Issue :PIR Demand release with internal requirement Plan number.

Hi,
I am facing Problem on demand release as a PIR with requirement plan number  from SCM to SAP R/3.
when generating the requirement plan
Requirement Plan number internally generating for each line items one plan number.
Whenever releasing the demand from APO to R/3 , It should give only one requirement plan number for that batch , Not each line item seperate requirement plan number.
Requirement type : VSF
Version                : 05
Example: I want 10 line items in planning table should create internally only one requirement plan number .
If anyone know solution help me

    Hi,
Requirement Plan number internally generating I think it is not possible, as it is to  create and to identify one or more planned independent requirements.
Only active version of PIR will be considered

  • How to Run MRP with requirement Plan Number

    Dear all,
I am working for the process of MRP Run .But customer requirement is that "To Run the MRP with requirement Plan Number"
If you are aware of this scenario ,please provide the solution.
    Thanksin Advance

    Go to MD61
Select the Radio Button Rqt Plan Number
Write the plan number eg. "test1"
now you get the next screen
Here you can enter the materials like
    first line Testmat1 -qty 100   150 ....
    2nd line Testmat2 -qty 150    100
    like that
So the difference between MD61 with Material and Rqt Plan number is
Material means we give requirement for only one material
But for Requirment plan number , w.r.t one Rqt Plan number we can maintain requirement for multiple material
same material with same period we can maintain requitement for Different Requirement Plan number
This is reducing effort of client of data entry and for different sales Regions for the same material through "Rqt Plan No" they can differentiate the rqt
MRP run run it for PLANT or multiple plant with Scope of Planning
    thanks
    Pl award points if useful

  • Requirements Plan Number - PLAF Table

    Hai PP Gurus,
Requirement plan number not updating in the PLAF table.
    What would be the reason?
Pls throw some light on this.
    Thanks & Regards,
    S.Ganeshraja

    Hi ganesh,
Before using the fuction module use following table.
    PBHI.
list out the all the data on particular date (PDATU).
    PBIM:
Pass the all records with refernce to
    PBHI- BDZEI -> PBIM-BDZEI.
Now u will get list of records for  material number and plant
Now use fuction module  for planned order Number,
i think MRP run  create one planned order for all req Plans for  a day.

  • Table/Field for the requirements plan number.

    Hi,
I need the Table for requirement plan number (that I display in MD61)
    Tablename and Fieldname.
    Thanks

Pass the material and plant in PBIM and fetch the BDZEI- By using BDZEI and   date (PDATU-PBED), fetch the (PLMNG- PBED )as planned qty, UOM as ( MEINS-PBED) and date (PDATU-PBED) system.

  • Customize the requirements plan number

    Hi,
where can I customize the requirements plan number.
    Thanks
    Dede

In MD61 you can enter a reqmt. plan number as per your need, anything preventing you from entering the same?
or if the business need is something else, then can you let us know the same

  • Requirement plan number is to be populated in production order

    Hi all,
Can anyone suggest how Requirement Plan Number given in MD61 can be populated in production order.
    This is urgent.
    Thanks
    KumaraGuru

    Hi Kumra,
When we create the Requirement Plan number in MD61 it is updated at PBIM table. And after running the MRP, Requirement plan number (PBDNR) is updated in the PLAF  ( Planned Order Header ) Table.
I am not sure about, it can be populated in production order.
Le tus know your requirement so that we can help u further.

  • Requirements plan number

    Hi,
At what point is the requirements plan number (field PBDNR) populated in SAP. I need to understand when this field first gets populated.
    Thank you

    Hi,
If you want to give requirement to more than one material ( or a group of materials), through "Requirements Plan number" in the initial screen of MD61, you enter the list of materials.
In MD62 and MD63, you can view the list of materials collectively by this plan number (PBDNR).
In real time scenario, the client will use this field as unique to identify the monthly schedule of the respctive month.

  • Problem with gross requirement planning pir is not getting reduced

    Dear Gurus
I am trying to use strategy 11 for a particular finished product.(having bom and routing)
In the material master I have set mrp type pd lot size ex .strategy group 11, mixed mrp 2,item category group norm, availabilty checking group 02 .
Then I made manually pir for that material in md61 with  BSF requirement type .
Then ran the mrp for that material in md02.
Planned orders came .(In md04 screen that gross requirement line text also came as usual )Converted them to prodn order and then did the gr in mb31 with 101 mvt type. After doing the gr the pir should get reduced in md04 screen which is not happening . Where I am going wrong
    Regards
    Sandip Sarkar

