No print after changing cartrage

Hi,
Printer was working perfect. When me black was empty I replaced it with another (original). And no I cannot print.
Any tips? (on and off does not work)

I would be happy to provide some suggestions that may resolve the issue.  The first thing I suggest is to print a status report.  That will be a good way to see where the issue is coming from.  To print a status report on the Officejet 8620 press the setup icon on the printers screen.  Scroll down and press print reports and then press print status report. The report will show the ink levels and the information about the printer.  If the page is blank but you can still see the 3 colors then you are likely looking at an issue with the black cartridge or the printhead.  If the page is full, then the hardware is OK and the issue may be software related.
If the issue is coming from the black cartridge or printhead I suggest running a printhead cleaning on the printer.  press the setup icon on the printers screen.  Scroll down and press tools and then press clean printhead.  The printer should run a cleaning and print a report.  If the report looks bad you should be able to run a stage 2 cleaning.

  • HP Photosmart 6510 series network printer will not print black after changing cartrage

    HP Photosmart 6510 series network printer will not print anything that is black or has black in the picture after changing cartridge, all other colors are working properly after changing. Does not look like any damage to the cartridge or the insert where you plug in the ink. The well where the ink pad and the cartridge meet is damp with black ink. So not sure what is going on

    I understand since changing the black cartridge the black ink has not been printing. I'm sorry to hear this, but I will definitely do my best to lend a hand
    I will suggest that you start with following through this Printer Does Not Print Black Ink or Color Ink, or Prints Blank Pages document. If the issue persists after that can you please let me know what country you're in and whether the printer is in or out of warranty? Thanks!   • MG3100 Cannon Printer, after changing the black prints misallied, and I have manually aligned??

    After changing the black ink cartridge on my Cannon MG3100, when I print word and from the internet the prints are all misaligned and I have manually done the print head alignment, print alignment values, cleaned the nozzles, cleaned elements and clenaed the roller. I even brought the ink cartridge back to Staples thinking it was defective, but it still will not print correctly, does anyone have any answers please? Thank you! DD

    If you have replaced the ink cartridge with a Canon genuine ink cartridge and have already performed both automatic and manual print head alignments as well as cleanings and are still experiencing alignment issues, the printer will require servicing.  Please Contact Us for your servicing options.

  • Error in ME9A print after changing quotation deadline date.

    Dear Experts,
    When we change the quotation deadline date in a RFQ and save it, we are not able to generate output in ME9A. The error is :No print-relevant changes to document XXXXXXXXXX exist. I have checked the config and Print relevant Purchasing Document Change is checked for the field EKKO-ANGDT (quotation deadline date). I went through the other threads but was not able to understand as to why this error is occurring. Please suggest.

       Ensure that the condition records are maintained correctly and the output is triggered automatically while creating RFQ. If its triggered, then proceed with the below config:
       Go to the path: OLME - Messages - Output Control - Message Types - Define Message Types for Request for Quotation - Fine-Tuned Control: Request for Quotation. Here, maintain the operation 2 along with your output type as shown below.
        Test the scenario again with a new RFQ. Check whether the output type is triggered once you change the RFQ. Test the scenario and revert back.

  • HP laserjet stops printing after change of internet provider - workaround : reinstall....

    Hi,
    my HP multi-function laserjet printer worked fine on my windows 7 laptop, via wifi connection, in the past ;
    recently changed internet provider, and since, I do not manage to install the printer so that it works continuously.
    After initial install (via cable connection between laptop and printer), all seems fine ;
    I select "share with all users" ;
    => all OK, everything prints, for both users.
    Problem:
    Next time another user or myself try to print, just a couple of days later - nothing works anymore ; 
    NO error message ; 
    printer job is visible in queue ; 
    printer is visible (and selected as default printer) in "devices and printer" with a green checking mark, but in light grey, as if inactive.
    When (right-)clicking "troubleshoot", no error is found.... but nothing prints, still.
    How can I avoid doing the reinstall every time I want to print from my laptop???
    (Printing from my tablet works fine !)

    I see that you are experiencing issues printing from different user accounts. I will certainly do my best to help you.
    I have provided a document for setting Security permissions for printing to see if that will help.
    Can the Administrator Account on the computer print, or are they having intermittent issues also?
    Download and run the Print and Scan Doctor. It will diagnose the issue and might automatically resolve it. Find and fix common printer problems using HP diagnostic tools for Windows?
    What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (did it print or scan, any error messages)

  • Print button requires a second click to print after changing presence of another page to visible

    I'm having trouble getting a print button to execute two separate lines of code.  I need it to make the second page of a form printable and then print, it makes page 2 visible but then when the print dialog box comes up the only page that is there is page 1.  Can I get them to execute one after the other with one click???  I've played around with the prePrint and no luck there either.  Page2 is set to hidden again on the postPrint which works fine.
    I've created a very simple version of this problem, 2 pages, page 2 is set to hidden on initialize.  On page 1 is a button with only this code on the click event:
    event:click
    Pg2.presence = "visible";
    xfa.host.print(1, "0", (xfa.host.numPages -1).toString(), 0, 0, 0, 0, 0);
    And it still only displays page 1 in the print dialog even though on the preview behind that pop-up I can see the document is 2 pages long now!!  What am I missing here?

