ISA : Date on Delivery Notes

Hi all,
We are working on ISA 5.0 and CRM 5.0.
When we open an order in our internet shop, for each item we can see the delivery note number, a date and the quantity delivered. We have realized that the date displayed corresponds to the planned good movement from delivery note; we'd like to know how to change standard behaviour in order to display the real good movement date and not the planned date.
Any help will be rewarded !
Thanks in advance.
Pablo

I don't see why DST would be the problem, perhaps depending on your timezone. It would alter your expectations one way or another by 1 hour, generally. The active note gets a date stamp as though the phone was set to UTC/GMT, yet the time stamp is local time, and for me that date occurs <= seven hours later depending on when I create the note.
Since Nokia support is unable to deal with this (I don't think they understand the problem) I am wondering where I can take this issue. I wonder if they have a place for filing bugs, ala bugzilla.

  • Delivery not before date and Delivery not after date

    Hi Everyone,
    Can anyone help me in this issue, we need to map "delivery not before date" and "delivery not after date" from an EDI 850 into a sales order.
    Are there any fields to which we can map the data? if not would anyone suggest how to go about it?
    Thanks,
    Michelle.

    Michelle,
    We have a similar requirement, albeit we call it a Delivery Window. We have implemented this by mapping two E1EDK03 qualifiers (we use 033 & 034) to two Z fields extended to VBAK, which we then include in our Sales Order Delivery Date logic.
    Not very elegant, but then my understanding is that SAP has no concept of the Delivery Window.
    Cheers, Paul.

  • Duplicate the details section when I retrieve data from Delivery notes

    Hey all.
    I built a query that retrieve data from ODLN and it works fine.
    But, when I have a Delivery Notes Document that has items from some different orders (that I copy them to Delivery notes of course) it duplicate my rows in the report
    I run the query at SQL server and it's work fine (on the same document)
    Is someone knows why this is happen?

  • Recreation of Credit Data puts Delivery notes on hold

    Hi All,
    We run the standard SAP report RFDKLI20 any time we change a credit limit on a customer. This updates the backlog with the new Credit limit. It also updates the delivery notes which had already been approved to ship and are in process at the warehouse (eg: not yet goods issued). This program places the delivery notes back on referral to release again.
    The requirement is that the backlog update should not have any affect on existing /created delivery notes that have not yet been goods issued and shipped. Please provide me some pointers on how to achieve this.
    Regards,
    Praveen

    hi
       report which you have specified is f.28 transaction and while using this system recreates the credit data irrespective of open /approved/released /status of sales order/open delivery /open picked delivery/ docs.
    so if you want system not run thru all open del/open picked del docs,which are already released from credit check ,then for those credit controll area u should not assign the credit check rule B and C ,so that when u run the below report system doesnot behave like what u have mentioned.

  • DG Output on Delivery Note

    Dear Experts,
    THis is regarding form for LD00.
    For getting DG data on form, there is one std form in sap which is RVDELNOTE. The respective print program is RVADDN01
    Please note that, I have exported RVDELNOTE in All Languages from another IDES system and Imported the same in my system.
    I have replaced this LE_SHP_DELNOTE with RVDELNOTE  then I am getting error: Output could not be issued
    As this is script and not the smartform, I have tried following two combinations In transaction NACE, but still error continue
    Combination 1)
    Medium: Print Output
    Program: RVADDN01
    Form Routine: ENTRY
    Form:BLANK
    PDF/SamartForm Form: RVDELNOTE
    Type: BLANK
    Combination 2)
    Medium: Print Output
    Program: RVADDN01
    Form Routine: ENTRY
    Form:RVDELNOTE
    PDF/SamartForm Form: BLANK
    Type: BLANK
    again if I assign LE_SHP_DELNOTE, it is working fine..
    on the other hand, RVDELNOTE is also Standard SAP Script. I have not done any changes in it.

  • Supplier delivery note number

    Hi,
    I'd need to extract, using SQVI, the supplier delivery note number starting from part number and/or supplier and display the main information (supplier, supplier delivery note number, part number, posting date, supplier delivery note date, quantity). Which are the right tables to use?
    Thank you in advance!

    Hello,
    By part number I assume you mean material? Or do you mean MPN?
    In case its just material:
    Inner join of  MSEG, M_MEBEX and MSEG should provide you all the details you require:
    1) Material  - on the selection screen - MSEG - MATNR
    2) Supplier - on the selection screen - MSEG - LIFNR
    3) Supplier Delv note - M_MEBEX - XBLNR
    4) Posting Date: MSEG - BUDAT_MKPF
    5) Document Date / Supplier Note date - MKPF- BLDAT
    6) Delv note quantity - MSEG - LSMNG

  • Change Picking data, then call Delivery Note and Invoice in the background

    I have designed a GUI where the picking data (from table LIPS) is changed.  Now my SD consultant wants the program, when a SAVE or CONTINUE button is clicked, to do the Delivery Note and Invoice in the background.
    To quote:
    Your progrm must change the values in the delivery in txn VL02n, when the delivery is saved it updates LIKP and LIPS amongst othr tables. When the invoice / billing doc is created it is done with ref to the delivery. Billing doc created using txn VF01, the main tables of the billing doc are VBRK (header) and VBRP (item).  And for completion sake, tables VBAK and VBAP are the sales order tables!
    In my PAI module, how do I do the calling of these two functions?
    The consultant suggested I use a BDC. Why can't I use Call Transaction.... ?   What is the best way to do this?
    At the moment, my SAVE button updates an internal table of LIPS, and for test purposes it exits to List Processing to test if the amounts changed correctly.
    Hope someone can help.

