My wife has an ipad2 which is synched with my imac. When she opens an email, it also opens on my imac, and when she deletes an email it deletes it from my imac. This is very frustrating. Can anyone help?

When she opens an email it opens it on the imac, and when she deletes an email it deletes it from the imac, whether it has already been opened on the imac or nt.
This is very frutrating and annoying.
Any ideas?
It is hardly Apple's fault that Epson can't/won't update their driver, but at least Epson suggest that you use the Gutenprint driver, which in any case is far better that what Epson offer.

Ever since I updated my ipad2 and iphone5 to ios8, both devices are running slow, apps take forever to download (Google is STILL downloading on both), and they freeze/crash. This is VERY frustrating! Anyone else having the same problems?
Message was edited by: RkksheaHad same problem on my iPad2 with the original 8.0 release. I ended up wiping it completely clean and doing a reset and restore from backup. That seemed to fix my issues. I had the same problem when 7 came out and did the same wipe and restore to get everything working well.

Why is my location city changed by Firefox to a town I don't live in? I put in my zip code in the weather info and it will not hold it no matter what I do. This is very frustrating and never a problem in the past. IE doesn't have the problem. Can anyone help?
1) Is it a video clip? Something you recognize? To be clear, it's displaying at a point in your exported movie but doesn't appear at all in the sequence?
2) What are your sequence settings? Right-click your sequence and choose "Item Properties" to verify. -

I was given a replacement and told to set it up on itunes but now I cannot retrieve my address book, can anyone help please?
a message appears saying that there is a problem with the windows installer.
What's the precise text of the message please? (There's a few different ones I can think of that you might be getting.) -
My iphone keeps freezing, especially in the mail setting. The support center indicates i should go to settings, then general settings, and then to update software, but there is no "update software" selection under general settings. can anyone help? Thanks!

I just downloaded the new itunes and cannot play the previews in the itunes store, they start but after a few seconds just quit. so frustrating.

When I hit the button to rent or buy a movie or any thing elese I get an error message with the number (309) saying I can't access itunes store try again later.

If so, try the following procedure.
(1) In your Start menu, select Control Panel.
(2) Open the Internet Options control panel. (You may need to select Classic View on the left before you can see Internet Options.)
(3) Click the Connections tab.
(4) Click the LAN Settings button.
(5) Uncheck "Use a Proxy Server for your LAN". (If that option is already unchecked, try checking and then unchecking it.)
(6) Click OK to exit the LAN Settings dialog.
(7) Click OK to exit the Internet Options control panel.
(8) Restart the PC and try connecting to the Store again. -
After installing ios6 to ipad2 I no longer it went back to factory settings. I cannot sync iTunes on my computer with the iPad but get a message "pairing record is missing". Can anyone help me.
I need to uninstall my old version on itunes and install a new version, i cant uninstall from Programs and Features, a message keeps coming up saying 'The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.'
Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try installing iTunes again. Does the install go through properly now?
(If you do find a clean download site for the correct version of CleanUp, please don't tell me where it is. Without wishing to sound paranoid (although I grant it does sound paranoid), there is a non-zero chance that posting links to download locations for the utility here at Discussions leads to that download location being shut down.) -

You havn't got notifications muted have you ? Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to notifications can be muted either by the switch on the right-hand side of the iPad or via the taskbar (whatever the switch is set to control, the other function is controlled via the left end of the taskbar).