    Dear Sandip Sarkar,
It usually happens run MRP and ckeck.
    Strategy 11 in summary :-
    1. Sales Order creation - no impact.
    2. Goods Receipt - minus the quantity for the oldest planned independent in demand management.
For e.g. if PIR is 100 and delivery 90, PIR becomes 10 (withdrawal 90).
    3. Delivery - no impact as delivery is issue from sales order.
This strategy is particularly useful if you need to produce, regardless of whether you have stock or not. For instance, steel or cement producers might want to use this strategy because they cannot shut down production; a blast furnace or a cement factory must continue to produce, even if this means having to produce to stock.
You need to maintain the following master data for the finished product:
Maintain strategy group 11 on the MRP screen.
Set the Mixed MRP indicator to 2 on the MRP screen.
Maintain the item category group (for example, NORM) on the Sales Organization screen.
Maintain the Availability check field so that you perform an availability check without the replenishment lead time (checking group 02 in the standard system).
    Strategy                                                        10
Stock is taken into account                           Yes

  • Ringback tone issue on outbound call with full E.164 number between 2 sites

    Hi there.
We have been encounting issue where site A calling site B with full E.164 number users expereiencing no ringback tone on caller while phone is ringing on site B.
In CUCM, Route Pattern is configured to use TEHO for long distance call. For instance, if site A dial site B with full number with area code, call should be sending out via site B VG.
It was working fine until recently, there is no change made on VG nor in CUCM.
I have attached dial-peer config of site B, should i add below subcommand under all dial-peer # pots?

Yes I have expereinced this too..Even when you call an external number and the user rejects the call, you hear a normal ringback tone over sip trunks..I think the issue is that the ITSP sends a 183 session progress or 180 ringing even before knowing what the state of the called device is..
You can send us a debug ccsip messages for a test call and we will be able to know exactly what is going on

  • Materials Required Planning

    Hi all,
I have already maintained MRP field and forecast field for materials. Pls can anyone tell me the steps to perform MRP activities on the material.. The MRP type i use is forecast-based planning .

    Dear ,
I am doing this Forcast Base Planning in our busniess .
Few Question : Are you keeping all the material which will be FBP in one MRP Controller or one MRP Area or One Storage Location ? How are you planning to Excute MRP in MD01?
Here what we did is I have create  scope of planning where I include different storage location ,plant , MRP area so that various material can be planned through MRP.In your case u can run MRP on plant /sl/mrp area based on requirement  in MD01.But not all the material will be under FBP.In this case I have created an User Exit in MD01 where it will plan only those Material which are having MRP Type-Fore Cast Base MRP irrespective of MRP Controller ,SL ,MRP Area ,Plant
    How to execute Forecast :-
1.If you are looking for Individual Forecast for any material , u have to go though MM02 , select the Forcasting View  hit on the Execute Forecast  and save.It will based on the Consumption Histroy , Forecasting Model , Smmothing factor , Initialization Factors, Period forecast  .It will calcualte the  forcasting for the stipulated period and safety stock will be calculated based on service level percenrage in MRP3 view .In case of total forecast , you can do it through MP38 :
    1.Enter Plant Code
2.Copy the material which one u want to execute forcast in case if you want to  shorten ur time .
    3.Period Indicator -M
    4.Forecast Execution : A
3.Tick on the SAVE/Log Record and execute .
It will show you how many materials forcasted with quanty , safety stock and forcast realted parametrs in each n every material .How many are failed due to no cunsumption valus with red alarm.
2.Copy Forcast to Planning Table : MD70 .Enter Plant , Material ,Period To/From  for copying the monthly forecast ,Requirement Type : VFB -check in your case , Version :00  .Give a Requirement plan Number .Tick on Req active ,History ,No Data Base Change , Detail List  .Finally execute .
3.check the same in MD62 -Change Planning Table with that Req Plan Number not by material /product group.
4.Run MRP on MD01 based on your requirement as I have shared with u above.

  • Release demand to SNP - Strange requirement

    Hi,
We have some strange requirement during release demand from DP to SNP.
We use demand planning system to plan future demands and release to SNP for supply planning. And we use TDP ( 10 days, a posting period) as storage bucket profile in DP and 9ASNP in SNP.
Now the requirement is to release demand of 1 TDP to SNP on one fixed day.
For example, my TDP is 1 - 10 (dates) and demand is 100 tons. I want to release total demand on only 5th i.e. on 5th my demand should be 100 tons and remaining all days it should be 0 tons.
Like that we need to release for every TDP demand into one day in that TDP.
The issue here is DP will have information of demand daily wise and hence am not able to release total demand on a fixed day.
I have referred some user exits for doing this, but not able to figure it out whether it will fulfill my requirement or not (Infact i could not able understand the purpose of the user exits). Can anyone please tell me, the user exits which can be used in demand release to SNP and how those will work???
Also can anyone please let me know how i can proceed on this requirement?
Will defenitely appreciate your answer by rewarding the points.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • 10.4.10 Audio Popping Issues: Information Check with Internal Speakers

