Member of a trial?

I was just looking at BT Vision and debating whether to buy it or not and it said the product is not availbe to me because I am currently a member of a product trial.
The only thing happening with my BT account is an order for ADSL2+ which is going through on the 26th June.
Would that stop an order?  I haven't decided whether to go for Vision yet or just to buy a recording freeview box because I won't be using the on-demand services.

    Hello Listees,
    I actually had the trouble - as many others - that I invited a member to the Creative Cloud Team and after he connects all CC-Stuff is only available in trials versions.
    So after a lot of reading and trying I have the following solution which is important for the most people sitting in an office:
    Try this URL in a webbrowser: https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/
    If you get: "Congratulations! You have successfully connected to Adobe License Management Server"  - everything is fine and it must work.
    If you get an error page or nothing - you have a problem. But which one?
    The cloud application trys to connect to the https-Port and in most of the companies the firewall is configured not to allow access via https. Thats the point a lot of trouble comes from.

    I subscribed Adobe Creative Cloud for 1 year plan with a promotion 1,200 Thai baht a month since December last year.

    After having payed fo an account for one year for Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 i keep getting the message ,that I am using a trial version of Photoshop CC.
    Lightroom on the other hand is not functioning in a trial version !
    Could anyone tell me how I can start working with Photoshop CC while not in trial mode ?

  • Why am I required to sign in as a TRIAL member? I'm a member for a year

    I've gone through this before and I'm getting tired of it. Adobe's management of Creative Cloud is terrible!!!
    I'm being charged for multiple memberships and am trying now to resolve this issue.  Suddenly I find that I have to register the software I have already downloaded for over a year as a TRIAL membership.  I'm an active subscriber for over a year and am being charged on a monthly basis.  If you don't get your act together, you're going to lose a LONGTIME customer.

    I'm trying to deal with multiple billings for my Cloud membership.  After talking to India billing about this they terminated the erroneous billing for $49.99+tax and then I get this email:

    Your Creative Cloud membership will be transitioned to a Free membership at the end of the next billing period. This means you will lose access to many of the apps and services included with a Paid Creative Cloud membership.
    In addition, since Free membership offers only 2GB of storage, you may need to remove files to get your cloud storage down to 2GB (or to purchase additional storage separately if you choose). If you leave more than 2GB of files on Creative Cloud for more than 90 days, you may lose access to some or all of your files. If you decide you want to return to a Paid membership, update your payment information and desired plan on the account management page.

    Which membership are you talking about?  I've been billed for two different memberships.
    If my next credit card statement shows a May billing for $53.00 plus another for $32, I'm getting out of your CLOUD altogether.
    I've used Adobe products for many years.  I thought the Creative Cloud was a great idea and subscribed right away.  However, its implementation by your so-called team has become a nightmare.  The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.  Is there anyone in the US whom I can talk to who knows what the hell is going on?

  • Creative Cloud member, apps listing as "trial" after login

    I'm a new CC member since October. I got the full CC membership with all the apps and everything is fine on my home pc. So, I came to my parents house for the weekend and decided to install the Adobe CC app on my fathers notebook to get something done. The thing is when Photoshop was fully installed it was listed as "start trial" on the apps tab. And now its running a 30-day trial even though I'm logged in to my account. Why is this? Is CC apps machine-locked? That doesn't make any sense since its all account bounded now and all the "work anywhere" "sync everything" blablabla from adobe to push everyone to CC. I couldn't find this info anywhere and would be pretty dissapointed if positive about this. Any help?

    I have a team account, I added a team member and sent the invitation. He downloaded the CC apps and accepted the invitation to the team. His apps still show in trial version. what do i need to do to get his apps recognizing his team status?

    I just switched my acount from trial version of Adobe Cloud, to a full member. I would like to access my apps, but for some reason, the ones that had expired from the trial version are still unavailable. What do I have to do to make them available now?

    Hi all,
    Just wanted to ask on behalf of my father that I have managed at long last to buy a mac, how to sort out an issue.
    He set up a trial on .mac, and then proceeded to actally becoming a full member, but he was "forced" to use a different name for the account ( [email protected]) to that which he had set up the trial with and wanted.
    The question is simple, how can he get the account name that he wanted and had as a trial and eliminate the one that he has beeen forced to have ?

    Can't find what you are talking about, could you post a link.
    I see the following.

    Its all referring to trials.

    I would try signing out of the Creative Cloud app and back in...
    Preferences > Account > Sign Out
    ...and see if that makes a difference. If not, you'd probably be better off calling Adobe, there might be a problem with your credentials: 1-800-833-6687
    Actually, is there any chance that you logged into the CC app with the wrong Adobe ID?

    After signing in to Creative Cloud, I attempt downloading of different applications (for example Photoshop and Illustrator) but
    I only get the trial versions as an option for download.
    I am confirmed as an active paying member and I did install the latest version of Adobe Application Manager.

    If you are getting the TRIAL option on the creative cloud website then follow the steps for section A.
    If you are getting the trial prompt when launching the installed application,  follow the steps on Section B.
    Section A (Applcations in trial mode in creative.adobe.com):
    1. Please make sure you are logged in with the active subscribed adobe id.
    2. Try to log out and log in back again.
    3. Try another borwser.
    4. Clear the cache and history of the browser reload it and then try logging again.
    Section B (Trial prompt when launching the installed application )
    Launch one of the problem Creative Cloud applications.
    On the Creative Cloud app trial screen, click License This Software.
    Sign in with your Adobe ID associated with your Creative Cloud membership.
