Lead survey

Hello Experts,
I created a lead in CRM using BAPI_LEAD_CREATEMULTI and now I would like to fill out lead survey( Evaluation tab) for this lead with another function module. Is there a function module that can do this? I read about BAPI_LEAD_ATT_CHANGE, but there are no input values (tables) for survey fields. I suppose it is just for linking a saved survey to lead. Please help.

Its definitely an error of data mapping.

Missing data in lead survey translation

Hi everyone,
I create a lead survey in transaction crm_survey_suite. After activating it I want to translate it. I login to the CRM System in the target language, translate the survey and activate the translated version.
When I then choose the translated survey to display it in the detail window on the right side, I can only see the input boxes, but all texts and descriptions are missing.
This only happens in the translated version, the original is still correctly displayed.
I'm working in a CRM 4.0 system.
Any suggestions what the problem could be?

Enable "Print Survey" button in Lead application

Hi All,
There is a "Print Survey" button in 'Evaluation' tab of CRMD_BUS2000108 application.
When clicked on that button, it doesn't print the Lead survey data. Is there any configuration that needs to be done? or can this be acheived by ABAP development using SMARTFORM and BADI.
In either case could you please let me know the solution.

We have the same requirement to print the price list using the PRINT button on PCUI Application BEAD_CNPL_PL
When we click on the print button, it takes to the Popup screen where we select PRINT check box, but nothing happens onwards.
Could you please reply on this how you resolved your issue.

How do I save personalised survey answers in CRM

In SAP Help I found this statement:
...When the recipient enters this URL in a Web browser, a survey is displayed. The recipient completes the survey and sends it (by pressing the u2018Saveu2019 button) to the companyu2019s SAP CRM system. The system then uses the answers specified in the survey to determine appropriate additional marketing activities for the original recipient of the e-mail. ...
I would like to implement this.
How exactly does the recipient send the survey to SAP CRM system? I know that PAI can create a document with survey in CRM. In this case the survey is linked to an email. I have never seen loose surveys (without document) in CRM.
Am I supposed to have an integracion with an contact of type email where the survey answers will be saved in case the marketing contact anwers the survey?

First of all, I am not sure in which scenario you are using. In my earlier reply, my answer was broad too since i am not aware of which scenario you are using.
Your survey attribute might be having PAI module attached which creates/changes a lead on checking the process mode. Process calls CRM_SVY_LEAD_PAI_CREATE to create a lead.If this is not successful, it will raise the message to stop.
Therefore, You should also check if you create a lead through crmd_order Is it created error free?
one more point is: You can not use Lead survey and Lead PAI/PBO for URL.Sending an url to a business partner is a Marketing scenario hence only marketing survey and PBO/PAI should be used.
Lead survey and it's PAI/PBO should be used only when you create lead in crmd_order transaction and want to determine the relevant survey during creation.
Do you want to create lead through campaign execution or want to use Campaign automation application for the same ?
If your scenario is to send an e-mail to a business partner and as soon as he replies to the response , for each reponse you want to generate a lead.
For above scenario, you have to model the scenario in campaign Automation application.

Hi All
Please tell how can i locate that Response Recording iView ,i want tostore the campaign response,we have this iView where we can manually store the campaign response but i am not able to locate in CRM(2007) system,
Please tell and also please share any other possible way existing in CRM system for storing the Customers Responses for the Campaign Executed.
Any Help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply,what we are trying to do is
We are attaching a Lead survey & generating a URL & attaching the URL in Email which we send to customers as a part of campaign.
Now when customers see his mail & clieck at that URL it will take him to the survey screen & then he gives his responses & submit it.
Now what we want is to see what responses he has given on the basis of which lead can be created or else.
SO regarding what you said that who cliecked it ,when he cliecked & number of times he cliecked,this info we are getting but the actual response the customer has given that we are not able to locate
Currently BI is not in place so we have to do this tracking of response in CRM only.
Please suggest what is the needful.

