No discount has been issued

Hello,
I've been using Skype Number for several years and just found out that I'm entitled to get a 50% discount for a next purchase/renewal as long as I have an active Subscription.
My Skype Number got renewed and I've been charged in full amount of $60, with no discount. I have purchased Subscription before my Skype Number was auto-renewed (as one of requirements state: To receive the discounted prices make sure that the Subscription is purchased before the Skype Number).
So the question is, where is my discount?

Hi Friend,
To see the output we have some configuration settings need to do.
First create the output in Nace transaction and assign the access sequence and  give the Developer the functional specs to create the smartform which is the layout of ur invoice and print program which will retrieve the data from the transactional/master data.
After that please maintain the condition records for the combination of your requirement.

    I am also analysing the same issue for S031 and MCBE. Found some points to share with you.
    What I understood is this is due to Valueated stcock receipt value. This value is being added in issue value in MCBE report.
    But not able to get why ? and S031 doesnt have value for valuated stock rec value. This value is being calculated during runtime and added to issue value in MCBE
    Pls check and let me know if you have found the solution.

  • My $100 New Every 2 discount has been taken away, why???

    I know they killed the ne2 discount.  But I thought I was supposed to be grandfathered in since i last renewed my contract back in 2009.  One of the phone reps even told me so!  But I just called to inquire about the Nexus Prime and she said that I am only eligle for $50.  What gives?  Why take this away from me?  I've been a verizon customer for almost 8 years now and there have been ups and downs, but this will be the final straw if this is true.

    Well, it's really confusing.  I'm not even sure I can explain it well but I'll try.
    It started out in the end of 2008, I renewed my contract and picked up the Omnia.  That phone sucked and I had a bunch of problems with it.  It took a year, but I was finally fed up and got it replaced with the Moto Droid in the end of 2009.  Again, that phone sucked.  Had so many problems, had it replaced about a half dozen times and finally ended up getting it switched for the Inc sometime in 2010.  I think it was around July or August.  This phone has worked great for me.
    But according to the verizon rep, my actual renewal is in April of 2012, and on the 20th of this month is when I can do the early upgrade with no fees or penalties.
    So I'm still confused.  I thought I still had the one grandfathered $100 credit this time and after that I would be on the new scheme.  And when I talked to someone a few months ago, I'm positive that's what they told me.
    But now I'm being told something different.
    (before reply)EDIT: Looking over the dates and looking over my notes I knew something wasn't jiving here.  So I called Verizon up and spoke with a very helpful lady.  Turns out that when they replaced one of my crappy moto droids in April 2010, they also renewed my contract.  I remember that day actually.  I went into the store and insisted they give me a brand new phone instead of the refurbs they had been giving me.  This was droid #4, so I wasn't playing around anymore.  So when they gave me the brand new phone, apparently that reset the clock on my contract.  Hence the contract being up in April.  After a little bit of back and forth, she finally agreed to give me the $100 credit towards the new Nexus!  So in the end, yay!

  • HT1725 itunes keeps giving me an error message that "Your Apple ID has been disabled".  I have tried changing the password and billing information, but continue to get the error message.

    I have been trying to download items from itunes store, but keep getting the error message "your Apple ID has been disabled.  I changed the password and updated billing information, but still get this error message.  This involves free apps which I was trying to install.

    I am having the same problem.  I went through the process to have the ID unlocked (Changing password etc.) and was able to log in here on the website to post this message.  Why am I still getting "Your Apple ID has been disabled" as a message after verifying the account here and signing in and out on my Device.  This has been issue on my Ipad as well.

