Maintenance Order printing with cost.

Hi Experts,
Is there any way of printing out a particular maintenance
order showing the breakdown cost (spare/internal labour/external labour) instead of printing the list of orders through tr. code IW38?
Thanks in advance
Regards,
Rajiv Ranjan

Hi Rajesh,
Your answer is good but my user want to print it from IW32 and they dont have SLR reports authorization.

Rajiv

Will an iphoto order print with low quality warnings on it?

I think so but if you're orderikng large photos they may be a bit fuzzy depending on the pixel dimensions. What are the pixel dimensions of the image giving the warning and what size print are you ordering?
Here are the results of a print test that I ran.  The pixel dimensions are the minimum that won't give a warning for the sizes shown:

  • Plant maintenance order settlement to cost center

    Hi,
I have a requirement from the client that PM order costs should be settled to Cost center (real) and credit the order line with statistical cost center.
    1. Consumables GL is debited at the time of goods issue with refrence to PM order , cost center is not updating in this line item
    2. Settlement rule maintained as cost center receiver which is mentioned in the PM order and after settlement consumables GL is getting credited with Order and debit to cost center mentioned in settlement rule , statistical cost center is not updating in credit line
    My client requirement is
Statistical cost center should update along with Maintenance order at the time of goods issue for consumables GL (Debit)
Statistical cost center should update along with maintenance order at the time of settlement for PM order (Consumables GL credit with statistical cost center and maintenance order and the same GL debit with settlement receiver cost center (real)).
If i provide cost center in account assignment at the time of Goods issue , system is updating the cost center along with order , however at the time of settlement both cost center and order are not updating in credt line item and the cost is lying in the order without settling.
Please advise any configuration setting or user exit to meet the above requirement.
    Thanks,
    Sreedhar

    Hi Ravi,
    Thanks for the update.
If i give the cost center in acct assignment in MB1A it is taking , is there is any option to default the cost center either from PM order or thru some other setting.
I have tried both substitution and OKB9 , however system is not defaulting the cost center from this settings.
Please let me know if there is any other option to default the cost center in MB1A.
    Thanks,

  • Ordering Prints with iPhoto 9 (iLife '11)

Can anyone tell me if the version of iPhoto (9) included with iLife '11 still supports ordering prints? Thanks for your help. Best regards, Dan

Yes.  But I would update the version installed by the iLife 11 disk to the latest version of iPhoto 11 which is 9.4.3 for running your library.  A number of fixes and changes were made between 9.0 and 9.4.3.

  • Order prints with border through iPhoto

Is there a simple way to order prints through iPhoto's Kodak service and have them include a border?
It seems in order to use the iPhoto print order service you need to have 1 click ordering turned on which only give you a single option of "Buy".

The only way I've found is to use photos that have a border when viewed in iPhoto.
I have a way that isn't that easy for a one-time but it works if you order frequently. I use Pages from iWork '08:
    # Go to Page Setup in a Pages blank document and create a 4x6 (or whatever size you order) custom page.
    # In Page Setup, choose this to be your page
    # Drop in an image from the Media window and size it as you would like
    # Define the image as a placeholder from the Format> Advanced menu
    # Save this as the template for your photo
    # Next time you need a photo with a border, just choose the template
    # Drop a photo into the photo that exists on the template, the new photo will replace the one in the placeholder
    # Print, then in the Print dialog choose Print PDF to iPhoto
    # A photo with a border is placed in iPhoto. Order that one.
It's a pain for just a border, I know. But you can add text, graphics and inset photos and stuff to your Pages template and get a nice photo with custom artwork - at that point it's far less trouble than using the web-services that places offer.

  • Ordering prints with SPSE4.0 in EU area ?

Is there a print service for European Union area customers via Photoshop Elements 4.0 ?

    srer:
Welcome to the Apple Discussions. The reason the small size reported (not the size that it stops at) is that the image files are converted into a pdf file for uploading and printing as are the books, calendars, etc.
Have you tried just 10 or 20 files to see if it's a size issue or maybe a bad file that's near the end of the list?
Another possibility, but rather wild I'll admit, is maybe there's an upload limit imposed by your ISP. Also make sure there are no CMYK image files in the batch as they are not supported by Apple's printers.
    Do you Twango?
TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've written an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.

  • Trouble with Ordering Prints

I have adobe photoshop elements 7.  When I try to Order Prints, I get the little picture that says I should wait while it downloads the shorts I've selected, then I get a blank, white screen with Order Prints in the upper left corner.
I had been successfully ordering prints with Shutterfly using this function all along.  Suddenly, it's not working.  What can I do to fix it?

Yes, I'm still having the problem.  I've attached a picture of the screen
    shot.
I had a problem several month ago that required reloading the Elements 7
organizer.  Is it possible that this screen shot is occurring because
somehow reloading the organizer erased my connection to Shutterfly?
If so, how would I reestablish that connection?

