Mouse Rollover pop-ups

Question

Greetings;
I'm using Dreamweaver 8 and to this date, I still haven't put
up a Web Site yet; I want to perfect my Dreamweaver knowledge a lot
more first. My question (or problem) now is as follows: I created a
Flash video and inserted it into a Dreamweaver HTML Document. I
then placed a link into another HTML Document, and had the link
reference the Document where the Video is. The link works fine, and
the Video comes up and plays/rewinds perfectly. What I would really
like to do now, is to make the link bring up the video by simply
rolling the Mouse Pointer over the link without clicking on the
link. Is this possible? Is there a Code that I have to place in my
Document to do such? Any help will be very much appreciated.

I kept playing around and figured out a way to make it work. A bit harder than it should be perhaps, but it does the trick. Sharing here in case anyone else needs to do this.
Open the "Comments" sidebar (click "Comments" at top right of PDF in Acrobat X -- Version 10.1.8). From the sidebar, expand  "Comments List" by clicking the triangle. Manually select all of the comments on the list. With comments selected, right click (Command + click on Mac) on one of the comments then choose "Properties." From there, you can select a new color for the selected pop-ups.