    Wow! Purchasing a new computer and monitor should be a fun and exciting experience, and instead, it sounds like it’s turned into a complete nightmare. I can only imagine your disappointment when you found two charges relating to its purchase on your debit card account, and I’m sorry for any aggravation this caused. 
    As I want to provide you some piece of mind, I pulled up your order number using your email address attached to the forum. After review of its payment information, I found we collected only one payment.  However, when orders are first placed on BestBuy.com, a pending authorization should show up on your bank card to make sure funds are available for the order until it is fulfilled. From there, the authorization should drop off and the collection charge should appear.  This is the case for your one charge of $1,051.69.
    It also sounds like an error may have occurred when you initially attempted to place your order,  resulting in one of your gift cards not registering properly and the order not being completed.  Your card’s issuing bank doesn’t appear to have recognized this and pushed through the pending authorization. This occurred a second time when your account information didn’t quite match up with what we had on file. Please know that we haven’t ordered a collection of these funds and your issuing bank should release the two pending authorizations within 5 to 7 business days.

  • How do I get Apple to stand behind their warranty and replace my defective computer? The hard drive has been replaced twice, the track pad once, and other hardware issues. Can anyone help me so I can get Apple to replace my defective

    My computer has been a lemon. They refuse to properly diagnose, fix, and document my complaints regarding the multiple failures I have had with this computer. Also, I was told that upon my logic board being replaced back in April or May that the topic of replacing the computer altogether with one of equal equipment would be appropriate. Insofar, I have been to the store at least three times in the past month to discuss my issues with the computer that were not resolved when the hard drive was replaced in May. I was also told that the repairs on my system would be good for up to 90 days after the repair work was done and that I could buy AppleCare at the end of the 90 days in lieu of insuring a product that still had defects. I have been on the phone for what feels like hours with Apple trying to work this issue out but they are not wanting to stand behind their product nor are they willing to stand behind their warranty. The warranty expressly states that a computer can be replaced entirely if the defect is considered hardware malfunction and at the representative’s discretion. Every time I brought it in for repair it was due to hardware malfunction; however, they also said once that it was an accessory that I bought that was causing the problem which ended up not being the case after all. This is totally unacceptable. I also asked Mark from AppleCare to let me know what was repaired the second time the computer was put through a diagnostic at the Apple Store. Beachballs, Gears, excessive heat, not being taken seriously at the Apple Store, being insulted by a Mac Genius at the Apple Store, being misinformed by a Mac Genius, dealing with a misinformed Mac Genius. They replaced my iPod touch without much ado.  I was also accused by an Apple Genius of being "hyperbolic." He said this in response to my complaint of the computer melting--literally--items on my computer desk. I am either wanting a refund of my money or a replacement of my laptop. Also, I have lost an incredible amount of data on my computer due to the hard drive being replaced x 2. Not acceptable. Also, the Apple store is 1 hour from where I live. I am currently looking for employment and additionally have a legal case pending where I am the plaintiff. I have lost VERY important documents in both matters which has caused an extreme amount of stress. I do not need the added stress of an unreliable and unsafe computer. I also have been waiting for a call back from Kelly (left two voice messages with Kelly) and Mark (wrote an e-mail for which he has not responded to insofar) at Apple but have heard nothing from either one of them regarding the status of my computer. The only thing I received which was automated by the Apple Store was a confirmation that my computer was ready. I have requested documentation of what was done (basically, I am asking for the receipt) before I drive an hour to pick it up. Haven't heard anything. I brought this computer in on July 24, 2011. We are now upon August 2nd. When do I get to know what was even done on my computer? Do they really think that I am going to take back a computer into my possession only to have to bring it back shortly thereafter to address one of the many issues causing it to malfunction in the first place? I have owned 5 computers  since 1988. All of them PCs. This is my first Mac. Will it be my last?

    The only people who can possibly assist you with this is Apple Customer Relations, call your local Apple contact number and ask for Customer Relations then explain your situation clearly and politely (be firm but don't rant).
    You might want to investiage what the local laws are regarding defective goods and 'fit for use' definitions on warranties etc. Consumer Protection can be a useful tool to use or bargain with if needed ...

    Are you attempting to sync music from your iTunes Music Library on your PC?
    What options do you have set on the Music Tab for your iPad in iTunes?
    What happens when you sync?

