Missing Points of my big order past 4 months and not resolved yet

I am an Elite Customer of Best Buy and have lots of product past few years. 
I have bought order of more than $10,000
ISSUE: MY REWARDS POINTS ARE MISSING. It's being 4 months and I haven't got a single point from this order. Even with Elite Membership, if I have this issue, what others would be going through.
It's easy to make customer that me happy. Just issue the missing points to my account.
I am not able to use "missing my points" page as its giving errors and over the phone I am not getting help as most of the representatives can't help me. 
I don't want to lodge complain in BBB regarding this small issue. Hope this would be resolved ASAP and hoping to get the answer and missing points in a short time.

I hope you are having a great day, and welcome to the Best Buy forum!
A purchase of more than $10,000 could definitely result in a lot of points, so I can understand questioning why the points may not have posted to your My Best Buy™ account as of yet.  Being that the purchase was of such a large amount, I would assume it was made at one of our Magnolia or Pacific Sales stores.  The points for a Magnolia or Pacific Sales purchase should generally post within 20 to 35 days after any scheduled deliveries have been completed.
I was unable to find any $10,000 purchases using your name or email address, so I am going to need some additional information from you.  To gather that information and go over your My Best Buy™ account with you, I will be sending you a private message.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the little yellow envelope at the top of the page.  I look forward to further speaking with you.

    The Muvos are USB Mass Storage devices and do not have the ability to display track information based upon ID3 tags.
    The Zens all read and display track info based upon ID3 tag information that is either gathered from an online source or entered by the end-user.
    If you want the track information displayed instead of the ID3 tag information, you could edit the ID3 tags and rename the title to whatever you have as the file name. Not sure why your file names would differ so much from the ID3 tag info though, almost all of my content has the same name for the filename as it does on the ID3 tag title.

    You need to take care to use separate profiles when using multiple versions of Firefox.
    We will need more information about your problem but mean while maybe this general information will help. Besides telling us about any error messages please also say exactly what you have tried; to fix the problem, and whether you now have multiple Firefox profiles set up.

  • Missing points from a pre-order?

    I sent this in a PM to Aaron but I'm posting it here so it doesn't get lost in the mix.
    I really hope you can help. I'm a GCU member. I pre-ordered four games this month and followed through on purchasing all of them. My purchase on 11/18 did not apply the rewards points as I believe it should have and phone service has been of no help. Here are the details:
    On 11/11, I put $17 each ($34 total) down on Grand Theft Auto V and Dragon Age: Inquisition. As a Gamer's Club Unlocked member, I pre-ordered both to make sure I would receive the $10 certificate for each game (I not know only GTA was eligible). On 11/18, I followed through and purchased both games. At the time, the teller mistakenly rang up "The Great White Shark" DLC for GTA V for $19.99 and then processed it as a return to void the transaction. I received both games, having paid $47.99 for each, but obviously not the mistaken DLC.
    Today, I noticed that I was only attributed 230 points for the 11/18 transaction (the total on my account reads $123.65 but includes the mistaken $19.99), which, as you know, isn't even enough for $5 certificate, much less a $10 certificate. 
    The phone representatives I've spoken to on the phone have told me, at different times, that a) 230 points is all the two pre-orders will provide; b) that I'll only receive one $10 certificate; and c) that I won't even see the points for 15-30 days, which wasn't the case for the first two games.
    Please help! You seem like you know much better how the system works than the reps in the call center. Also, the 11/19 certificate that my account says was issued was not received at my gmail account, in any of the folders, including spam. Is there a way to access this on the website or to prevent it from "auto-issuing" so I can just claim it?

    Thank you for joining Gamers Club Unlocked, and thank you too for pre-ordering your games from Best Buy.  I'll be happy to answer your questions today.
    As you have confirmed that the purchase is on your My Best Buy account, you should be all set to receive your "Get $10" points.  These can take up to 20 days to post to your account, and promotional points do now always appear as pending before they post to the account.  As our contact center agents confirmed, please allow a full 20 days from the date you picked up GTA: V to see your points in your account.  If you don't have them after that time, please let us know and will be more than happy to review your account to see what is happening.
    When certificates are issued, points are first pulled from your account, then the certificate is generated and an email is sent to you advising you of its availability.  There is typically very little time between these two occurrences, but in some circumstances it may take up to 24 hours.  You should be able to find your email today, but if you intend to use the certificate in-store a cashier can simply attach it to the purchase when they look up your membership on the transaction.

