Need help in recovering portal admin password - URGENT

Hi,
I am unable to start the ALUI LDAP Service and couldn't login to the portal too. Below is the error that I am getting when trying to start the ALUI LDAP Service and I m looking for help to reset the administrator password.

If the iPad has Activation Lock - that is, it's asking for the previous owner's Apple ID and password to activate the device or to turn off Find My iPhone - then you will need that information. There's no way around it If your father can't remember the password, he'll need to recover it.

How to recover the admin password.

One of the setup options for vFDD is to enable SMTP and setup the SMTP email address. If this has been done, at the login screen user can click on the "Forgot Your Password" link. You will be prompted with a dialogue to enter your username and an email will be sent to that username to help you reset your password. This process works for System Admin account as well.
If you have not configured SMTP email, then you must reinstall vFDD.

Hi,
Unfortunately, business machines such as Probooks or Elitebooks have more stringent security than consumer models - they don't produce 'halt codes', the password cannot be derived from the Serial No. and the code is stored in non-volatile memory so removing the RTC cell will not reset the password in this case.
If you Contact HP Business support they should be able to send you a customised SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

Need help, MMC tree got deleted, very urgent.

My sap MMC tree, got deleted in the server. I have been trying to restore since 2 days and couldnt succeed, please help me.
1) i have uncared the sapmmc.sar from   Kernal\NT\I386\MMC\sapmmc.sar file
2) i got about 7 files, in which there is one sapmmc file i have tried to double click it, n check but no go.
3) i also tried to run the Sapstartsrv.exe file and fill in up the values in pop up window. & filled up the following values :-
                    SID: DEV
                    NR: 00
                    StartProfile: (entire start profile path given)
                    user: devadm
                    passwd; (given)
- but it says "the account name is invalid or does not exist or the password is invalid for account name specified"/
- no go in both the cases.
Please need help very urgent.

Enabling the parental control function has changed the admin status to a managed one which was not intended.
How can I recover the admin status? I have tried to follow a few instructions found in the internet that suggested to use the single mode, but I could not find the necessary admin files that needed to be removed so that the Admin Assistant program would start at booting. Instead, the system is not starting at all.
How can I solve this problem?

boot into Recovery mode by holding down ⌘R as your MacBook Pro starts up. When the OS X Utilities menu appears on your desktop, select Utilities from your menu bar, and from there select Terminal. In Terminal, run the following command:
resetpassword
Follow its instructions, and your administrative user’s password will be changed accordingly. Exit Terminal, then select Restart from the Apple menu to reboot into normal mode. When the login screen appears, log in as your administrative user, and then reset your administrative user’s password keychain so that it won’t constantly ask you for your administrative user’s password when you need to do administrative tasks.
If you find that your administrative user is still parentally managed, you could reboot into Single User mode, and enter the following commands there:
/sbin/mount -uw /
/bin/rm -f /var/db/.AppleSetupDone
/sbin/reboot
These should allow you to create a new administrative user, from which you should be able to reset your original administrative user to a non-managed state.

I am trying to build a tool by following the below blog written by Micheal Nicholls,
Building a tool to monitor who is logged on to an SAP NetWeaver Portal...
can some body suggest me on how to start building this.
I am assuming I need to create two portal components and create an iview with the second component. so that it will fetch the users from the file wher the first component has placed on the temp directory. is it correct.
Do I just need to deploy the first component or do anything specific with that?
could some body pls suggest me regarding this. Appreciate your valuable answer.

Yes you need to make two components and deploy them to your portal. After that you need to find the file SessionManager.jsp at the o/s level of the portal and replace the call of the rtc_script with a call to your component. Restart the portal server and see what happens!
Please note that this is not supported. The idea was to show how you might want to proceed. It is not a fully functioning solution.

[Urgent] Need help to recover licensed users

Our customer bought B1 2005 A with the license of 2 professional user and 1 CRM user. We assigned a license for only user named "manager" and did not create any users until now. Now we created 2 users more and used License Administration to assign other licenses to new users but not available (availalble licenses are 0 in total number of 3). We tried to re-install SBO and import the license key again but still can not get other licenses from the system. (Customer has only 1 DB).

Hello,
I dont think you need to re-install SAP Business One. Simply delete the <b>B1LicenseFile.txt</b> in the license folder (default is <i>C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One ServerTools\License</i>).
Make sure no one is loggged in to SBO and also, stop the License service before deleting the file. Once you have deleted the license file, download the same license from the Channel Partner Portal or use the old license file that you had downloaded from the portal initially and install it the regular way.
This should take care of the issue that you are facing. Atleast it took care of mine!

I have a requirement to customize the user Manager screen in such a way that i need to get only the search criteria tab(but not any of the tabs or links) and the search results.
To achieve this i have builded below Portal URL.

By using this above URL i am able to hide all the tabs in the browser but i need to have that search criteria to be displayed in the screen.

But my requirement is like i have to select the attribute and search type and search value from that page(in that Page i should not have UserManager, GroupManager, Org Manager, Identity SYstem Console tab and My Profile , reports ...etc links should not be appear) i sould be able to select the attribute that i would like to search only. so the search functionality should be there.
Based on this req i have to build the URL.

The others seem irritated by the vagueness of the question. In the development forums there have been worse flamewars than this when someone posts a requirement and expects the code in return. Normally I just delete the whole lot, but perhaps you still want to explain what you are doing here.
But before that, perhaps you want to consider "why" you should not do this...
a) Those users would most likely already exist in your AD with an AD password already.
b) Those users might possibly all be ABAP users "somewhere" (your options are typically wide...) and have a password there already.
c) No need to hardcode the password.
d) No need to create Java roles, necessarily.
If you provide more detailed information of what you would like to achieve here, and considering that it has been done before... then I will move this to the portal administration for you.
Though they might also react unexpectedly, so perhand try a search first.