  • Report issue , logical name of the system has been changed

    Recently our system has been upgraded to ECC5.0. In a particular report  while drilling down we get  error. The error says the original doc can not be shown as it belongs to logical system ( DRH-123) . Now we know that this logical name of the system was in old box . The new logical name is DRH-100 . We are saying it's a basis issue and the basis team is saying it's FICO issue.Has any body encountered this type of problem. ? In my report  i have never mentioned logical name of the system.Hence unable to understand it. But so far what I have understood , that the each box  has been partioned and given a system name which is called logical name.Now that logical name they have changed in new box.My initial response was change the logical name but basis says that is a big task and more over it has been a while when they changed it.
    Gurus, Kindly shed some light on this mess.

  • Office 2013 KMS Activation Issues When Outlook 2010 Has Been Installed

    I have been looking everywhere for the answer to this question. I have been setting up a KMS server host for Office 2013 on Server 2012 R2. The issue I have ran into is that all of our computers currently have Office 2010 installed. Our Office 2013 KMS server
    is installed on a different server than the KMS server that activates Office 2010. (Different Virtual Machine) If Office 2010 has been installed the KMS server will not activate with the upgrade to 2013. Troubleshooting below:
    1. Leave office 2010 installed and simply click upgrade - did not work.
    2. Completly uninstalled Office 2010 and tried ospp.vbs /act and ospp.vbs /act - did not work.
    3. Completly uninstalled Office 2013 with all other versions of Office 2010 uninstalled. Did a fresh install of Office 2013 after a reboot and verified working.
    Can anyone explain to me either why this is happening as well as a solution. I realize that I have a work around right now but it takes some time.

    So, you have 2 KMShosts?
    Host_A is KMShost for OFF2010
    Host_B is KMShost for OFF2013
    Are both hosts published in DNS?
    (check with: nslookup -type=any _vlmcs._tcp)
    Clients can resolve and connect to both hosts?
    Or are you using static KMS location (do you manually configure your KMSclients to a specific hostname or IPaddress)?
    Typically, a KMSclient will perform discovery via DNS lookup, and will try each KMShost until success occurs.
    Possibly, when you installed WS2012R2, you chose ADBA instead of KMS ? (check the VA role on this server to confirm the mode)
    You can check upon the KMShost, execute: cscript slmgr.vbs /dlv all
    Another option, might be for you to co-host OFF2010 KMS and OFF2013 KMS upon the same (new WS2012R2) server, and de-commission the old KMShost function including removal of the DNS record for it. (Assuming this is consistent with your plans)

    Oh, well that was a whole other kettle of fish:
    Oh the G4 I attempted to install iLife '08 before Lepoard was available. About the only thing that installed cleanly was iPhoto. I ended up reinstalling everything back to iLife '06, and then upgrading back to the current stable version of the iLife '06 version. I didn't attempt a reinstall until after I upgraded to Leopard.
    When I did reinstall, I made a iLife '06 folder, copied all iLife apps into it, and upgraded. Seemed to work, except for the part where iMovie gets left behind and iDVD is only mostly functional.
    When I installed on the other 2 machines, it was after installing Leopard and all upgrades. On those 2 machines, I didn't bother with the copy, I just moved everything to the iLife '06 folder I created, and did a fresh install.
    I didn't have to do anything with the iPhoto Libraries, that I can recall.
    I always do an upgrade, never an archive and install. I've never had a problem with this back to 10.1 or 10.2.

    I've got an iMac & an iPhone 5. I have been having issues when I have been saving events on 1 device & it has been getting over written & deleted by other device. Up until now it had been items that were not hugely important until now!!! I have a daily repeated event that I update on a Dailey basis so that I can keep a record of events for my job so that I can compile a report. The daily event is still in both diaries but any extra info that has been put in has been lost? So I have lost a month & a half a worth of data!!!
    Does anyone know if there is a way of getting this back, can you view you iCal history at all?