  • Order changes in Monthly and Weekly Data View

    Hi,
        I need some of your suggestions for my problem below:
    I have a planning book with two data views (1 with monthly bucket and other with weekly bucket).Now I create three forecast orders in the weekly data view as below:
    Quantity     Date
    10         05.11.2007
    20         12.11.2007
    30         19.11.2007
    So I can see the sum as 60 in the monthly data view. Now I try to modify (deduct by 5) the forecast order from the monthly data view. So the sum 60 changes to 55 but when I see the details of the order it looks strange to me.

    Please let me know what is the logic behind this?

    This is possibly because of the settings in the planning area for the time disaggregation of the Key figure
    Can you go Planning area administration and see what the setting is in the key figure disaggregation tab?
    I think it needs to be P for proportional distribution and will use previously existing proportions for new quantities.
    instead in your case it is ignoring previously exsisting proportions and distributing afresh. Am not sure what type that is (K?)
    the F1 on the time based disaggregation field will give you a better idea.
    if you want to know why the 11 and 5 are there at the ends and 13 is in the middle buckets, it is because the storage buckets for the weeks have 6, 7,7,7 and 2 days and 55/30 multiplied by these days is how the number are calculated.

    I have 2 $0.00 transactions pending for mine (ordered 1 phone then was told to go add a line and order another for a family member). They won't charge your card until your order is fully processed and ready to ship. 

  • Imac i7 ordered by resellers and not delivered yet

    That was my first experience with apple so far and if I had received it already it would have been my first mac.
    It all started at 30th oct in belgium in an authorized apple reseller since I was told there are no apple stores in belgium. The guy working there told me the same story like we all know about 2-3 weeks delay.Its already 10th dec and I wonder:
    Why should I bother myself keep waiting when there are so many reports for DOA or hardware issues with the graphics card?
    Why apple gave first priority to online orders and not the shops and resellers since a shop can serve more customers=more customers pleased and happy?
    Friday is my deadline. If I dont have it I ll cancel my order and I ll reconsider buying again an apple product. Even if I decide to do so I guess I ll have to wait untill the next upgrade-fully repaired version of the imac which wont happen in less than 6 months(?).
    I would like to ask from all those excited friends who made the same mistake with me(ordering by a reseller) to post any info they might have about the deliveries in Europe at least.
    Is there anyone who has received at least one imac i7 from any of these apple-cooperated shops?
    I created this topic to gather as much information as we can since I understand many people counted on this machine to work and they are still waiting.

    Same problem here ... I ordered iMac 27" i7 4GB RAM/1TB HDD around October 26th and no news until today. I ordered it via our local premium reseller. They even don't know when my iMac will be shipped.
    It's frustrating, because people who did order same configuration one month later than me already got it. The difference is that they did order it via Apple Online Store and not resellers. Sad is, that Apple Online Store is not available in our country.
    I was, am and will be waiting ... I need this machine and there's no hurry, because I have my MBP to work on. It's a new product and I understand that they are preferring their own sale channels (Apple Online Store), than Premium Resellers in some countries and than rest of the world.
    I was in UK two times in last month and there is iMac 27" Core2Duo available in stores and i5/i7 delivery times are 7-10 business day. We don't even have Core2Duo in our country yet

  • Ability to paste text "content" and not formatting

    I'd like to be able to copy text and paste it over other text without pasting the formatting.
    E.g. I have 2 point text objects, both have different appearances.
    If I highlight the text from the first and paste it over the second, the appearance gets pasted as well.
    I'd like to be able to keep the second object's appearance intact.
    Hate to bring up Corel DRAW again, but Corel lets you do what I'm asking for.
    Seems to me if you want to copy some text and include its appearance then you'd just duplicate the whole object.
    But if I use the Text Tool and highlight the text and then copy, it does the same exact thing.

    I agree. This option is very often needed. On the base and they know that the other teams Adobe.
    I understand that sometimes it is better not to move the code small reasons, because this could in turn introduces big problems.
    Code was an old, complicated, and probably very few people knew of what they exactly consist.
    But now that he is re-written 64-bit such things should be immediately implemented.
    I need this to not think about Ilustartor as a separate, backward planet of Adobe.

