JDeveloper 10.1.3.*-Not fetching tables to Connection Navigator from MSSQL

I am not able to see the tables from JDeveloper 10.1.3.3 under Connection Navigator. Where as using SQL worksheet I could query them.
Same can be seen from JDeveloper 10.1.2 from under Connection Navigator.
Appreciate your help

CRM/ISU: Notes (or Texts) at Connection Object Level and replication

Hi there,
I am trying to replicate to CRM (and back to ISU) the Text objects linked against the Connection Object in ISU.
The idea is to have two texts area in the Connection Object in the WebIC that can be replicated back to the related ISU's ones.
The requirement is to replicate those texts (multiline texts, textarea, notes) linked against the Connection Object from CRM to ISU.
The connection object in CRM is a "casted" Individual Object that can be linked against Notes (or Texts), isn't it?
So the IObjects can have a Notes Assignment Block.
The problem is that from an WebIC point of view the Notes Assignment block obviously are not shown.
Have someone of you done something like that before? Any idea?

New posted data in underlying table is not fetched in datasource (RSA3).

Hi Gurus,
I am using DataSource 0CA_TS_IS_1 in RSA3. To meet the requiremnt we posted some new data in the underlying database transparent table (CATSDB). But datasource is not extracting new data whatever is posted in underlying database transparent table (CATSDB). This is standard SAP delivered datasource.
Is there any conditions to be followed to post the entries in table (CATSDB) so that it will be extracted by the datasource 0CA_TS_IS_1 in RSA3 and then later in BW.

After posting new data in the table (CATSDB), functional guys should execute TIME EVALUATION jobs in source system (R/3 or ECC). Otherwise 0CA_TS_IS_1 would not fetch any data in RSA3 and then in BW.

It looks like bad table reference in XL reports? This is causing significant lag as they wait to time-out. Is there a way to identify source(s) and correct it/them? Unfortunately the error does not say what report. Is there any way of identifying exactly what the SAP equivalent is to the tables it is having issues finding?

This error may not cause big problems. We have to live with it for a long time. It only show XLR with highlight icon on the task bar. It shouldn't have much bigger impacts.

Table Browser does not 'fetch' any tables back from Database.

When I click on 'table browser', after waiting overnight (not me, physically..), the list of modules are shown but with no tables in. If I click on a module's contents it says 'Fetching tables' for a split secind before returning nothing. If I do a refresh the modules list goes blank. I have been able to do this until very recently, my Connection, user Account (Supervisor-Designer), BO version (6.5.1, ORACLE Database 10g) etc have all not changed. The problem we have is because there is more than 20 000 tables to return when 'table browser' is clicked and this takes overnight. Other users here with same resp. can all come in next morning to a full list to choose from - except me. We're all confused. Can anyone offer suggestions to what this could be?u201D A trace file setup via sqlnet.ora revealed nothing.
Has anybody got any suggestions here or methods of finding out more information?

Well well. The good old remove and re-install has worked! Can't understand it. After simply getting the product re-installed, I opened up Designer, imported 2 differing Universes that used the LIVE Finance Database that was causing me the problems, clicked on table browser, waited approximately 60 seconds, hit escape, all tables were visible, I dragged and dropped no problem. I didnt need to reconfigure and create new BO Database Connections, replace the BoMain Key, in fact, anything. Totally mystery yet it works so Im happy!" I am running custom report on Oracle application R12. This report parameters used standard value set for fetching purchase order number. The value set is not populating any values for the custom report. but for the standard report where this valuse set populating proper result.
It's bit Supprising ...the same valuset populating values for standard reports but not for custom report developed by me.

Luckily I have been able to rectify the problem !
I tried retrieving the output using LISTCUBE to show the SID of the InfoObject also for which I was unable to get the data. After the report successfully gave the output for those I/O, I checked again I could see the data in the I/O maintain master data !
It worked like magic to me !
But I could guess that since it is a virtual I/O therefore it is not able to retrieve the data from the table directly and is able to do that only after the SID of this I/O is retrieved.
(If a characteristic does not have any master data, the values from the SID table are displayed for the "Values in Master Data Table" mode.)

In order to read from Cluster DB Table use the following statement:
Syntax
IMPORT <f1> [ TO < g1 > ] <f2> [TO < g2 >] ...
FROM DATABASE <dbtab>(<ar>)
[CLIENT <cli>] ID <key>|MAJOR-ID <maid> [MINOR-ID <miid>].
This statement reads the data objects specified in the list from a cluster in the database <dbtab>.
You must declare <dbtab> using a TABLES statement. If you do not use the TO <gi> option, the
data object <fi> in the database is assigned to the data object in the program with the same
name. If you do use the option, the data object <fi> is read from the database into the field <gi>.
For <ar>, enter the two-character area ID for the cluster in the database. The name <key>
identifies the data in the database. Its maximum length depends on the length of the name field
in <dbtab>.
The CLIENT <cli> option allows you to disable the automatic client handling of a client-specific cluster database, and specify the client yourself. The addition must always come directly after the name of the database.