Linking Surveys with Leads and Opportunities

Hi,
We have a survey associated with each lead and opportunity i.e when creating either a lead or an opportunity there is a tab on the GUI in which we can fill up the survey when creating the lead/Opportunity and then save the transaction. The survey goes to a different Infoprovider and leads and opportunity to their respectice Infoproviders.
We now want to link the survey answers to lead and opportunities. I tried infosets and there doesn't seem to be any linkage between these two . Any ideas or has anyone linked surveys to leads and survey to opportunities. Fyi we are on CRM 4.0 and BW 3.5

The CRM Surveys are fed into the cube 0WS_C01. If you have set the correct setting in the transaction CRM_SURVEY_SUITE, the survey results are extracted to the datasource 0SVY_DATA_1. Through the appropriate GUIDs the answers to the survey from the table CRM_SVY_ANSW (do not exactly remember the name) can be linked to the header GUID in CRMD_ORDERADM_H. (May be through the link table CRMD_LINK)

Link Survey to IR without Lead

How can we link the questionnaire from the script in the interaction record without generating of lead?
My script use only one node - survey template. It's show survey and I can submit it but survey is not linked to IR.
"Define Determination for Questionnaires: Contact" - is filled with IR bus trans type and survey.

Lead generation using CRM Survey

How leads can be generated suing HTML Survey for external campaigs. What i mean here if campaigns are executed using external website and based on visit by customers on website if they fill in information , how that information can be captured and inturn generate the Lead in CRM system.
You researching CRM Survey, i noticed that there is functional module given by SAP to generate the Lead. So question is is there any webservice available to integrate the web site - feedback to SAP CRM. We are still on CRM 5.0 SP13.

In Tcode: CRM_SURVEY_SUITE select the questionnaire, right click and select
survey attributes, uncheck the checkbox Evaluate in BIW.
I know this sounds weird but it works hopefully.
Lets us know if you still face the same issue.

Lead-Print Survey button

Trying to print survey using the "print survey" button under lead Management, evaluation tab in PCUI. When I click the same nothing happens?? Where as print is working fine with other functionalities like account management & backend too.
Any clues?

Regaeding Survey questionnaire for Leads

Hi All,
I want to display the 'Expected Order Timeline' field in lead questionnaire.Already two fields is coming in web ui under lead questionnaire is "customer Budget and customer need" which is define in tranx 'CRM_SURVEY_SUITE'. i want to dispaly this field (order Timeline) which is show the data according to two fields "business group and stragic business unit".These 2 fields are customize field.
When i create a new lead after filleing these 2 field ,1 link is there under lead questionnnaire assignment block.when i click on this link ,survey questionnaire is opned.how can i populate the answer in timeline field according to 2 customize fields.

Hi Nagaraju,
Your requirement is not clear.
- Do you want to see the same questionnaire being determined for all lead types?
- Do you have a pre-condition based on which questionnaire should be displayed for lead transaction type?
- what is the version of CRM you are using?
You have mentioned "I have assigned questionnaire, lead transaction type, item category, for the determination." So while creating the order just ensure that it matches determination criteria of your item category. (select a product and check)

Attaching the survey questions and the answers to the Lead

Hi Experts,
I am making Lead from the survey based on the rating of the questions. I am successful in doing so but I even need to make an attachment of this survey questions with the answer seleted, to the generated lead.
I am trying to find a FM which can do this.
If anybody here can guide me to this will be really helpful.

Maintain the setting for Questionnaire determination through following path
SAP Implementation Guide Customer Relationship Management Transactions Settings for Leads Questionnaires for Leads  Define Determination for Questionnaires
Here you will have to maintian only your lead tarnsaction type with Determaination and valid dates (if reqd). Please note do not maintain any Survey against this entry. This should help you to show the responded Survey in Assessment block in Lead.

Still cannot create survey (Config Guide C37, 3.4 Questionnaire for leads)
