Linking and ECC document to CRM complaint

Hello!
I have to implement the method GET_SEARCH_HELP of the badi CRM_COPY_BADI_EXTERN to get the reference document number in ECC from CRM.
Somebody knows how can i do it?

    Hi,
    Has any had any experience or can shed some light on linking an external R3 Delivery document to a Complaint in CRM. So far i have crated an implementation of BADI CRM_COPY_BADI_EXTERN, coded up the 'F4 Help for External Document' method which allows me to select a Delivery Document. The next step is to implement the 'Prepare DOC_FLOW Structure' method, and this is where most of my confusion sets in regarding Business Object, Logical Systems etc...
    - In R3, the 'outbound delivery' business object (which is the document I wasnt to reference) had is called LIKP. In CRM the equivalent business object is called ZDELIV. The questions is, which of these two names should be used to refer to the external document in doc flow?
    - What is the best way of determining the logical system?

  • Referencing R3 Billing Document in CRM Complaint

    Hi Experts,
    We have a requirement of R3 billing replication to CRM Billing Engine.
    Could you please let me know the steps to replicate the R3 Builling docs to CRM???
    In my scenario we have to create a Complaint with reference to R3 billing Doc.
    As far my knoweldge goes with the implementation of Badi CRM_COPY_BADI_EXTERN should help us in referencing to R3 Billing Doc.
    This Badi has standard imeplementation CRM_COPY_BADI_BILLDO which is active currently. Even after this we are unble to create complaint with Reference to R3 Billing.
    Are we missing any steps in this?
    Do we need to have our own implementation of this Badi to refer R3 Billing document?
    Any input will highly be appreciated

    I have an issue. I want to create a complaint but I don't have a CRM billing. The billing is done only in ECC>
    However, I need to create a CRM complaint with reference to ECC billing. I want to copy the billing data to complaint.
    How to create a CRM complaint as a copy to ECC Billing document. is it possible?
    Does the badi: CRM_COPY_BADI_EXTERN, copy the ECC billing to CRM complaint ?

  • SAP ECC Service notification from CRM Complaint

    Hi,
    As there are some links and document are available to create the quality notification in SAP ECC from the CRM complaint, using action profile for this some setting also needed in SAP ECC QM, but as in ECC we already have the service notification (IW51) which is working fine, is there any option to create the service notification in SAP ECC instead of quality notification.

      In the notification type, insted of quality notification just maintain the service/PM notification type system will create the notification in SAP ECC.
    We also wanted some other details to be pass from CRM to ECC for that we have created a function module in SAP ECC which updates the notiifcation and then that function module need to be called in SAP CRM after the Create Notification FM in SAP CRM Action.

    It would be best if you try the Best Practices available on [CRM Best Practices|http://help.sap.com/content/bestpractices/crossindustry/bestp_crossindustry_crm.htm]
    Choose the CRM Version you are working on. On the next page that opens up, choose Technical Information-->Building blocks from LHS.
    And you can use the Best practice guide titled CRM Master and Transaction Data Replication there to know more about BP and transaction replication between CRM and ECC.

  • Urgent: Extraction of CRM Survey  and change documents

    Hi BW Experts,
    My requirement is to extract CRM Survey which is linked to Activities as XML file and Change documents from CRM to BW. I know what are the datasources we need to use inorder to extract the Survey data to BW some of them are : 0SVY_DATA_1;0SVY_QUEST_TEXT and 0SVY_ANSWER_TEXT but I am confused in mapping Survey questions to BW as they may be of 200 char do we need to split them or is there anyother way we can map please would anyone suggest me steps to extract the Survey data from CRM to BW i.e from activation to Cube mainly I am worried about how do we map Survey questions to BW objects.
    And also I need to extract Change documents,i.e changes made to the created opportunity,activity transactions, from CRM to BW as the changes are not stored in DB tables but we can view them in extras menu->change documents I think they are linked to transaction number but i donot know how to pull them to BW.Would anyone put some light on it. I appreciate it in advance.

    I have no experience in CRM extraction in BW.
    Did you try to use 'Propose Transfer Rules' function to map objects from extract structure to the comm structure. I am assuming that you have activated all the required Business Content and replicated your extract structures.
    Why do you want to map field by field? May be I did not understand your question?

