LSO Internet mail to Manager when employee Booking Confirmation/Course

Hi Experts,
We are using the Form class LSO_PWB_COVER and customised application Form to notify the Employee and Manger when the employee booking is confirmed to a Course Type.
The Issue is, email notification is sent to employee email id and Manager email id. Since the content of the form is addressed to employee saying that "Dear Employee XXXXX, this is to confirm your booking to so and so course". the same details are sent to manager.
Which is creating confusion to manager with the content of the mail.
Can any one of you suggest me on:
Is there any possibility to send the email notification to Manager in 'CC' instead of 'To'.
or Can we change the content of the form before sending to Manager? using BAdI: Change Output Control Options.
Pls help me with your experiences.

    Thank you for answering.
    I have indicated a sender cost centre + sender activity and receiver I 've tried a cost center and also an internal order.
    I have the same data and I fill the same fields in the other client (the copy source) and it is working fine.
    I am not sure that I understood what you mean by "the activation of activty type as cost object in your controlling area". Are you reffering to checkbox "Account Assignment: Activity Type Active" in OKKP? If so, the check box is not checked on the other client either. Also, I have never used this checkbox, but always have been able to allocate activities.

    The issue eventually resolved itself, I still don't really know why. I kept up with Windows update, and attempted downloading iTunes again from the Apple website, and it just... worked. It now works fine. I don't know why it took approximately 4 months to work, though.
    I'm sorry I don't have any more helpful information. Posting here was my last resort, and clearly Apple never bothered to reply.

    When you are having problems with a site - consider weather between you and it and amount of traffic (time of day).
    Bad weather can cause problems with a connection as it travels on the information highway - hazard a guess all traffic that went through Buffalo is being routed elsewhere.   
    Bad weather can slow down handshake etc to the point of requiring too many resends - so Ibook is timing you out.

  • IPhone 5 gets error that no Internet connection is present when I have 3 bars on sprint and try to refresh mail

    I have had my phone for 2 weeks now.  Works fine on wifi for Internet so far, but when I am not on wifi, sometimes I get an error stating that it can't get email because there is no Data or internet connection, but I have 3-5 bars.  Why would this be?  I have sprint.
    Also is there a way for the phone to fetch or have the entire email pushed to the phone?  When I am off wifi, it seems like it is only downloading the header and it has to reconnect to the exchange server to get the rest, and it takes a while for a simple message.
    Any help would be appreciated, this is my first iPhone.

    Exactly - in fact just after I posted I thought of the same solution - define a hosts entry for www.apple.com on my proxy server and download the really complicated 'success.html'  file from apple.  It certainly isn't rocket science.
    So I have it working - iOS6 is completely fooled by my dummy 'success.html' file an is now working on my internet-less wifi network.
    PS Just had the 2nd Telstra technician here checking the lines and connections...  more adjustments and changed to different lines, and still no internet.  It has to be something at the exchange end - it is ADSL syncing and receiving a dynamic IP, logging in and then about 6 seconds later the ADSL connection just drops out.  The technician's modem (which doesn't login) remained connected without any problem.  Not much chance of it being fixed in time for Christmas now - we've got less than 3 hours of work time left before everybody goes home to wait for the man in the red suit.  And somehow I don't think Santa will be able to deliver me internet for Christmas.... (sigh)

  • Unable to click on Internet Mail Account

    I recently received an email that I had to revalidate my personal email account that I have been using on the phone for the past two years.   I follow the steps however when I go to setup, nothing happens with I click on the Internet Mail Account (from the list or the menu)  My Enterprise account is working fine.  I have tried the reboot both with device off and on and tried to follow other steps to delete and resend the service books.  I have re-registered with the wireless network but nothing seems to work.  This is really frustrating.  I really wish I could have more management capability in the desktop software.  Can anyone help?

    Well I have finally won the war against this horrible phone after many wasted hours. Since none of my "options" seem to work I needed worakarounds for everything. Even though I was getting my work emails and it had it's icon back I called ny help desk at work to get a new activation code sent for my enterprise account. After entering the new password and waiting for it to sync for about 10 minutes... success. All of a sudden my personal email account appeared in it's own icon with all my old emails still in it. I have since hidden then main messages icon as it is more a hinderance than anything. Guess I know thw workaround if I ever need to do it again for a new account.
    This all started because I had to change my personal email address password. I also have a Samsung phone and it was very simple. I hit the button for email and it asked for a new password. Why can't blackberry do this as well?!

  • How to restrict who can book a course in LSO 600?