    The layout model didn't have a chance to update right after you set the presence to "visible". Therefore the numPages property didn't update and only sees there being the one page.
    You need to force a 'refresh' with xfa.layout.relayout() right after you change the presence property of Pg2. Then instead of using a host property (numPages), use a layout method. In other words replace xfa.host.numPages with xfa.layout.pageCount().
    Your end result will be:
    Pg2.presence="visible";
    xfa.layout.relayout();
    xfa.host.print(1, "0", (xfa.layout.pageCount() -1).toString(), 0, 0, 0, 0, 0);

  • Not printing after changing cartridges

    Purchased this printer a year and half ago but just took it out of box to use it about 3 months ago And it's been nothing but trouble since. It won't print anything properly. I have aligned print heads and cleaned the print heads numerous times to no avail. Changed the cartridges also doesn't work. A message keeps popping up on the touch screen but doesn't stay long enough to read it. Something about print heads. Can anyone help please.

    The post here has links to a troubleshooting document for the Photosmart 6520.  If the steps there do not resolve the issue please contact HP Support, even if the printer is no longer under warranty.   If the above does not give satisfactory results then please post back here after calling HP. 

  • Canon BJC85 stopped printing after change of ink cartridge

    Hello,
    my mother uses the small Canon BJC85 in combination with her Mac mini. But after she changed the colour printing head against the black only printing head, she can't print any more with the standard driver (GIMP works, but the quality is bad).
    Each time she tries to print, printing is stopped without further explanation. After searching for a while, I found in an error.log at /var/log, that the driver posts an error message there stating that the print head doesn't fit to the setup. But I don't know how to change the setup (and anyhow, this is a Mac! It should change the setup by himself?!). I posted the question at the canon support page a week ago, but didn't get an answer.
    Any ideas from you who to clearify this? Resetting the printing system as described in Apples other forums doesn't help.

  • 5610 All in One Not printing after changing both cartridges

    I just changed both the color and the black cartridges on my Officejet 5610 Aii-in-one and now it won't print anything. I did the cartridge alighment and it completed it successfully as far as I can tell.

  • Can't find wireless printer after changing router

    I have recently changed my router to a Virgin media superhub. This has obviously changed my network details. I had 2 wireless printers running on my old network. ?I have managed to get one working as it has a menu screen on it and it was just a matter of searching for the new network. My second printer, a HP 1102w does not have a menu just buttons. I cannot get my Mac to see it in any of the preference options

    maybe the features of the usb port is controlled by the routers setup page most routers have some ip address you type into a browser and login to the router to set them up try that
    because some routers have usb for external hd some for printers some only for firmware updates (like the Apple TV (which of cause are not routers but have usb connector for the sole purpose of upgrading a crashed firmware))

  • Ipad 2 not communicating with my HP3050a printer after changing router?

    Hi, hope someone can help.  Recently changed broadband provider and now using a different router/network.  I've set up my printer using the USB cable to a windows laptop and then enabled WiFi as directed.  Now the laptop is working fine but my Ipad seems to see the printer on the network but can't communicate with it even though it is designated a shared device.  Does anyone have any ideas?     My guess is a firewall in the router.   You will need admin access to the router (contact the provider).  If a firewall is present, turn it off and test the printer.  If it works, turn the firewall back on but weaken it a tad and test the printer again.  Repeat as required.

    I have a HP Photosmart D110. I changed internet providers and I can no longer print. I re did the web services on the printer but print jobs remain pending on the web page. I deleted and reentered the printer still no luck.
    Any solutions?

    Hi,
     I believe this printer is supposedly working wirelessly with your computer, right?! We need to reconfigure the printer using the new wireless settings since the printer is still configure using the old one. Simply run the installation disk then select reconfigure wireless, or you can go to START>PROGRAMS>HP>HP PHOTOSMART D110>and then ADD A DEVICE. Follow the prompts that will display on your computer screen, it may ask you to temporarily connect a usb cable from printer to computer to reconfgure.

  • Issue with printing production order after changes through CO02

    Hi,
    Currently I have one issue with printing production order changes through CO02. If I go for print, all the operations are captured in printout. But after the print, if I add any new operations to this production order, and then go for print, its not capturing the newly added operations. Also, there is information popup coming "Copies will be printed for order. Original list already printed". This message effectively means, even after changes, when I go for print functionality, its just going for printing copies of original printed list.
    Can anyone help me out to get the newly added operations reflected in the print through CO02 ?
