It's only for answering the email in case you have any questions or remarks about your status and so on.
On that you should include that "follow up number" in the subject line of the eMail to identify the "follow up" mail and group all mails relating to you.
It's like a ticket number on support mails.

  • How to find the header and item level status of a CRM contract ?

    Hi,
    Few questions
    A. How to find the header and item level status of a CRM contract ? My req is to select all the contract line items which are in CLOSED status.
    B. How to get the BPs associated with a contract ?
Anyone have the list of CRM tables and the relation amongst them. Please mail me in [email protected]

CRMD_ORDERADM_H     Contains the Header Information for a Business Transaction.
    Note:

  • Item level status not updated

    Hi gurus,
My problem is in the search result screen from Check Status Transaction. When it is create da SC (from Describe requirement or Internal Goods) and the PO is also created, item level status should be Purchase Order Created. However, the status is Approved. The PO is correctly created and it has already been sent to the vendor. Even the lorry icon and invoice icon are able.
If the SC comes from a catalog item, then it is working ok.
Do you know how to solved my issue?
I am working with SRM 5.0 and Extended classic scenario.
    Many thanks!

  • Run Extended Analtytics / Create Star Schema based on Process Management Level Status

    Dear HFM Gurus,
I have come across a requirement where I would need to automate extended analytics extraction based on Review Level / Approve Status of Entities. Once the Process Management Status changed to Approve status from Review Level 3 or they are in Review Level 3, corresponding 3-4 extracts will run for various levels of data (can be base level, parent level, adjustments etc. for various Scenarios). Also another requirement is that whatever process is built, it should run every hour to check the Process Management Status and extract accordingly, it should not extract if already extracted in the last run (that is if the extraction was already run in the last hour for RL3, and the Entity is still in RL3 in the next hour, it should not run the extract, if the RL3 is changed to Approved state, then the extract should be run. I know this is a lot of ask, request your guidance as to how to proceed with the same. Any help would be highly appreciated.
    Warm Regards,
    Sidd.

    Hi Thanos,
I was able to accomplish this using excel and HFM API's. What I did was to dynamically create a process management grid in excel, dynamically refresh the data, check this data against the previous review level status which gets dynamically copied from the old refresh, generate the list of entities which are in RL3 / Approved (changed Status) and then based on that generate the extracts using HFM API's. I was able to generate this in both 11.1.2.3 and 11.1.2.1 using the corresponding API libraries which the version supports.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Sidd.

  • Process control review level status color

    Hi Gurus,
I have an issue when i am seeing in the process control in review level status its showing the brick red color for some users but other users its showing green color. but all the users having the same access and the status is in submitted state.
so Please suggest me asap to resolve this............

It is possible in Ad-hoc mode only, i.e. you can not use hsgetvalue functions to my knowledge. It is available by selecting Hyperion->Options and the display tab allows you to show Data, calc status, or process managment. If you are using phased submissions you will need to select an account in the phase to view the respective process level.

  • Hp psc 2110 all-in-one ink level status

This is an old printer, the owner's manual has a 2002 copyright date.   I thought all printer, even one this old, would be able to display the ink status of the various cartridges on my computer screen.  I talked to tech support and they said to download the driver and a printer icon should be displayed on the bottom right of my screen.  This laptop has Windows 7 and all the HP drivers are supposed to be downloaded automatically.  I tried to update the driver from hp.com but it didn't really do anyting.  There still is no printer icon on the bottom right of my screen.  Tech support said that when I click on the icon I should be able to get to a page that shows ink levels for cartridges.  Anybody have any ideas?
Thank you for your help.  I'm a bit of a novice here.
    This question was solved.

    Welcome to the forums hifiguy69!
I saw your post about wanting to check the ink levels on your PSC 2110 model. With Windows 7 the full software package is not available, therefore you will not be able to see the ink levels from your desktop.
However, if you are to print a self-test, this may show the ink levels.
    To print a self test:
On the printer, select Setup or Menu until "Print Report" displays, then select Enter.
    I hope my post helped!

  • Planning Level Root Question (Periodid Vs Monthly)

    Hello,
I have a question related with planning level configuration.
In the standard SAP Planning area
SAP2 - All  the planning levels have been defined monthly attribute as the root for time
SAP4 - All the planning levels have been defined periodid attribute as the root for time
What is the difference between both type of configuration. (Selecting Monthly / period id as the root, what difference it creates and how it affects other areas)
I was testing consensus demand key figure in SOP 3.0 and I am unable to edit the key figure value in my planning area (KF value change in Excel) which is a copy of SAP4 planning area. Initial response from SAP OSS is to modify the planning level and use monthly instead of Periodid (But I have just copied the standard SAP4 planning area).
Uploading the key figure using KF template works fine but issues comes only when I tried to change the value in Excel or try to input new values in blank cells.
Same thing I also tested in IBP 4.0 FP1 Patch 1 and configuration is exactly the same as SOP 3.0 (Both SAP2 and SAP4 planning area) but I am able to modify consensus demand key figure in both the copied planning area (Copy of SAP2 and SAP4)  irrespective of monthly / periodid selected as the root.
Please let me know if you have observed this before and what are your feedback/suggestions.

