My iPhone froze yesterday, and now after pushing the home button and on/off button the apple comes up, but it won't do anything???
My iPhone froze up yesterday while trying to check facebook. It completely shut off and now won't turn back on??? We've tried to reset it and push the buttons together, but nothing is happening?? I can get the apple icon to come up...but that is all?? Please help

Then you need to use an operating system on which that older version is supported.
When Apple makes major changes in each operating system that break previous applications and plug-ins, the creators of those applications and plug-ins can't go back and patch every previous version to accommodate these operating system changes.

I have restored the settings on my iphone and now after entering the pin on my sim card it wants me to connect it to iTunes but when i try it just says my sim card is not supported... what can i do now? It worked fine before...

My laptops QWERTY row of keys does not work for long periods at random intervals and only after pushing all the buttons on the row does it eventually turn back on and then will still cut out every now and again, anyone know how to solve this? If not is there any way to actually get a genuis appointment lol to get one of them to have a look at the hardware on the keyboard?

Only the carrier an iPhone is locked to can authorize the phone's official unlocking. So, you need to contact the carrier your phone is locked to to see if they offer unlocking & what the cost/procedure is, & if you qualify.
There is no other way to get any iPhone officially unlocked. -

iTunes is no longer syncing my iPhoto library to my iPhone 4. Everything was syncing fine when I first got the phone, but, over the past week or so, it's stopped syncing photos.
Now, after attempting to start from scratch by deleting all the photos on my iPhone, iTunes won't sync ANY photos from iPhoto back to my iPhone. I've restarted my phone, computer, etc., force quit all photo-related apps on my iPhone, and tried various combinations of turning iTunes' photo syncing on/off, switching photo sync folders, etc., all to no avail -- I can't get my iPhoto library back on to my iPhone no matter what I do.
Anyone encounter a similar situation? (I've already sent feedback to Apple.) Thanks in advance.Try deleting what is called the iPod Photo Cache.

fter updating my IOS TO 8.1 (12B411) on 10/23/14, I went to update my blood sugar level in the IHealth app. And now after the new IOS update I'm unable to find the blood glucose option in the IHealth app. Did Apple remove it or just mess up AGAIN?
Apple removed blood glucose until further notice. The reason behind this is that it gave a distorted picture in countries where the medical world used other measuring units. I suspect it will be available again in a future update.

Given the state your device is in you have already erased your old stuff. You have an image on the screen that says, "Connect to iTunes." That's what the image means. So you will need iTunes on your computer.

How did you try to import those pics?
You import pics from iphone just as you would from any digital camera. They are not part of the sync process at all.
I am trying to figure out what exactly you did.
Bottom line is that the pics are gone unless you have a backup of your iphone on your computer from a time when the pics were on the iphone.
In the future you should be importing your pics to your computer regularly. -

You need the Apple ID and password from the previous owner who set the Activation Lock. Where did you get this phone?