  • Maintenance Order Settlement

    Hi SAP gurus.
I have one Maintenance Order PM01, with Actual Costs. Now I want to settle this cost to the cost collecter.
Here is the problem. In  SPRO I have defined a settlement rule where the default object type is a Cost Center.
My plant has a lot of equipments, and some of them have cost-centers, and another ones have internal orders.
When I try to settle the PM01 order to one equipment that has an internal order, the system returns an error, because of the SPRO definition.
Is it possible to ask the system to search in equipment data master the cost colecter? For exemple, if in the master data is Cost Center, then the order settle that a cost center, if in master data we have one internal order, the PM01 order settle to that internal order.
    Thanks in advance.

    hi
since you have maintained the CTR as your settlement receiver ,if the equipment does not have cost center then your settlement rule is not created automatically which is the main cause for error during settlement
for avoiding the same you can make the settlement rule mandatory for release in IMG hence user will try to maintain the settlement receiver when releasing the order .you can proceed with settlement.
Or check customer exit COOM0003  Customer function for automatic creation of settlement rules where with the help of technical people can fulfill your requirement.

  • Regarding configuration cycle for sales order linking with project systems

    Hai Sap professionals,
i have a scenario like engineer to order. where i manufacture PC's for my customer as per their request.
Some may order AMD's and some Intel processor etc... now how i should start linking everything a brief idea if any can tell it will be helpful...
    with regards

    hi,
In make-to-order production with cost management using a project, all costs and revenues relating to the make-to-order item are collected and allocated to a project in the SAP Project System. The costs are allocated to profitability analysis.
    Prerequisites
Make-to-order production is controlled by the requirements type. The requirements type is determined on the basis of the MRP group and the strategy group in the material master record.
Up to Release 3.0, the requirements type is determined on the basis of the item category. For this reason, special item categories are used up to Release 3.0 for controlling make-to-order production. To carry out make-to-order production for a material with cost management using the project, you must maintain the following fields in the material master:
    MRP 1
    MRP Group
    MRP 2
    Strategy Group
    Screen
    Field
In addition, a plant must be assigned for make-to-order items in the sales order.

I want to know which cost element or GL account is debit and credit during every posting. And What are their impacts on maintenance order?
2- What is the purpose of "source" (cost element group) and "settlement cost element assignment" in allocation structure when we want settle maintenance order on cost center?
3- On which accounting term, the maintenance order should be settled, cost center or GL account? what is the best practices?
    Regards,

    Goods Issue & Goods Receipt:
In OBYC, G/L account for Inventory posting & Offset account for that Inventory posting will be maintained. Inventory posting will be BSX & Offset will be GBB.
In Material Master, valuation class will be assigned. Based on this valuation class, this entry will be taken.

  • Actual cost of maintenance order

    Hi SAP Experts
In Plan/Actual Comparison of maintenance order; i'm not getting actual cost of the order while i'm getting planned cost.
If anybody knows, plz help on this ?
    Regards
    Pooja

    Hi Pooja,
I think, the first thing in such case is to verify, if there are actual costs of the PM order ro not.
To do this, you can run the transaction rkacshow, input the the order number, and check the COSPA & and COSSA,  if there are records with value type 4 (field WRTTP).
    kind regards,
    Zhenbo

  • Purchase order with cost center

I have 1 purchase order raised against cost center. for which gr, iv & payment  also done but. client want to return part of the goods.
What can be the best process to do this.
    Thanks,
    Kiran

    Hi,
Talk to  your business team, what  is real requirement now and also consult with FI/CO team
As payment done, you can go for creating a Return PO and then do  GR with 161 movement type( if excise,do J1IS for to reverse excise and then print with J1IV) and finally go for credit memo in MIRO.
    OR
Considering  payment done to vendor as wrongly/ by mistake,so 1st check accounting document number for which vendor (with account number) in t.code:FBL1N & then reverse it with t.code: F-02 and finally clear it with t.code: F-44.Reverse all GR and MIRO document.

  • Print Out of Check List In Maintenance Order.

    Hi All
I just added one checklist to the Long Text in the tasklist of an equipment.
In the checklist there are some tabular cloumns, lines, square box, etc...
But when i take a print out of the checklist/Orerations from the maintenance order the tabular cloumns, lines, square box, etc...
are not shown in the print out.
Pls. Suggest some way of adding the checklist with tabular cloumns, lines, square box, etc...
    Venkat

    Venkat,
Long text doesn't support table formats.
You could get around it by having those fields maintained as characteristics and then generating a table while printing forms with that data using  Adobe forms, smartform or sap script.
If you would still like to maintain the same in long text, it can be done by drawing vertical and horizontal lines using "|" AND "_" .Its tedious and ugly process, but you could get what you want. However the you may have to go through a iterative process to get the format right. It would be easier if there were just two columns.
