ITunes Store main page???? (mac)

Dear Apple Support Communities,
I am a big Apple fan from Hungary, and I have a serious problem. When I want to check the new apps or songs in the iTunes Store on my mac, I can't see the MAIN page of the iTunes Store. And on top of this when I want to check the details of a song, I can see the title and the author, but for example I can not see the album artwork as well. And I can't go to the APP store, from the main page, because I can not see the...button. I think this is a special problem but I hope you guys can help me. I am from Hungary so my english is not perfect, yet.
Please help me!

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset  ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

If no joy...
Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings.

  • No error message on itunes store but page just goes blank! cant purchase!

    Help! I've had itunes forever and withing last few weeks when i log onto itunes store the home page is visible for a second then just goes blank! no error message for trouble shooting, my i pod syncs and i can play from library but i can't figure out what has happenend. my pops ups are allowed but that wasn't it? any ideas???? appreciate anything???

    Apple's App Store and iTunes Store Currently Experiencing Connectivity Issues
    It appears that Apple's App Store and iTunes Store are both currently experiencing connectivity issues. The issue seems to be persistent across iOS and Desktop machines as well as the Apple TV. Attempts to access different parts of the store will either throw a "Cannot connect to App Store" message or "The item you've requested is not currently available in the U.S. store."
    This issue does seem to be isolated, so some users may not be experiencing connectivity problems. Most reports on Twitter seem to be focused around the Featured Section and Top Charts.
    Trying to purchase some songs, books and movies also throws an error. Interestingly enough, the Apple System Status page reports no issues. Earlier today, some users had troubles downloading the Skype update, but users found deleting the app then downloading it resolved any issues.

  • I can't get on to app store or itunes store with my Mac Book Pro after changing to OS X Mavericks, any solutions?

    I doenloaded the Mavericks yesterday and since then, I couldn't get on to itunes store or app store or browse the web by safari since then.
    However, I can use chrome to get on to all the websites, so it's not the connection problem, anyone knows what to do, cos I am really stuck and starting to regret updating to Mavrericks.

    It sounds like you are getting the following error in iTunes and the App Store, "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again," but you are able to connect to the Internet.  I found an article with a few steps you can follow on your Mac:

  • Why does search in the iTunes Store on the Mac produce different results than in the new Podcaster app?

    If I search in the iTunes Store (in iTunes) on my Mac for this word:
    msworld
    I get two Podcasts I can subscribe to.
    If I do the same search in the new Podcaster IOS app, I get no matching items as a result.
    Does anyone know why or how to solve this problem?

    the main page for itunes opens but if i click on something like a song that is under the most downladed category or a movie under the rental category it says it loads but never goes to it no matter how long i leave it.

        Hello crawford1968, your efforts are appreciated! Was there any physical or water damage on the phone? The factory reset is the last resort option. Have you tried letting the phone's battery drain and then charge the device to see if the power on will respond? We can definitely look into replacement options since the device is not responding.     Is it possible to customize the page that displays when you are looking for podcasts in the iTunes store? I submitted a podcast I made, and in the process you submit a URL for the small graphic on the podcast page, but in the iTunes store, there are featured albums or podcasts that have background graphic and it looks like customizable content. Anyone one know if this is possible for anyone uploading content to the itunes store, or just features.     Somehow this tag got set in my FeedForAll template and then got replicated as I cloned new episodes into the feed.
    I've already fixed the tags and upload the new XML.

  • Can't download form iTunes store onto my Mac

    I have four items waiting to download in iTunes Store, however, I can't seam to get the items to download onto my on iTunes on my mac.  I have logged into itunes store, and have a message telling me that I have items awaiting download.  When I hit the dowload now button, nothing happens.

    Do you have an Apple TV?

  • Can't access iTunes store from old mac running os 10.4

    Hi...  I have an Mac G4 (PowerPC) running OS X 10.4.11 (Tiger).  It's running the most current version of iTunes that was supported by that OS version.  I'm getting rid of that old machine soon and all I wanted to do was de-authorize iTunes from that computer.  The computer is clearly connected to the Internet but when I open iTunes and try to get it to connect to the iTunes Store, it constantly says an error occurred and it then says to check to see that the computer is connected to the network. 
    Any ideas why I can't connect to iTunes???  I clearly know the login information so that's not the problem.  Is the iTunes store no longer supporting OS X Tiger or something like that??? 
    On a related question, I see where I can de-authorize all computers from another computer and then reauthorize on the couple of computers where I still want to be able to use iTunes and the store.  Is there any danger with this deauthorize and then reauthorize concept???  Do I risk losing anything on the computers I still want to be authorize to access iTunes??? 
    Any help would be much appreciated...  thanks... bob...

    I don't know the answer to the first part (why you can't get to iTunes through Tiger), but regarding the second part, deauthorizing will not cause you to lose any information.  While deauthorized, you won't be able to access some information, but it won't be erased or removed.

  • itunes:order tag is not working in the iTune Store Podcast Page!

    I used <itunes:order> tag in my podcast rss file and the items sort correctly when I subscrbe to my podcast (rss file) directly from iTune. However, after submitting and publishing the feed to iTune Store they are all out of order! Also about 30 of them are missing!!  How can I get them in the right order and add the other 30 to my podcast?

    It's not really possible to comment unless you would like to publish the URLs of both your feed and the Store page - this latter can be found by control-clicking on the podcast image (or where it should be) - and choosing 'Copy link'.  Please include the http:// in both cases to make the links clickable.

  • Using iTunes store with older Mac

    I have a 5 year old Mac PowerBook G4 10.4.11, and cannot seem to access iTunes store any longer. My older Itunes store has ceased to function and the new version will not work on older Mac (yay Apple!). The new version needs 10.5 to work, so I am left with a non-functional iTunes.
    (I also just want to point out that 5 years old is NOT ancient for a home-based laptop.)
    Is there any way I can continue to buy music at iTunes with a work-around, or a version of the current iTunes made for older Macs, or should I just shop elsewhere, at (ironically) more Mac-friendly online shops?
    I specifically bought my machine planning to have a long life out of it and get good value, but now Apple are turning a really happy customer into a really seriously ****** one with this ploy to get me to update my machine, which I will not do unnecessarily.
    A very unhappy, currently unable-to-buy-anything customer.
    In the meanwhile, if anyone can help or give sound advice, besides moving to Ubuntu and avoiding Apple altogether henceforth, I'll be really appreciative.

    There has been some unhappiness about that lately, but indeed the Store will not work with old versions of iTunes.
    But you can easily shop for music at the Amazon.com MP3 Store.  (If you are in the UK, use amazon.co.uk). 
    The Amazon store only needs a browser, so is unaffected by upgrade issues.  I guess it meets your definition of "(ironically) more Mac-friendly online shops."
    Once you have the MP3s, simply add them to your iTunes library.

    Whenever I try to update my apps from my 4S iPhone it says " can not connect to iTune store.". I can do the same from my Mac PC with same password.

    Try logging out of your account on the iPhone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

    All software has bugs. Try closing the Camera app via the phone's taskbar and do a soft-reset of your phone, and/or update to the iOS 8.2 which was released yesterday).
    Closing an app : Force an app to close in iOS - Apple Support
    Soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.
