Low attendant console server heartbeat rate warning

hi
In the call manager real time monitoring tool i see this message "Low attendant console server heartbeat rate warning"..and it is there continously..so what i need to do now can anyone please help on this
Karthik

1st step is to restart the AC service on the servers.  If you still have low heartbeat, restart the CTI service as well. (Personally, I would just restart both anyway but you can try one at a time to see if it clears up).  From there, you'll need to likely relaunch any AC consoles (you should do this after step 1 anyway).  Then take a look.  If you still have an issue, we'd have to take it from there.

  • Cisco Unified Department Attendant Console Server 8.6.1.9 Directory Issue

Hi guys i have an issue in My CUDAC, I already installed the Attendant Console Client on the operator´s pc and when i try to find an user by it´s Last Name, First Name or Number extension i can´t find it, and on the Directory Area i can´t see the phones. The CUDAC 8.6.1.9 is on w2008 server SP2 with ISS, NETFRAMEWORK 3.5, SQL EXPRESS. I have a CCM 8.0.3 and i don´t have presence server. The question is must i install a presence server? and what can cause the directory issue?; i noticed when i make a search request on the directory area, there is a message at the bottom of the Attendant Console Operator wich says "Database Searching" but doesn´t display nothing.
Please if someone knows about this issue let me now.

    Hello Juan
I haven't got in front of me but can if you look on the server for the directory sync settings I beleive you can sync on partition and or department. Make the partition search to "none" and then in the Department field you enter the value that you have entered in the "end user" department field on cucm.  They must match as CUDAC looks for the value you have entered in the Department field in the cucm end user menu
I am having trouble with the presence side as well. It was working but after a reboot it has stopped working. All the phones in the directory have a cross, By the way you don't need a presence server for this.
    Thanks
    Feisal

  • Unified Business Attendant Console not syncing user directory

I have a customer that has CallManager 8.6.1 along with the Unified Business Attendant Console 8.6.1.9.  They are not syncing their user directory with LDAP.  All end users are put in manually via the CCMAdmin page.  This system has been in place since January.  In the past few months, around eight or so new users have been added to call manager, but they were not showing up int the attendant console.  I tried everything from restarting services to eventually restarting the server and the new users finally showed up.  I thought the reboot had fixed the issue, however I had them add a new user to call manager and even after waiting a few hours the new user did not show up.  This is my first time dealing with the attendant console server so any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you have setup a schedule in the WebAdmin for the sync to run, I normally set a schedule of running this Every 1 day at 02:00, this is when the sync will be done and the new users will show.
Restarting the server is forcing a new sync, this should not be needed if the schedule is configured correctly.

  • Cisco Attendant Console

    Hi
We are using UCM version 10.5.1. Can someone guide me on how to add attendant console users? That is, need to provide access to Cisco Attendant console to 2 new users.
    Thanks for the assistance.
    Rajeswari

    Hi Aaron,
    Greetings!
Thank you very much for your quick response. Yes. I am able to login to Attendant Console server via https://ipaddress/webadmin.
The 2 new users are already added in the CUCM. In Attendant Console webpage, I presume I need to click on "User Configuration"=> Operator Management and add the new user. Once this is done, I guess we need to select the appropriate queue while configuring the operator profile. Am I right.
    Thanks again for the clarification.

  • Weblogic 11g Admin console - Admin Server Health shows "Warning"

    Hi,
    My env details : db 11.1.0.7, wls1033, RCU 11.1.1.3, soa 11.1.1.3, AIA11gR1 PS2
When I start only Admin server, Health shows "Ok" but when I start soa_server1, Admin Server Health becomes "Warning".
When I checked "Health information details" for Admin server, threadpool subsystem is showing "Warning".
Steps I tried to resolve this issue : increased "Stuck Thread Max Time" to "1200" and "Stuck Thread Timer Interval" to "120" and restarted server, but still it shows "Warning" for Admin server Health
Once I start soa_server1, Admin Server log shows below trace

  • Attendant console error - connection failure .... using server port 1859

Hi we are having issues where the user is unable to login to the attenadnt console
the error is as follows -
A connection failure has occurred attempting to connect to server: using server ort: 1859. Please ensure the server is active, and the logging information is correct.
    After reboot everything is OK
the netstat shows the app listening on 1859 is CTSS.exe? Which service does it corelate to in Windows? I can check if that service is running next time. I did not find a CTSS service ot something that sounds similar.
Also, in order to open a TAC Case where do I find the serial number for the Attendant console?

Welcome to discussions leffjay. Good one. Cheers.

