No Graph in informer tab (Management View)

Hello Experts !
Recently i added in the CC two systems (copies from the Production). Added as connectors and after added in the Logical system . Also did a ruleset update.
I did all lthe steps for Syncronization and Risk analysis and the management reports as well .
The Chart doesnt appear at all . Its completely empty.
I checked the IGS and it was running. Are there any other parameters i need to check ?
I have also other 2 systems connected and they are working fine ..any ideas ?

If you are able to execute cross system analysis with CC then the graphs should be generated properly, so there does not seems to be any sync or connection problem. What i feel like is there is something wrong with IGS itself.
IGS is included with your Netweaver Software for sure so you might have found that it is working but may be you need to configure it with Visual Administrator.

    As mentioned by you, the issue is due to the problem in running the background jobs.
    For this, I have followed the steps mentioned by Harleen in the below mentioned thread, after which the jobs are completed and i could able to get the data in the informer tab ( Risk/ Role/ User Analysis)

  • RAR - management view - Role Analysis diagram shows zero

    Hello,
    we were able to run the Full Sync for role/user/role and Batch Risk Analysis user/Role/Profile and Critical Acess to completion successfully.
    In the Informer tab, Managerment View, the risk Violations and Users Analysis shows reasonable figures. However the Role Analysis , it shows zeros for the risk violations and risk violations for user and roles.
    Could someone point out where is likely the problem so i could go and check ?

  • ERROR VIRSA CC 5.2 - Management View -User Analisys - NOT UPDATED!!!!!

    Hi ,
    i executed the JOB of SYNK of users,  the Job of RISK analysis and the JOB of update of management Report .
    When i go in - Management View - User Analisys -( i select date , System , User Group ) Virsa CC shows me the correct number of users actually in the system, for this user group , according to USR02 SAP table , BUT Users with NO Violations and Users With Violations are not correct.
    I show results:
    No. of Users Analyzed : 25                CORRECT
    Users with no Violations : 95 379%     NOT CORRECT
    Users with Violations : -70 -279%        NOT CORRECT
    The Interactive pie chart shows the correct number of users with violations : 2
    Who it' s possible ?

    Abdul,
    You stated in your initial comment that the Management Report check box was NOT selected? If this is the case then the graphs on the informer tab have not been updated. You must first execute the SOD (user/role/profile) analysis, once that job is complete then execute a separate job for the management reports. This will then update the informer tab (given that your rule set has been updated with your custom functions and risks).

  • Calender field not filled in Informer Tab

    Hi All,
    I have installed and configured Compliance calibrator 5.2.
    All the rules are properly uploaded, User Risk analysis is also working fine , but in the informer tab the management view in not configured properly.
    Calender filed is not filled.
    Can anyone please tell me , what could be the reason behind it.

    I have selected all options (checked all) in the batch risk analysis section in the Full sync mode and also the same for user/role/profile synchronisation. 
    This has completed successfully. Yet the calendar tab is not filled.
    Please help.

  • Hiding fields in standard user management view

    Hi all,
    How to hide fields in user management views.
    Like in the create user view, suppose I want to hide the <b>additional information fieldgroup</b>. how can I do it?
    I have the par file and tried to comment the code which is related to the additional information field group. But when we try creating an iview from the new par(modified par-i changed changed the name ) I do not c the portal component called <b>create user</b>. I am a bit confused.
    Can anyone help me out regarding this.

  • Create Quality Management view for a Material in background mode

    I want to know if there is a way to create a Quality Management View (Quality Management tab) on Material Master (material already extended to plant ) in background mode.
    The requirement is to add inspection setup data for a material extended to a particular plant in background. I tried using 'BAPI_MATINSPCTRL_SAVEREPLICA' to add the data and it works perfect as required. Now the problem is this BAPI is creating the inspection setup data only for the material which has QM tab in MM02 for e.g. I manually created the inspection setup for a Material from MM01 and then deleted it , now the BAPI works fine for this material because when I created an inspection setup from MM01 it created the QM tab and after i deleted the entry the tab was still there with no entry in inspection setup.
    I want to create inspection setup for a material which does not have QM tab.
    I have to create everything is background mode. BDC is one option which I am list interested in.

    That note states this is intended functionality for UK. Are you wanting the tab to be enabled for India ? If so, have you enabled India legislation using DataInstall anf applied the latest hrglobal patch ? See MOS Doc 140511.1 ( How to Install Legislative Data Using Data Installer and hrglobal.drv )

  • How to set default value to user attribute in customized information tab

    Hi Experts,
    we created a custom attribute in Administration-managed custom attributes  and now we are getting that attribute under customized information tab in  user admin->identity management.
    This attribute is coming for all users and it is working fine and I can give value to this attribute also.
    Now the problem is we have more than 10000 users in the portal and we have to assign same value to this custom attribute to all the users.
    Is there any possiblity of setting the value to all the user without coding.
    If it is not possible then how can I proceed for coding.
    any help will be appreciated.

