Just purchased Creative Suite

and I was really looking forward to using Adobe Story, wanted to move on from Final Draft.
However, I can't log in... I have a bunch of illustrator images and now I can't import them into Adobe Story ;/
How long will the servers be in maintenance for? it's been happening all day

    You can install and activate each license on 2 computers. No problem there. Read the EULA:

    CS6 Master Collection is the last perpetual licensed product. The files created with CC version of Adobe apps are not, in many cases, compatible with CS6 versions.
    Is there some reason you thought they were?

    I'm unable to download the applications and I'm not sure why. I thought it had something to do with me having the trial prior so I went ahead and deleted it. And I still cannot download the applications. Am I missing a specific step in all of this? I was under the assumption that when I purchased creative cloud, it would be some sort of prompt to install the program (the way adobe normally works) then I would be able to install the applications separately.

    Welcome to the Community & thanks for being the Creative cloud member!
    The first thing is to download Creative cloud desktop app which will help you to download all the apps available, go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and download it.
    Once downloaded, launch it and select any product to start downloading/installing within the app.

    Alternative: If you wish to continue using the software on the Windows machine as well then your only recourse without buying again would be to install a Windows emulator on the Mac so that it has the rght environment to install in

    We are sorry but you would not be able to update from Creative Suite 4 .The reason being there are no updates available for Acrobat version 9 .It is quite an older version so you are unfortunately not eligible for any updates or upgrade .
    The best option for you would be to opt for Acrobat DC .
    You could either for Acrobat DC subscription or perpetual version .Here is the link to download the same .

  • Just purchased Creative Cloud single-app membership for Dreamweaver, can't open dreamweaver

    I just purchased Creative Cloud single-app membership for Dreamweaver, to upgrade the trail CS6 i had, it was still opening in trial format so i uninstalled dreamweaver on my mac. Now i can't download the new version of Dreamweaver via the Creative Cloud app.  Can you reset my account so i can download Dreamweaver CC to my mac.

    I am on OS x 10.8.3
    I have used the cloud cleaner and downloaded creative cloud again and dreamweaver cc, I can open dreamweaver but its always in trial mode.
    When click on Licence Product and login using my Adobe ID, it then asks for the serial number.

    I just installed Creative Suite 6 and want to know if I can uninstall versions 5 and 5.5

    Adobe upgrade installers are always full installers and do not need to find a previous version installed.  If they don't , they just prompt you for the old serial number as well as the new one.
    That being said, if you plan to uninstall older versions, the time to do so is BEFORE you install the newer version.  The problem is that when you run the uninstaller for each older version, they will in turn mess with the newer installation iof already present. There are just too many similarly named files in similar locations for each version.
    If you already have CS6 installed, running the CS5 and CS5.5 uninstaller will mess with your existing CS6 installation.
    At this point, you're better off uninstalling all three versions, running the Adobe CS Cleaner and then re-installing CS6 from scratch.
    I know, it sounds like a pain—and it is—but it will save you a lot of grief later on.

    Swelte82 what operating system are you using?  You will need to meet the minimum system requirements in order to install.  You can find the system requirements at System requirements | Creative Cloud.
