LIS datasorce

Hi,
I need some briefing about LIS DS...how are they delta enabled and whats the logic of setup table.when to fill and delete set up table.
I filled set up table for QM with notification..it showed me 52 records posted but when i do extractor checker with DS 2LIS_05_Q0ITEM i get only 7 records. what can be reason for difference.

Hi...Initialization of setup tables in 2LIS datasources are not for a specific datasource it sfor all the datasources in that area in this case QM you see 52 records thats the setup data for all the dataources maybe it dont matches with the extraction for one datasource specific...
You must check the extractor from RSA3 and check tha data with your R3 table..
In order to notice if the data is coming complete

Preciso de dicas para Análise de Ordem.

Possuo um arquivo em formato waveform, com dois canais analógicos, sendo o primeiro com pulsos que correspondem a 1/rev do eixo e o outro com aceleração vertical no mancal. Como posso transformat este primeiro em sinal de rotãção para análise de ordem ou plotar um em função do outro em um waterfall graph, para analisar as frequências e ordens de maior amplitude?

Voce pode plotar um em função do outro utilizando o "Waveform Graph" control, se voce estiver utilizando Labview 6.1 voce pode navegar nos exemplos e procurar o exemplo chamado "Graph Waveform Arrays.vi" que mostra como plotar um array em função do outro.

Relatório de Análise de Vendas

Problema: Gerei um a determinada fatura (NFs) com e utilizei um código de imposto com a combinação (ICMS=17%+IPI=15%). O valor total desta nota R$ 115,00 só que quanto puxo o relatório de análise de vendas o valor que é exibido no campo Total de Nota Fiscal de Saída é inferior ao valor gerado na fatura (está deduzido o IPI) R$ 100,00 só que meu contas a receber consta o valor total da nota R$ 115,00.
Daí cabe o seguinte questionamento:
O relatório de Análise de vendas não deveria trazer informações detalhadas sobre o volume de vendas atingido com os seus clientes conforme gerado nas minhas faturas(NFs)?
Seria isso uma concepção do sistema? O relatório de análise de vendas exibe as minhas receitas líquidas ou bruta?
Alguém já passou por algum problema semelhante ou teria ao menos uma explicação para esse comportamento?

O relatório de análise de vendas não puxa o IPI por este imposto não estar embutido no preço do item.
Para fechar com o contas a receber, deve-se criar um relatório a parte (é que estamos fazendo sempre).

Data is not coming in RSA3 for LIS Data Source 2LIS_02_S174

Hi BW Experts,
We got one requirement on LIS. I haven't work on LIS previously.
Data Source Name: 2LIS_02_S174, This is activated and able to see in T-Code: OMO2.
First we checked the contents of S174 in SE11 & RSA3 and found 0 Records before filling the Setup Tables.
Then we filled the Setup Tables for S174 and finally got 0 Records in RSA3 as well as in S174 table also after filling the Setup Tables.
I have Given version name : &(A
We dont know, what are the settings we need to do before filling the Setup Tables. But we checked job overview in SM37 and it was taking 120 Sec.

Hi Pinky
Yes, LBWG is the generic T Code for deleting the setup tables of any application area. You need to enter your application area number in LBWG which deletes the content of all the setup tables pertaining to that application area.
Please make sure before performing LBWG that you have activated the extract structure for the particular Datasource in LBWE.
For filling 2LIS_02_S174, use OLI3BW.

LIS (Report: MCTE) is not getting updated

Dear All,
We have created a New Profit/ Cost Center and then created a Substitution Rule, based up on Sales Org+Dist ChnlDivision+Sales Office_
Then we have created delivery and then Invoicing. Accounting Document has been generated and G/L A/Cs have been hit, accordingly.
Now, when we refer to Standard Report: MCTE, (for above said Sales Area), Report shows No data for chosen criteria.
Here, I would like to mention that all required configuration for LIS Updation,
SPRO --> IMG --> Logistics-General --> LIS --> Logistics Data Warehouse --> Updating --> Updating Control --> Settings: Sales --> Update Group
--> Assign Update Group at Item Level
--> Assign Update Group at Header Level
have already been maintained before Sales Order Creation.
Moreover, the same config-settings is working fine at our Quality-Server, whereas, Its not working on to PRD-Server.
Couls anybody suggest, some more checks to perform?

When you moved your changes to Production Server and then after you have created a document for the above mentioned Sales Area. Now is this document also not coming up in the Report?
If yes then can you please tell me what value has got Updated in the Database Table both at Header and Item level in the Field Update group.?

After the update we clicked the generate button to activate the updated structure. Now the order is:

Do you have any solution on how to re-arrange the key figures?

How BW manages deletion of Sales Order by LIS Data Source

Hi experts,
we implemented LIS data sources for SD and MM modules to BW.
Loading the deltas, we see many order quantity as negative numbers... they are cancelled sales orders!
How we can manage that?