    Hi
    Ok.
    Do you mean "Accual GI Date" in Item overview ?
    I have performed a test. When I check "Goods Issue delivery" indeed it has posting date in the past.
    Now for the invoice:
    I set
    "Billing date"
    "Serv. rendered" date
    and "Prining date" in the past.
    Would it be enough to post everything in the last month ?
    regards
    Rafal

  • Delivery date from PO not updated with inbound delivery (EDI) date

    Dear all,
    The delivery date in the purchase order (as per my understanding) is the purchase order creation date + the planned delivery time.
    We are using EDI and an inbound delivery gets created when the shipping notification is received from the vendor.
    The real inbound delivery (EDI) date is usually different from the planned delivery date of the purchase order. But the problem is that the delivery date from the PO is not getting updated with the EDI delivery date.
    Is it possible to have the delivery date from the PO updated with the real EDI delivery date?
    I need this because I want to calculate planned delivery costs based on the EDI delivery date, and so far when I post the goods receipt (Price Date Category = "Delivery date" in the PO), the system is taking the price valid at the delivery date from the PO instead of taking the price valid at the delivery date of the EDI message.
    Thanks a lot,
    Annabelle R.

    We have applied the note 793478 "Change of the pricing date in EXIT SAPLEINR 003".
    In our process flow, an inbound delivery is created with reference to the PO, then the goods receipt is done with reference to this inbound delivery.
    When the option 5 "Goods receipt date" is selected in the Conditions Control tab of the purchase order, now when the goods receipt is posted, the price is calculated based on the inbound delivery date, which is what we wanted.

  • Error while Adding a Delivery Note with Barcode

    When i add the deliverynote , i get the following error :
    Error Code : -10 : Document can not be added: Base line item has been updated, re-transmitting the document data from the base document .
    or
    Access violation error
    This happens only when i assign a barcode to the item in the Item Master Data ( Eg : ITM001 is assigned a barcode ) .This works fine when the barcode is not assigned to the item .
    What is the cause of this error ?
    Obj := IDocuments(Company.GetBusinessObject(oDeliveryNotes));
    Obj.CardCode         := 'B1010';
    Obj.Lines.Add;
    Obj.Lines.BaseType   := bodt_Order;
    Obj.Lines.BaseEntry  := 100;
    Obj.Lines.BaseLine   := 0;
    obj.Lines.ItemCode := 'ITM001';

    Hello,
    I had the same problem. This occurs. when you change the barcode between sales order and delivery note, and YOu are issuing the Delivery note by DI API.
    To do:
    - Open Sales Order
    - OverWrite in the lines the barcode to the same as Material Master Data
    - Update sales order
    Issue delivery note.

  • Joining Sales Orders and Delivery Notes in Query

    Hi Experts
    Please could someone provide me with the correct SQL syntax for joining tables ORDR, RDR1, ODLN and DLN1 in a query?
    I need to show a list of the (rows of all open sales orders) and (closed sales order (which have a delivery note) between certain dates).
    Thanks
    Jon

    Hi Gordon
    Thanks for your help.  Could you help me a little further?  I am writing the query to show me a mixture of (Open Order rows which contain item code 'C&P') and (closed orders between 2 dates which also contain C&P) - both need to have the customer having property 54 set as 'Y'
    Working with what you sent me it almost works but for some reason I cannt fathom it won't show the open orders only the closed.  I think it may have some do with my last JOIN
    This is what I have:
    SELECT T0.DocNum 'Delivery No', T0.DocDate 'Delivery Date',  T3.Quantity 'Delivery Quantity', T1.DocNum 'S/O No', T1.DocDate 'SO Date', T1.DocStatus, T3.ItemCode, T3.Dscription, T2.Quantity 'SO Quantity', T2.Quantity-T3.Quantity 'Balance Quantity', T2.LineTotal'C&P Price After Discount', T2.DiscPrcnt, T2.Project, T4.QryGroup54'Carriage Deal', t2.freetxt, t1.comments
    FROM DBO.DLN1 T3
    INNER JOIN DBO.ODLN T0 ON T3.DOCENTRY = T0.DOCENTRY LEFT JOIN DBO.RDR1 T2 ON T3.BaseENTRY = T2.DOCENTRY AND T2.ItemCode = T3.ItemCode LEFT JOIN DBO.ORDR T1 ON T2.DOCENTRY = T1.DOCENTRY INNER JOIN OCRD T4 ON T0.CardCode = T4.CardCode
    WHERE (T2.ItemCode LIKE 'C&P%%' AND T1.DocStatus='O' and t4.qrygroup54='Y')  or (T2.[ItemCode] LIKE 'C&P%%' AND T1.[DocStatus] = 'C' and T4.QryGroup54='Y' and (T0.DocDate Between '[%0]' and '[%1]'))
    Thanks