    Yes my data source is LDAP.  This attribute is added in the portal itself and I don't think it is possible to set the value of custom attribute at LDAP.
    Shanta : We already created the custom attribute and it is also appearing in the Customized information
    Problem is we need to set a value to that attribute. This should be same to all the users coming from LDAP.
    My Basis people are asking the funtion module which calls when we click on the Customized information tab.  Is that possible to know?
    Or we can set this value by writing a piece of code in webdynrpo java?

  • Requirement gateway- management view

    In the management view is it possible to customize the coverage % display.
    Example:
    I have 10 requiremets. I have covered for 5 requiremets. Management view says 50% since 5 more uncovered.
    But out of 5, there are 2 is non testable requirements.
    I have remove 2 non testable requirements for the coverage calculation.
    Here actually 62 % is the coverage ratio after removing those 2 non testable requirements.
    Is it possible to customize the management view. 
    Note:  I have attribute applied to those non testable requirements.
    How to do that?.

    How are you modifying the coverage calculation?  What about the management view would you like to customize?  What are you trying to accomplish?

  • Org Unit Manager View

    Hi Experts,
    We have the following problem concerning the Org Unit Manager View : we cannot see the name of the manager who is responsible for an Org Unit. However we can see his photo stored in the R/3 and when pointing the cursor on the 'No Manager'  (which is displayed instead of the name) the name of the manager is displayed in this way : e.g. Peter Lewis().
    I tried to fix it through the Views -> Design Details , using the DataSource OrgUnitChiefViewDetails, but when i choose Edit I cannot see the preconfigured fields and when I try another Data Source, I loose also the information concerning the photo and the name of the Org Unit.
    Has anyone faced this problem??

    Hi Evaggelina,
    This is an issue that is resolved in Service Pack 1.0 (and also included in the subsequent Service Pack 2.0 release). You don't have to use a caption key, although this will mean your values will be hardcoded into the AppResources.xml. You should add keys from one of the Language XML files that represent what you want to use, or add some to the Custom.xml file in the Language folder. An example of what you should put in your data element is:
    <field name="Manager_PositionId">
       <caption key="Manager_PositionId"><![CDATA[Manager Personnel ID]></caption>
    </field>
    or
    <field name="Manager_PositionId">
       <caption><![CDATA[Manager Personnel ID]></caption>
    </field>

    Hi Surendar,
    Go to SPRO : Personnel Management - Customizing Procedures - Infotype Menus - Infotype Menu - Double click INFOTYPE Menu.
    There from the Menu F4 help select "Employee Info" and click Continue.
    First note the last number for your user group.
    Click "New entries".
    Write user group - last number+1, infotype number (9XXX) and save.

  • File Monitoring - Not able to see File Path on the Detail Information Tab

    Hi Experts:
    I am setting up the "File Monitoring" in the Solution Manager. I am having STA/PI01L_CRM570 on the Solution Manager.
    And on the Satelite System - ECC I have STA/PI 01L_ECC600
    While I am setting up the parameters, I am supposed to provide the file path in "Detail Information" tab page.
    But I am just able to see two tabs:
    Count    and Short Text (optional).
    I checked all the other tab but not able to locate where I need to provide the file path.
    Can any one let me know, If I am missing anything or do I need to do any further steps.
    Similarly for the File Size setting:
    I am not able to see where I can define The parameter "File Pattern (e.g. *.log, *.txt or any string)" is mandatory.
    Pls let me know.

    You can find the FilePath in the 'Detail Information' tab if you double click the initial and predefined counter 001.

  • Deleted Roles appearing in Compliance Calibrator (Informer Tab)

    We had deletd some roles from SAP . These roles still show up on complaince calibrator as having high risk violations.
    This role was delted a month ago and we also have completed as full sync of the system . Still the roles are appearing in compliance calibrator in the informer tab.
    Coudl you please let me know how we can avoid this?

    instead of running a full synch I would attempt running an incremental synch and run the management reports again.  I believe this should do it.  I am not sure why the full synch would not work.

    Regarding to the first question on material management view  I would like to clarify further that while creating a material using Material master I could able to see only MRP 1 and MRP 2  view but not the MRP 3 & MRP 4 view .How can i see all four MRP views while creating,modifying as well as viewing the material master ?