The above error I'm facing while fetching the data from oracle DB. I've installed oracle express edition and when i try to fetch any kind of reports from my DB this error is arising. i tried to take backup the m dump (.dmp ) but i unable to access that too and also through TOAD i can modify the data in the DB but even the schema in the table is not available also i'm getting these above error in toad also.
can any one please help me to overcome this ?

Post last few lines of your alert.log and check whether OS user have full access privileges to those volumes/disks (C:\ORACLEXE\APP\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\SERVER\DATABASE\ARAFIVE) or not.

0FI_AR_4 not fetching delta

hi experts,
i am having problem with 0fi_ar_4, i have run the init with data transfer for this datasource and it went successfully, But delta values are not able to fetch, delta infopackage brings 0 records with green status.
In rsa7 there are no records for this datasource. I have checked in smq1 also no luws are stuck there
I have 0fi_gl_4 data source which is working fine with full and as well as delta.
I have checked in bwom2_timest which has last updated information for 0fi_ar_4 and delta also. But the values in delta run are not fetching.
The same data source is working fine in development system. I can able to see delta records in rsa7 against this 0fi_ar_4 DS.
please suggest me ..

For FI datasources you will not be able to see any data in the delta queue..
Data will get populated in the delta queue during extraction..
After init...it writes the entries into the time stamp table BWOM2_TIMEST in the SAP R/3 System with a new upper limit for the time stamp selection...
Depending on that data will get fetched from the table BKPF based on creation date (CPUDT)...
For 0FI_AR_4 (AR- line items )Selections are made from tables BSID/BSAD (Accounts Receivable)
This is for new entries.......
For changed records data will get fetched from the table BWFI_AEDAT , depending on the time stamp table BWOM2_TIMEST....

Excise Details not fetching at IV

We are maintaining Excise details at Po in 2 Ways.One at Tax procedure and Other thru Pricing Procedure.
For Part 1 and 2 Stages the Values are fetching automatically for Both the Ways.
But at the Stage of IV the values which are maintained thru Pricing Procedure alone are not fetching automatically.
Kindly advice how to check any Table updations and any configurations required to fetch them automatically.

Actually what ever the case as per my Knowledge If Part2 table is Updated then the Propotiate Values for the Order has to be fetched at Miro.But it is not happening .

Function Module does not fetch value

I am using the fm RV_PRICE_PRINT_HEAD to fetch condition records. When I run this fm in SE37 for a particular document(vbeln) number, the values are fetched correctly into the internal tables TKOMV and TKOMVD.
The same fm does not fetch values when I run for second time for the same document(vbeln). This means :
1) I will go to SE37, type RV_PRICE_PRINT_HEAD, supply the export parameters in COMM_HEAD_I, execute it and obtain the condition records (Till this time absolutely fine)
2) Now, press Back (F3), Let the export parameters in "COMM_HEAD_I" will remain same. Just press Execute (F8). Then condition values are not fetched.
Could any body help in this regard...

 I have given you the other alternative bcoz there is a limitation while calling this FM: RV_PRICE_PRINT_HEAD.
If you see the comments and code of Include: LV61AA11, you can understand the problem.
* mechanism to controll which conditions are already part of table TKOMV
Every time a pricing result is read from database the key is put into
TABGL. Also TABGL is updated if we've lines in TKOMV assigned to a
special key but entry in TABGL (case 2).
Originally TABGL was established to handle following pathological
case: condition successfully read from DB -> entry in TABGL. Then all
read conditions where deleted during processing (e.g. manually
deletion etc.). If we run into this routine again no records should
be redetermined from DB...
read table tabgl with table key knumv = komk-knumv
 transporting no fields.
Case 1:
conditions have been already read because there is a fitting entry in
TABGL. Exit immediately if caller doesn't want to force DB access.
if sy-subrc eq 0. ---> First time SY-SUBRC NE 0 so no problem
 if generell_lesen ne 'X'. --> Later runs SY-SUBRC eq 0 and generell_lesen value is SPACE.

Issue with VC/2 - not fetching the invoice details

We have an issue with TCode VC/2 in ECC 6. This is not fetching( not showing) the Invoice documents under the header "Last SD Documents".
It is fetching the sales documents like orders, credit memo/debit memo requests but not the invoice documents.
PLease help on this.

Is it possible that 'last SD document' means 'last sales document', not 'last billing document'? Unfortunately, I'm unable to confirm - we don't use this transaction. You can also check what tables are used in this transaction (get help from an ABAPer or Basis) and then check if there is correct data in those tables. It might be using info structures or index tables, which may need to be populated first.

1 ) What is exact audit log message ?
2) Try fetching the count in SQL statement if there are any valid records it will give the count.
May for testing you can use <TEST> in update statement.
3) Have you used taskTimeout parameter ?
4) Are multiple channels polling on same table ?
