May I bring a macbook to the apple store if I didn't purchase it there?

I was walking home yesterday and I got caught in a down pour about halfway home. I laid out my mac upside down with the battery out for several hours, and when turned on would not work. I purchased my mac off Amazon, and was curios if I was still able to bring it in to the apple store to be looked at.

if you take it to the apple store they will typically do a diagnostic on the mac free of charge and be able to tell you exactly what needs to be repaired and/or replaced on the mac and what the cost will be since neither the apple hardware warranty nor the applecare protection plan cover accidental/liquid damage

take it back asap. If it wasn't doing it before they cleaned the fans, they may have accidentally done something that is causing this behavior.

They can fix it at the Apple Store. I wish you could get it fixed for free, but the warranty doesn't cover accidents like this . It sounds like you understand this, I just want to make sure you know.

well you have multiple options..
1. get a mbp from apple store and use the iwasel service from saudi post to get it to you. many times apple store doesnot accept saudi credit cards. if you do..then you could add some good quality keyboard stickers to the keys to make them arabic.
2.get a mbp in saudi from www.i-weaver.com they provide them with arabic keyboards.

What error message are you getting?
Try resetting the password.
After you reset the password you have to go to Settings>iTunes and App stores and sign out and sign back in with the new passwords before you can make a purchase.

If it's under warranty and they determine it's a defect and not caused by abuse, yes. If it's out of warranty or was physically damaged, then no. You'll need to pay for an out of warranty replacement.