    In CRM Complaint transaction I am getting the following error when I try to create a 'Return Request' in ECC system. I could not trace out the root cause of this problem. Please help me in this regard.
    An error has occured in the system ERPCLNT100 while copying the document
    Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 020
    Diagnosis
    Errors have occurred while transferring the document into another system. Refer to the enclosed log to view the error messages.
    Transmission log
    SALES_HEADER_IN has been processed successfully (Notification S V4 233)
    The sales document is not yet complete: Edit data (Notification W V1 555)
    With Zero VAT/CST Sales order can not be created (Notification E ZSD_MSG 000)
    SALES_ITEM_IN has been processed successfully (Notification S V4 233)
    I did all required configuration still the problem persist. Your suggestions are highly appreciated.

    Hi,
    After looking at the errors we can make out that the there is an implementation in ECC side for sales orders which is also considering the complaints order.
    The message displayed is a custom message ZSD_MSG.
    So check this implementation in ECC and ensure that the order has the tax conditions with amount.
    Or exclude the process type of complaints from that implementation in ECC.

  • Partner function AP is not def in partner procedure in ECC - CRM complaint

    Hi,
    There is an error occured while creating credit memo request from the service complaint in the CRM. It is not stopping the process but it happens several times. The error message is always in the document but not able to fix it. There is no partner function called AP in both CRM and ECC but how come the system is looking for this new partner function in the partner determiination procedure in ECC. The detail error message as below
    An error has occurred in the system RP9CLNT020 while copying the document
    Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 020
    Diagnosis

    Hi,
    There is no problem in creating credit memo in ECC even with these error message.  the credit memo document is created in ECC. Actually thiis is not happening for all the complaint documents in CRM. It happens only for few customers/complaints.
    My doubt is with contact person mismatch in crm and ecc, but that is also perfect. pls let me know solution for this issue.

  • Referring multiple ECC Billing documents in a COmplaint

    Hi all,
    My client has a scenario where in it is required to refer multiple invoices (/billing documents) created in Ecc while creating a complaint in CRM. We have configured the settings properly and now it is possible in the current system to  refer a single ECC billing document as reference while creating a complaint transactions
    However, it is not possible to provide multiple invoices as reference during complaint creation. Is there any standard way to achieve this?

  • CRM survey - link to originating document.

    Our scenario is:
    Upon marking an activity document within CRM as complete, we want to send a completion notification to the customer along with a URL that links to the survey to collect feedback on the service. The scenario is for the IT department wanting to monitor it's performance and the customers are internal employees.
    We have an action that is triggered upon marking the activity document as complete. We have a survey created and have 'hardcoded' the survey URL in this smartform. We are currently getting responses and we see the data within the CRM_SURVEY_SUITE display.
    We now want to move on to the next step i.e. tying the response back to the activity document for which the response is received. I read about how an MIG can be used but am still a little confused.
    Can you offer some suggestions?

    I need your help. right now i m too working on a similar scenario, were i send an URL link to the customer through mail, that has been set up as an action that gets trigger once the order is completed.
    Now i am in process of fetching those results answered by the customer in the given questionaire and display it in my CRM report.
    As this is really urgent, would appreciate and be thankful to you, if you could provide me ur valuable suggestions to going ahead.

    Link Between SAP SD, MM & FI
    The link between SD and MM :-
    1. When you create sales order in SD, all the details of the items are copied from Material master of MM.
    2. MRP and availibility check related data is also taken from MM although you control this data in SD also.
    3. While you create inbound/outbound delivery with reference to a sales order,the shipping point determination takes place with the help of the loading group, plant data, shipping conditions etc. This also refers to Material Master.
    4. The material which you are entering in a sales order must be extended to the sales area of your sales order/customer otherwise you cannot transact with this material.
    There are many such links between SD and MM.
    Now the link between SD and FI :-
    1. Whenever you create a delivery with reference to a sales order, goods movement takes place in the bacgground. eg. In case of standard sales order, you create an outbound goods delivery to the customer.
    Here movement 601 takes place. This movement is configured in MM. Also, this movement hits some G/L account in FI. Every such movement of good s hits some G/L account.
    2. The accounts posting in FI is done with reference to the billing documents (invoice, debit note, credit note etc) created in SD. Thus this is a link between SD and FI
    3. Tax determination: In case of a tax determination also, there is a direct link between SD and MM