  • Aggregation level - design  question

    Hi, All
    we are in BI-IP ( Netweaver 2004s SPS16).
I have a design question for this scenario.
User needs to plan the amounts for a duration (start period and end period), Jan2008 -Dec2008 (001.2008, 012.2008) = 12000.
    We need to distribute this to the periods equally. 001.2008 = 1000, 002.2008 =1000 .... 012.2008=1000.
If the user changes the period amounts, it should be reflected back in the duration amount.
Pl suggest the design for the aggregation levels to achieve this.
    Thanks in advance.
    velu

    Hello Velu,
As the name also goes, creating an "aggregation level" will only result in "aggregation". What your requirement is, is called disaggregation or distribution - this cannot happen automatically - you will either have to use the feature in input queries or use the distribution planning function or create your own planning function using fox/exit.

  • Row Status Question

    Hi,
I'm creating a custom page in OAF, and I have a question about row status. I am curious to know if there is a way to determine if a row has been committed to the database yet or if it is just sitting in the cache.
Basically, we have a 1-1 relationship between two tables. When a user tries to a new record in table B, it must be associated with an existing record in table A. When the user goes to the create page for table B, a new record is immediately created (per the examples in the toolbox tutorial) and the user can enter data and select a record from table A to associate with, via an LOV.
If a user tries to create a new record in table B using a record in table A that already has an existing association, our client would like us to move them to the already existing record in table B. If we do this, we'd need to discard the new record we originally created so that it does not get entered in the database.
I'd like to know if there's a way to tell if a row has just been created or if it is a row that was already present on the database. My concern is that a user could sequentially select any number of records from table A that may or may not have an association, so I'd like to be able to tell which rows should be discarded as they go.
I'm imagining a user goes to the create record page for table B does something like the following while deciding which record from A to associate with:
    1) Select record from A with no association -> use new record for B.
    2) Select another record from A that has association -> move to existing B record, check if record from step 1 is new: if so - discard it, if not - ignore it
    3) Select another record from A that has association -> move to other existing B record, check if record from step 2 is new, if so - discard it, if not - ignore it
So, I just want to know if it's possible to tell whether a record is new or one that comes from the database.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks!
    John

You can use getEntityState() on EO object to get the status of the row. It returns one of the following:
STATUS_NEW - the entity object is new in the current transaction
STATUS_DELETED - the entity object originated in the database, and has been deleted in the current transaction
STATUS_MODIFIED - the entity object originated in the database, and has been changed
STATUS_UNMODIFIED - the entity object originated in the database, and has not been changed, or it has been changed and those changes have been committed
STATUS_DEAD - the entity object is new in the current transaction and it has been deleted
STATUS_INITIALIZED - the entity object is in a "temporary" state and will not be posted or validated

  • Capacity Leveling - CM22 - Question

    Colleagues,
We are using CM22 for performing capacity leveling functions.
    1) In the standard system the Total capacity requirements (First column), are updated based on confirmation. We noticed that
only confirmaton yield is posted, the capacity requirement is deducted. However, we would like to know if capacity requirements can be deducted, just by confirmin the operation hours alone.
    2) In the standard system, the Total capacity requirements incudes all the time buckets against an operation and sums it up as requirement. Therefore, if you have setup time, processing time in an operation both are added to the total capacity requirements and displayed.  We would like to consider only processing time and not include setup time in to the total capacity requrements field.
If any of you have modified the total capacity requirement field on CM22, I would appreciate your thoughts and inputs on how to go about doing this.
    Thanks,
    PKV

Hi, I didnt get your 1st question correctly. please elaborate.
For point No-2,  From a business prespective if you dont want to capture setup time in ur capacity reqmt, then you should'nt be entering the same in the work center.  For some of the clients  we have used only process time so that we can plan actual capacity reqmt.  But in those case, the setup time was negligible when compared to process time.

  • Work status question

    Hi gurus,
I've a problem with work status, maybe i'm a little lost.
I've the following hierarchy (5 level hierarchy)
    099-- (owner: user2)
        -001   (owner: user2)
         00101   (owner:user1)
              0010101    (owner:user1)
                                     001010101  (owner:user1)
                                     001010102   (owner:user1)
                                     001010103   (owner:user1)
The user always insert data in member level in BAS(00101) [001010101,001010102,001010103]
I want that once the user1 enters the data for the [001010101,001010102,001010103] cost center, he closes these cost center and
he won't be able to reopen again. and if he would have to enter data the user2 must open these cost center.
So i have three work status
DEFAULT WORK STATUS     ALL   ALL  ALL ALL ALL       BOTH
OPEN                                     ALL   ALL  ALL ALL ALL       OWNER
CLOSED                           LOCK  LOCK LOCK LOCK LOCK MANAGER
When i go to BPC web to change the work status i selected  00101 and  "include children in data region"
and change the work status to CLOSED, after that the user 1 isn't be able to insert data. But the user1 can enter again and change the work status of 00101 "include children in data region" to OPEN and then he can insert data.
I don't know what i'm missing. Any help, please?
    Best regards