  • Iphone 6 ordered on 9/15 but not shipped yet

    I ordered an iphone 6 16gb silver on 9/15 through a phone order with verizon my ship date has been 10/3 since I ordered. I was fine with waiting for my phone to ship but it is now the ship day and I have not seen any indication of shipment. I tracked my order and nothing has changed since I ordered. I've also called verizon several times and no one ca give me any answer why it hasn't shipped. I was charged for the phone (2 yr upgrade) on the day I ordered, so a little over $200. I am a little frustrated that I already paid for the phone and my ship date is now here and I do not have any additional information. Ihave been fairly patient up until this point but I would really like more of an answer than the Verizon rep checking a status I can check myself without any extra insight. With over 10 calls and countless wasted time in the past three days I am at my breaking point. I'm thinking of calling this a bait and switch situation by Verizon. I want to know what is going on!!!!!!

  • My itunes won't open, it keeps saying that it cannot open as some files are missing. It has been like it for months and I can't get it working

    Please help, I keep  removing and installing itunes but I still can't open it. Every now and then it will let me in but I can't do everything that I should be able to do.

    I gave my two cents on another forum post, but will also place it here.  I figure why not, more eyes and all that.
    Not sure if you solved your problem, you probably did since there is no follow-up.  But since I am in the midst of this quaundary, I'll give you a little heads up.  I think 13010 might be when iTunes can't find a library.  This does not mean your music is missing as you can have your media folder (containing all your actual iTunes files) and your library folder (the database that organizes all of your media files) in separate locations.   I recently got a new computer and first pointed to the new media location and then also iTunes started to download the itunes library but for some reason deemed it damaged and may have removed it from it's original location as it can no longer find the library folder in that location.
    My problem is this, no other forum post has helped me much in regards to the 13010 error.  I removed the extras and genius files and still got the 13010 error.  I reinstalled iTunes and still the 13010 error.  At this point I am willing to scrap everything just to get a factory fresh version of iTunes and then attempt to import all my old media into it and then reorganize it myself.  But as far as I know, there is no easy way to do this.

  • Missing package... it's been 2 months and still no "refund"

    Sometime in late March/early April, I filed a missing package report for a pair of headphones I ordered online. Two weeks later, I called up Best Buy about the status of the order, and was told that UPS did an investigation and concluded that the package was lost.
    Support told me they would credit me the amount back to my credit card in about 3-5 business days.
    It's been two months. I haven't gotten a refund.
    I'm not sure whether I should post my reference number here, but it seems like you guys are just stalling me. This is ridiculous. My credit card billing statement is due really soon, and I have an outstanding balance for a pair of headphones I didn't even receive.
    Can someone PLEASE fix this for me? You guys have a very unprofessional, roundabout way of doing things. One of the support members I called acted as if she didn't even know what a reference number was.

  • Sales orders ONLY in APO and not in R/3

    Dear Friends,
    I have this peculiar but very critical problem wherein:
    APO creates an extra schedule line to an ALREADY EXISTING sales order only in APO with a quantity in decimals like 130.320 PCs or whatever. Also, important to note is that this line has a required date very much in the future starting from 12-2009. Also, this sales order schedule line is non existent in R/3!
    - I have checked the R/3 SD tables but nothing which relates to this qty.
    - I have checked the sales order changes, but nothing in the history which suggests that someone might have changed it.
    - I checked the UOM both in R/3 & APO but nothing.
    Now, the problem is that:
    How & what created this sales order?
    If it is in APO, then y it isnt being sent to R/3 like all the other normal sales orders?
    Most critical: APO sees this reqt & automatically creates a planned order (bckgrnd) which is then sent to R/3 as a recpt!!

    You say you ran LC consistency (which would be /SAPAPO/OM17).  Did you also run CCR as I mentioned earlier?
    Although there are no Queue errors, it is possible that someone has deleted the item from the queue.  So, continue.
    You can try to delete the order in APO using program /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL.   Select Delete on database tab, deselect test, select the appropriate product/location(S).  Select 'without check'.  Select both boxes in Additional functions.  Since you are not using GATP, you are not using allocations, but it is OK to select these items too. Execute.  Stay away from the 'Delete all DB Sales order Data" tab!, or you may have to re-cif all your orders across.  Now redo your LC consistency.
    As far as your models are concerned, you need to assure yourself that there are no ATP (transactional, not material independent) models open.  Use CFM5 to search.
    As for the material independent CIF, it is a good idea to inactivate this model after the initial transfer.  If you ever do any ATP config within APO, this model can overwrite some of the settings you created in APO.  Usually this is undesirable.
    Let me know if any of the above steps allow you to delete the APO order you don't want.