  • Full Directory option on auto attendant consoles

    Hi All,
I have been following the guide and there is something that isn't clear. Is the full directory setting  mapped to the ldap settings on the cucm? if i have added a local  user manually on cucm will this not show on the full directory of the auto-attendant console?
I have already configured the settings on server to sync contacts.
    Please advise.
    Thanks

Yes, all End Users (not Application Users) from CUCM should appear in the CUxAC directory provided that it meets any rules you have configured. By default it should pull everything over. This does not happen in realtime so you may need to force a sync, most commonly through a service restart.

  • How to identify inbound location on a centralized Attendant Console?

I'm trying to find a way to be able to identify for our centralized receptionists the location of the inbound calls.
We have 16 sites set up with Cisco routers as h323 gateways each pointing all incoming calls to the main phone line to a separate AC pilot point in CCM 4.13sr3b. Is it possible to have the dialpeer put some sort of description tag that the receptionists can see on attendant console when the call comes in that says where/which site this phone call is coming in from? Or display the queue it is coming in on?
Any ideas on this would be appreciated. I'm trying to avoid going down the IPCC path to provide this functionality since Cisco won't support IPCC and attendant console running simultaneously.
Bottom line is we have a multi site CM deployment where all inbound calls going to a central group of folks running attendant console and we need to be able to discern which pilot point or voice gateway the call is coming in on.
I appreciate any thoughts on this!!
    Ryan

One way to do this if you don't care about the caller ID of the calling party, would be to tranform the calling number to DN of the Pilot DN by using Translation Patterns. Basically the GW's CSS would not have access to the AC Pilot, but to a TP that transforms the calling party and redirects to the AC Pilot.

    As per user they are

  • Attendant Console supported on a thin client station ?

  • Upgrade CUEAC version 9 to Attendant Console Advanced 10

    Hi
I am running CUEAC 9.1 with CUCM version 9.1. My customer wants to upgrade the attendant console to version 10 advanced,  but keep CUCM at version 9. I see this is supported from the attendant console documentation I have read. I believe version 10 is a serverless offering. Is there the option to go version 10 on my current windows 2008 server(this is where version 9 is running) or does it have to be serverless. Is it possible to introduce high availability if I upgrade to version 10 advanced? I am finding it hard to find definitive documentation for this.
    Thanks,
    Derek

High Availability is supported in Advanced version .You can refer datasheet

  • Attendant Console will not load GUI

I'm running into a problem with Attendant Console version 6.1.2_c wherein when I launch the program and provide my credentials, the GUI disappears but acclient.exe can be seen running in Task Manager and using 50% CPU.  If I login as a different user, I can get into Attendant Console fully without issues.  Normally I would suggest that the user simple recreate their profile however in this case, it would be painful to lose the profile.  Has anybody come across this issue and, if so, is there a way to correct this issue without losing the profile.  NOTE, I have tried all of the obvious things like uninstalling and reinstalling the application and I've compared the working profile to the one that doesn't work and nothing has panned out.
    Thanks,
    Steve

Thanks guys, worked. My issue was that after using the help feature "?" after utils service restart "?", it just said serv. There wasn't a list of options. But obviously just doing Cisco Tomcat I was good. Thanks again.

  • Attendant Console in Multitenant Environment

    Hi
Hopefully a quick question. A customer trades under multiple company names. They wish to have all four of the main DIDs coming to one Receptionist, using Attendant Console. Apparently, they have been told from someone at Cisco that it is possible to have AC show them which company is being called, i.e. which DID was originally called (obviously the translated to a DN), so as to allow the receptionist to answer the phone with an appropriate greeting for each firm.
I know that ARC Console does this very nicely, but the last time I looked at Attendant Console all it showed on each line was the calling number, not the called number!
Can anyone shed any light on this?
    Many thanks
    Marc

    Hi Aaron
Many thanks for your reply. Can I make sure I have this correct in my mind? With broadcast hunting, and with multiple pilot points and associated hunt groups enabled, and the operator/s user ID being a member of all of such, then when a call comes in to any of these pilot points, they will display the calling number and the pilot point from which the call came to and was passed from to the Attendant Console? Without broadcast hunting, it would not be possible to see the origination point of the inbound call?
Am I correct on the above.
Many thanks for your clarification in advance. I will rate the post after this, I promise!

  • Rights required to open attendant console client

I'm running attendant console 1.4.1.11 with CCM 4.1(3)sr3c. I can download the attendant console client to an XP machine and run the appplication as long as the user has admin or power user rights. I can't run the app when the user is given only user rights. Is this appropriate behavior for the attendant console client? I don't want to give my receptionists admin rights if I can avoid it.

I handle this by giving the Authenticated Users group full access to the C:\program Files\Cisco\Call Manager Attendant Console folder. The logged in user just needs to be able to read and write to this folder.
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.