    We are using LSO 600.  Is there a way to restrict only certain employees within an org to be able to book a course?  I was thinking there may be a relationship that I can add at the course type or course so only one org can book the course.  The desired end result will display an error message if someone outside of the org tries to book the course.  Thanks.

    Our requirement was to restrict employees based on employee group,.i.e., management, non management, external/contractor, affiliated etc... we created relationship(033) in hrp1001 between target group otype = 91 id = different id's for each group that i mentioned above..  to discipline/subdiscipline/coursetype etc.. In the login we classify these employees and in the initialization event of navigation/trainingtype.. call an RFC function module which will return all the discipline,subdiscipline, coursetypes etc... then just filter the discipline,subdiscipline returned by standard LSO function modules . It works perfectly fine.. if a contractor logs in and we navigate thru pages .. it will not display courses that they have no access based on relationship that we set in the backend.. for employees we gave full access etc..

    Someone sends me an e-mail and I do not have their e-mail in my Thunderbird address book. Is there a way to enter their information into my address book without having to retype it all into my address book. In other e-mail programs that I have used, all I needed to do was click on the message and then click on a drop-down menu item that would simply copy all of the contact information into a new address book entry. Is it possible to do that in Thunderbird?

    When viewing a message in a tab or the message pane there is a star to the right of the senders address. If the star is filled with color the address is already in one of your address books. If the star is not filled, click the star to add them. Click the star a second time to open the edit dialog box to add more details to the contact.
    This is not the same star that is to the left of the message header when viewing the inbox.

    Before this new version of Thunderbird, when I typed in the first letter of an e-mail address, it would display all the e-mail address starting with that letter and I could pick the address which I wanted. Now, when I type in the first letter of an e-mail address I get all the e-mail addresses in my address book in no particular order and I wind up with all the e-mail addresses in my 'write' command. If you pick the one you want to send, you invariably wind up with addresses you don't want in your 'to' box. Is there some way I can get back to the old system which was a lot easier and less frustrating than the new version that just seems to defy common sense and reasoning and is very inconvenient as it takes forever to get the e-mail address right that you want to send your message to?

    Automatically? Really?? All addresses of all senders just sucked into the address book, spammers, advertisers and all?
    Where an address appears in the panel above the message text, there is a star alongside it. Click this star to add the address to your Address Book. Once you have done that, you can click the star again to edit the address book entry.
    Note that if the star is empty/grey (silver?) the contact is unknown. If the star is filled/yellow (gold?), the Contact is already in your address book. (This is very like the way bookmarks are managed in Firefox.)
    If you really want all senders' addresses entered indiscriminately into your address book, this add-on may be of interest.

  • Why does my "Doteasy" e-mail format change when sent using Mozilla?

    Up until recently I have been using Internet Explorer as a browser both at work and at home. I recently switched to Mozilla Firefox only at home and have been happy overall.
    When I access my work e-mail account from home ("Doteasy.com") I am unable to control the font size, type and my signature when sending e-mails. Usually the resulting e-mail when sent ends up combined in a long paragraph that is hard to read and really unprofessional looking.
    I did try to follow how to set up Mozilla with an e-mail program but when I select the "Tools" menu the "Account Settings" does not appear in the menu and I have been unable to find it. I have the latest version of Mozilla too (as of 11/14/2011).
    My life will be so much easier if I can work from home once in awhile.

    My computer does this too. It also has made my Sent Button disappear and refers me to a "send later" solution. which is do not get or have. Shake the tree, maybe a nut will fall. Crack the nut and there you will find the Chinese answer!

    When an alert is sent by Internet mail, the Internet address of the alert user entered in alert configuration is entered as the Reply To address of the mail. An alert ID is inserted into the text of the mail. When the recipient answers the mail from the alert system, the alert is confirmed automatically. Inbound processing sends a status mail to the sender stating either that the alert has been confirmed successfully, or that an error has occurred. The alert ID must be included in the body of the reply mail.
    My question is: How to reply the mail?Where do I write the the alert ID?any ideas?

    Click " Like " if you want to Thank someone.

  • Mail app using old Address Book group list

    I have a strange problem. Using OS 10.7.2 and iCloud on my mac. I just removed all of the entries from a group contact in Address Book and added new ones. It shows up with the new list when I check my contacts on-line on iCloud.com.
    The problem is in Mail.app. When I create a new message and type the group name, it is somehow using an old list of contacts for that group. I deleted everything from the "Previous Recipients" list thinking that would help, but it didn't.
    Any idea why Mail is not using the address book correctly?