Hi Costabile,
Jusyt check what have u mapped your 0recordmode or 0rocancel field in BW datasource/transfer rules, as they nullify the records .
order=100
cancelled=-100
total=0
There are lot of threadds on 0RECORDMODE ,just check for it and understand about it,which will help u solve your query.

How do I get a .LIS to work with firefox?

I use Firefox at work because I simply like it better. Before we upgraded our computers to windows 7 enterprise with service pack 1 I could use Swiftview for viewing our payment processes, it uses a .LIS extension, but now I have to save everything before I can open it up and view it. Is there a way to fix this?

Error While loading data for LIS InfoSources.

Hi All,
I am repeatedly receiving load failure errors while loading data using 2lis_01_s001 (This is the case with all the InfoSources).
The error message is:
An error occurred in the source system.
Note
If the source system is a Client Workstation, then it is possible that the file that you wanted to load was being edited at the time of the data request. Make sure that the file is in the specified directory, that it is not being processed at the moment, and restart the request.
in our Quality system, we disabled the LIS Updation to No Update(R3) and loaded data and then again changed the Update Mode for No Updating to Asynchronous Update(R3). But now we are doing dataloading in Production. How to proceed. Should we have to disable the LIS Updating whenever we have to load the loads from R3 to BW.

Hi Jayanthy,
Pls. check the order of the fields in the two set up tables for the S001 structure. The order of fields in both the tables should be the same.
You can see the structure in the TCode - SE11.
If the order is different, then you bneed to ask the BASIS person to change the order so that the order of fields in both the setup tables is same. This should fix the issue.

Error in the data in Standard LIS structure S282

Hi Guys,
I need some advice on the following issue :
1.I have a process order that has fields Planned quantity and Withdrawal quantity.
2.Now, this data is getting passed into standard LIS structure S282.
But, in S282, I see that the values of the 2 fields have exactly doubled for the same Order..( which is in turn gettin pulled into BW )
Can anybody please let me know how do I go ahead for having the right value in S282??/

There is nothing wrong with the TID's or anything like that. There is also no selection criteria in the infopackage.
When the Delta fails, the error occurs under EXTRACTION in the monitor. It seems to be successful under TRANSFER and PROCESSING in the monitor, which I find strange. Also, I run a new Delta Init with Data Transfer, and that works just fine.
So, I'm not sure what it could be?

How to find out the standard info stucture for a customized IS in LIS

Hi All
I have to run the statistical set up for the customized info structure S763 for the application plant maintenance in LIS. But i dont know whether it was copied from a standard SAP info structure or it was enhanced from a standard info structure.
I have even checked out all the standard IS for plant maintenance but it is not matching. The closest match is S063 but a few characteristics and a key figure is missing.
Could anybody guide me how to find out the standard info structure?
Any help would be of great help.

No..it didnt solve my problem. MC23 only displays the info structures. I have a customized info structure S763 which was created long time back. Im not sure whether it was copied from a standard info structure or enhanced from a standard info structure.
I have to give the source info structure name to run statistical set up. The closest one which matches with the S763 is S063 but it is missing few characteristics and key figure.
does it means that the IS S063 was enhanced?? Am i right?? If it was enhanced how will i run the statistical setup for the same...

Credit memo value Is not updating in a LIS

Hi All,
My Problem Is O am Creating a credit memo by using the billing Document Directly, with out using any return order,Return delivery. When I am seeing in the LIS Its not showing the Actual Credit memo Value for that customer its showing Zero value. I have done all the Settings for LIS.Pls Let me know is there any specific Setting in the LIS for getting the credit memo value in LIS Report.

Check with transaction code 'MCVV' as to which all info-structures are being updated.
Check the stats groups are correctly assigned to the sales document, header, item and the billing document is Relevant to Statistics

LIS Credit Memo

In MCSI we have our own customized info structure S991.In the present system, Credit Memo values are getting updated in Gross Credit Memo column. Our client wants the Credit Memo value to be updated in Gross Inv sales Column. In Gross invoice column we will find all invoice value including debit memo value.
In the same way we need to map the credit memo values in Gross Inv sales column instead of Gross Credit Memo field.
The purpose of the above requirement is to find the sum off total invoice Value in one column. Presently all invoice values and debit memo values it getting captured in Sales Invoice sales Column, in the same way credit memo value should also be captured on the same.
Please through some light if any one come across

You need to create you SIS Formula with an abaper:
Logistics - General -> Logistics Information System (LIS) -> Logistcs Data Warehouse -> Updating -> Updating Definition -> Specific Definition Using Update Rules -> Maintain Formulas.
Then, you need to associate it to your info structure:
Logistics - General -> Logistics Information System (LIS) -> Logistcs Data Warehouse -> Updating -> Updating Definition -> Specific Definition Using Update Rules -> Maintain Update Rules.
