunes could not connect to the [device] because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the [device] before it can be used with iTunes."
"You haven't chosen to have [device] trust this computer"
If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
Alternatively, place the device in recovery mode and restore it to erase the device:
Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to shut down.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then restore the device.

Siri disappeared after ios7 download on 4S?

Has anyone else had a problem with Siri disappearing on their 4S after downloading IOS7? Is there a way to turn her back on, especially for text messaging and emailing?

Figured it out. Just had to turn back on in general settings. Download turned it off for some reason. Glad she's back :)

HT4356 Has anyone else found that after ios7 download, my HP 5520 AirPrint printer is now listed with all the networks that my ipad can see. This means that I have to change networks to the printer in order to print.

After downloading ios7 my printer occurs in the list of wifi networks. In order to print I have to go to settings and "join" the HP 5520 network. Then, when I am finished, I have to return and re-join my router's network.

Under a normal Airprint configuration, the printer should be joined to your primary wireless network as a client. That way, you should not have to switch networks to print (print data goes from iPad => router => printer). If something has changed in your configuration, you may need to set your printer back up to rejoin your network. You may find the troubleshooting portion of the following article helpful:

The download of iOS7 was near,y complete, just couple more steps which I did up to agreeing to the terms & conditions. Then there were no further buttons to move on or continue. I pressed home button & got an "Emergency call" or cancel choice. I tried cancel which put me back to terms & conditions page. I could not continue past that page. I pressed home button again and selected emergency call, but nothing happened. I am stuck on terms & conditions page and cannot exit or continue. What do I do? Mick

IOS7 download unknown error 9006

just downloaded ios7 for my iphone 5 without a problem. While downlading it for my iPad mini I get a "unknown error 9006" doing it through itunes and a similar failure doing it direct through WiFi. Ayy ideas how to solve this?

Tracks from the iTunes Music Store are indeed copy-protected, so they cannot be used directly in any application other than Apple's own. You can, however, burn the tracks to an audio CD at which point it will behave just as would any other audio CD.

Texting issues after ios7 download on iPhone 4s

My iPhone 4S since downloading the new ios7 when texting certain letters on the keyboard don't work but did before the new ios7 was installed any ideas?

How curious. Do these letters work if you type them in another app, like the Notes app for example?
You could try resetting some things like Settings>General>Reset>Reset Keyboard Dictionary or if that doesn't help then move on to Reset All Settings which will set everything back to defaults.
If that doesn't work then you may need to restore the phone completely via either "Erase All Content and Settings" (warning this will erase all data and settings on the phone, you should ensure you have a backup, either in iCloud or iTunes, before doing this) or via iTunes as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414

Ios 6 vs ios7 download

I backed up my iPhone4 ios6 through iCloud the other day and installed ios7. Is there a way I am able to get this back through iCloud...or is anyone able to tell me how to get this ios6 backup to my iPhone?
