New Firefox works on i Mac, but not at all on MacBook. But on my MacBook, I can't do anything with Firefox. If I click on it, it just shows a blank screen. What can I do to remedy this?

If a Reset is not working for you... Then...
Try a Restore...
1: Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.
3: If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try using the steps in this article to force the device into recovery mode.