  • Document Generation Wizard - disregard picked Items for Delivery Notes

    Hi,
    We have a requirement from a customer whereby when they are creating Delivery Notes from Sales Orders via the Document Generation Wizard to exclude quantities of Items which have been picked on the Sales Order already.
    E.g. Sales Order, Product XXXX for Qty 10.
    Qty 5 has been Picked.
    Document Generation Wizard is run with an option to create Delivery Note from Sales Order for qty 5 of XXXX
    Thanks,
    Caroline

    Here is the other solution:
    1. Using the draft document generator, you can generate 1 time all the invoices like draft, then you can write a query to display this invoices , then you ca put this query in the alert management to generate the report with this invoices montly when you want.....then you create the invoices that you want, this option is semi-automatic and can work good if you don't have a lot of invoices...
    2. using Data tranfer workbench, you can configure a excel template with all the invoices ready to migrate to SBO with the DTW, also you can make a alert in SBO in order to make this activity in a day montly....this is more automatic.
    3.writing "Simply" SDK project to generate this invoices... using the oinvoice SBO object to create automaticaly all the invoices that you want....you can use the draft table information in order to generate this invoices using SDK.
    The 3 solutions above are meant to resolve problem relate to auto invoice process, you can think about it.

  • MIRO with reference to delivery note in import case.

    Hi,
    While doing the invoice verification in case of import scenario for main vendor we are facing the problem.
    We have created the PO with a 3 line items , but the material code entered is same in all three line items. We have done the GRN with reference to the PO for each line item seperately with different delivery notes in each case.
    Now while doing the MIRO when i gave the reference of delivery note number system is showing all  3  quantities in MIRO screen instead of single line item with qty 1.
    Why it is so.Please guide.

    Select GR by vendor with posting date in miro.

  • Invoice status is "Closed" after posting from Partial Delivery Notes

    Hi everyone,
    My add-on posts PARTIAL draft documents to posted delivery notes without reference to a Sales Order up to invoices. I've noticed that after invoice posting, my document (invoice) status was closed while my delivery notes document is open. Should'nt my invoice status still open? Please tell me if I am missing something on my code below. Thanks in advance!
    public SAPbobsCOM.Documents PostDeliveryReceipts(SAPbobsCOM.Company company, SAPbobsCOM.Documents draft, ref int result)
    SAPbobsCOM.Documents delivery = (SAPbobsCOM.Documents)company.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oDeliveryNotes);
    delivery.HandWritten = SAPbobsCOM.BoYesNoEnum.tYES;
    delivery.DocDate = draft.ShipmentDate;
                delivery.DocDueDate = draft.ShipmentDate;
                delivery.CardCode = draft.CardCode;
                delivery.CardName = draft.CardName;
                delivery.NumAtCard = draft.NumAtCard;
                delivery.DocType = SAPbobsCOM.BoDocumentTypes.dDocument_Items;
    for (int i = 0; i <= draft.Lines.Count - 1; i++)
                    draft.Lines.SetCurrentLine(i);
                    //components of a bom
                    if (draft.Lines.TreeType != SAPbobsCOM.BoItemTreeTypes.iIngredient)
    delivery.Lines.ItemCode = draft.Lines.ItemCode;
                        delivery.Lines.Quantity = draft.Lines.Quantity;
                        delivery.Lines.WarehouseCode = draft.Lines.WarehouseCode;
                        delivery.Lines.VatGroup = draft.Lines.VatGroup;
                        delivery.Lines.UnitPrice = draft.Lines.UnitPrice;
                    if (i != draft.Lines.Count)
                            delivery.Lines.Add();
    return delivery;

    hello, friend.
    in addition to what the others have said, please check your customer master, particularly in the Sales Area Data > Shipping tab.  look at the partial deliveries.  there may have been settings that tell the system if a delivery has been created with reference to the sales order, the order will be completed even if the quantity is only partially delivered.  if the entry in the 'partial delivery per item' field is 'B', then this will explain your situation.
    this can also be manually set in the sales order, so you have to take a look at the order as well, at item level.
    regards.

  • Delivery Notes - No VAT Group (SAP Error Code -10)

    Hi
    I already created delivery notes before, but today an error occured "VAT-Group Missing..."
    Do I have to set the VATGroup property manually in the Document Line? If I do with a fixed value, it works again.. But where do I get the right VAT Group? From customer (Business Partner) or from Item? (Maybe if you could paste me a little code example if you already solved this)
    Thanks and Regards

    Hi
    Thanks for the hint.
    I already solved it, it was a mistake in the input data of the Addon: I did not set the Warehouse Code..
    If Warehouse Code is empty (""), obviously the VAT cannot be calculated (though the error message "VAT-Group Missing.." does not really help here.)
    Regards
