Money withdrawn from my bank not credited to Skype...

On July 5th 2013, THREE separate amounts of 25 pounds sterling were withdrawn from my Bank a/c on the automatic top-up system. None of them has been credited to my Skype account. Two of them should not have been withdrawn in the first place. I would like to receive refund on two payments and ensure that my account has been topped up with the other 25 pounds sterling.
I did not wish for automatic top-up of 29.50 pounds sterling ([removed for privacy]) for European calls until 2014, as I have not used this system for a year. Can this also be withdrawn, please?

Sally, no one here can cancel your iTunes subsciption because this is a user to user support site, and no one from Apple will see your letter. However, I believe you can solve this problem yourself. Go to the following web page:

You can't log into any site and see your account's balance. You can log into your account on your iPad via Settings > iTunes & App Store - on my iOS devices my balance shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to). You may not see anything if your account's balance is zero.
Not sure what you mean by relationship iTunes has to products. You can buy music, films, TV shows, audiobooks via the iTunes app on your iPad, and apps via the App Store app - what you buy will be tied to your iTunes account.

Can you please confirm if this is an issue with Firefox? If you suspect that money has been taken from your bank account, we strongly urge you to speak to the bank first before anything else - so that you understand the required due processes to be followed.
We will not be able to help you much if this isn't related to Mozilla products or if you suspect there are issues in Mozilla's products that caused you this problem.

You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account menu option on your computer's iTunes), and have you made any in-app purchases or have any auto-renewing subscriptions ? i topped up through my ptsb account online last night at 12am and as of now 8.55pm I still have not received the credit even tho the money left my account straight away I received a text from my bank to say it was being processed and i have waited all day for it to come and I missed my price plan deadline I'm pretty annoyed as I haven't been able to make a call or text all day!!!

How to deal with Cash Deposited/Withdrawn from Bank for office use.
<b>Here is the senario:</b>
When Cash is deposited in Bank the entry is
Bank Main A/c Dr
To Cash A/c
and when Withdrawn from Bank the entry was
Cash A/c Dr
To Bank Main Account
Now my question is, How we will deal with these transactions while creating Bank Reconcilation Statement. As per my knowledge.
Bank Main Account Balance = Sum of all Bank Clearing Accounts.
If the difference occurs with cheques we deposit it or make note of issue while BRS, which effect the Clearing Accounts, But, How about Cash Deposit and Cash Withdrawn, coz these won't effect any of the Clearing Accounts.
How do deal with this.

Hi Satish,
Through FBCJ transaction you can do the cash receipt / cash payment to Bank (Bank clearing Account). By using the Business transaction "Receipt from Bank" and "Payment to Bank".
Hence bank posting will happen in the Bank clearing account. As soon as BRS is done, it will hit the Bank Main account.

Assuming you bought the song at the iTunes Store, you can go here

and follow one of the "paths" to get what you need or to an Apple customer support employee. One path is to click Contact Support at the bottom of the list of choices, and use the Express Lane.
The iTunes app also has a way to report a problem with a purchase. Select iTunes Store in the sidebar (of the iTunes window). Toward the upper right corner, click on your Apple ID. This gets you to your Account Information screen. Find Purchase History and click See All. On that screen, you can select a specific purchase with that problem, and Report a Problem.
If you want to try to figure out WHY that song does not play on your iPod shuffle, please post back...