For people with internal speakers, or those without subwoofers: Please read all the way to the bottom to find a test that will determine whether you are also having audio problems, even if you can't hear pops.
We've had a lot of discussion about audio popping due to 10.4.10, and the evidence indicates that the audio circuitry is going to sleep to conserve power, even on AC-only computers like the iMac, Mac Mini, and (at least one) Mac Pro. Some people claim to not have this problem, but I'm wondering if they just aren't noticing it.
Having external speakers with a subwoofer, set to high amplification, are key to obvious detection of the problem. Let the sound subsystem go idle for 30+ seconds (wait a minute with no audio, just to be safe), turn up your external speakers really loud, and cause the computer to make a sound. You should hear a burst before the sound plays. If you repeat the sound, you won't hear the burst. This is the sound of the audio circuitry powering on, and the speakers are amplifying it.
About 30 seconds after the sound finishes playing, if you leave the volume of your speakers turned way up, you should hear a "pop" as the circuitry is powered off. Then, playing another sound will recreate the burst.
I haven't been able to hear these sounds with internal speakers, either on the Mini or iMac. But the problem still exists, and it is detectable... if you know what you are looking for.
The burst of the audio circuitry turning on also causes a delay in the audio. The delay is a noticeable fraction of a second, an it can easily be detected if you have a repeatable source of sound. I like Terminal.app, because I use that application all day, every day. Here is how you can check to see if you are also subject to the audio problems:
    1. Start Terminal.app (in the /Applications/Utilities directory).
    2. Wait one minute for the audio circuitry to shut down.
    3. Without typing anything else, very quickly strike and release the Backspace key.
    4. If you pressed the key all the way, the program should have caused a beep. However, if the audio circuitry goes to sleep, the beep should occur after you have moved your hand off the key. This is because the circuitry takes time to power itself on before playing the sound.
    5. Now, quickly strike the Backspace key again. You should notice that the sound is produced immediately as you hit the key, without the delay you just witnessed.
    6. Strike the Backspace key repeatedly, to confirm that there is no audio delay. Do this about once every second or two. If you press the key too rapidly, not all of the presses will produce sounds... this behavior is not related to the issue we are testing.
    7. Wait another minute for the audio circuitry to shut down, and strike the Backspace key once more. You should again observe a delay between your strike and the sound production.
If you witness delays like this, your audio circuitry is also going to sleep, and you are having the same audio problems as the rest of us. However, either because you are using internal speakers, or because your external speakers don't have the appropriate response, you aren't hearing the same bursts and pops as the rest of us.
Please try this test, and report here. I want to build a list of people who previously couldn't hear the sounds, but still have the delay. This might give us a better picture of the scope of the problem.

Re: 10.4.10 Audio Popping Issues: Information Check with Internal Speakers
Your analysis of what is happening is right on.
The problem on my Intel Mac mini with external Klipsch speakers (two mid-range/high and a subwoofer) is REAL obvious as the system emits a hum like a Spinal Tap amplifier turned up to #11 when 10.4.10 powers down the audio circuitry
Then, if I play a song in iTunes, it first pops and the hum disappears right before playing.
    Quite annoying.
Here's what I sent to Apple tech support:
    Guys/Gals (OS X Engineers):
Concerning the Snap, Crackle Pop Audio problem in the 10.4.10 update:
Please. Just do the right thing and fix the audio.
There is no need to power cycle the audio subsystem to save .0005 amps on your laptops.
And then to make your Mac mini/iMac/other desktop users have to put up with it when using AC power is ridiculous.
Put the audio subsystem back like it was in 10.4.9 and let the laptop battery freaks looking for mini-amp savings get a "work-a-round".

  • PR  with reference to requirement plan

    Hi Friends,
I have created two  requirement plan in MD61 for five finished products. After MRP run i get PR for respective raw materials. I want to see that which PO is created for which requirement plan. If it is possible to do goods receipt with reference to respective requirement plan?
    How can i find it?
Edited by: kiran ghule on Mar 24, 2009 4:31 PM

    Hi Kiran,
You can get reference to PR in PO, but not Requirement plan in the PO.
And it is not possible to do goods receipt with reference to respective requirement plan.
Basically you can trace by date on which the PIR is created and with PR, PO dates.
    Regards,
    Keerthi.
