Monitor Support Group Change

Question

Hello,
i'm trying to recreate the following Example:  http://msautomation.blogspot.de/2012/07/monitoring-service-manager-incident.html since it
is exactly what I want, to determine if the Support Group of an Incident has changed.
But i'm having troubles with step 9/10. How do I tell the SM to save the current Value of the Support Group List in the String I created? If possible can somebody provide a more detailed Explanation.

As an Alternative, if you are not committed to Orchestrator, you can edit the XML criteria of the workflow and do everything inside the workflow engine.  if you use the authoring tool to create a workflow, and add in some additional criteria, it will
set up something like this:

The interesting part here is the State="Pre" flag. that is populated with the value of the item before the change, where as State="Post" has the value after. you might see where i am going with this already:

PLEASE NOTE: this will break if you try to edit it in the authoring tool, so save your original XML Criteria and your final criteria in some other file, in case the authoring tool "Fixes" it for you.