    Hi,
I've changed the work status as you have indicated me but it doesn't work.
user 1 can set the work status to closed but he can reverse this work status to Open.
I don't want the user2 closes the work status because below 001 there are many branches
    001  (user2)
        00101 (user1)  --- children (owner of all user1)
        00102 (user3)  --- children (owner of all user3)
        00103 (user4)
       00125  (userXX)
I want that every user close his branch and not be able to enter data. Unless the user 2 opens this branch.
    Thank you for your patience

  • Play Status Question

Hi I have what looks like a fast reverse symbol in my play status on my IPOD. I can't see whether it is playing or paused. does anyone know what this is and how to remove it?
    IBM   Windows XP

greetings everyone and a happy new year. am a new
shuffle owner and after getting over the initial
familiarization, ive come across a situation. in all
of the documentation (online, print, forums)
concerning battery light status, there ISN'T an
implicit indication that both lights (top and bottom)
will light up simultaneously when doing a battery
check. so if anyone here could offer some
thoughts/answers i would very much appreciate it. i
understand that to check battery status you switch
the shuffle on and off within 5 seconds, the shuffle
will continue to play and the status light will
indicate charge. my question is, are BOTH top and
bottom lights supposed to indicate this or only the
bottom (i.e. next to the on/off switch)? funny me but
it struck me as odd that this morning only the bottom
light showed battery status when i thought the top
would. fyi, the lights on my shuffle work in every
manner as its supposed to EXCEPT this battery status
(either it doesn't or isnt supposed to). thanks very
    much beforehand.
    According to the manual:
"...iPod shuffle has two status lights, one on the top and one on the bottom, that let you know when you’ve pressed a button, the state of the battery, that iPod shuffle is enabled as a disk, or if there’s something wrong... "
HOWEVER, my experience is that same as yours: ONLY the LED next to the switch shows battery status. BOTH bottom and top LED light to show button pushes, etc...

  • Autonumbering for task levels - EDD question

    Hello all,
In our current unstructured documents, we have a style that handles what we call "major" steps, which are tasks that can be by themselves or most often are no as they are normally in just one context. I could use <substeps> but the numbering scheme is reset, and these major steps normally involve a multitude of steps, not just one or two token sub-steps. Our major step is formatted like a heading, and there is a prefix of Step1 and StepN. We curently handle this using the Autonumber format in the paragraph designer (in our unstructured environ). In our structured DITA environment, I would like to retain that style since it is very popular with our users.
I am thinking that a change in the EDD is all I need as I could change the autonumber format based on a context. My question is, can I use a combination of {first}, etc ..rules with the ELEMENT < ELEMENT rule? My structure example appears below:
    <task>
         <title>
         <shortdesc>
         <task>
With that second-level <task> being the MAJOR step. The highest level task is the MAIN user task, and would only required a <title> and <shortdesc>.
The Context rule "task < task" works for the first major step, but I need to handle the subsequent najor steps.
Any help or even an alternate way to handle this is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks much
    Tom

    Tom,
Sorry my response did not make it through. Thanks for letting me know. Here is what I wrote:
My question is, can I use a combination of {first}, etc ..rules with the ELEMENT < ELEMENT rule?
    Tom,
Yes, you can combine sibling and ancestor specifications. For example:
       x{first}
tests whether the current element is a child of an x that itself is the first child of its parent.
       {first} < x
tests whether the current element is the first child of an x. You can repeat the sibling specification after each ancestor listed:
       x{first} < y{first}
tests whether the current element is a child of of an x that is the first child of a y that is the first child of its parent. You can include wildcards in the ancestor chains, but you cannot test siblings of a wildcard:
       x{first} < * < y{first}
tests whether the current element is a child of an x that is the first child of its parent and that has an ancestor named y that is the first child of its parent. The y can be a more remote ancestor than the parent of the x. However:
       x < *{first} < y
    does not work.
The Context rule "task < task" works for the first major step, but I need to handle the subsequent najor steps.
       task < task
tests whether the current element is a child of a task that itself is the child of a task. Whether either task is first is irrelevant. One mistake that is easy to make when writing such specifications is to use
      task < task
    instead of
      task < * < task
These expressions differ because the first one requires there to be no intervening ancestors between the two tasks while the second one permits them.
Another easy mistake is to forget that the order of tests in a context rule is important. Suppose you
    test
    If context is: task
Else, if context is: task < task
Else, if context is: task < task < task
The else-if clauses will never fire because any element that is within three levels of task elements is also within two levels of task elements and any element that is within two levels is also within one level. Thus, any context that satisfies either else-if also satisfies the if. The if is used because it is first.
