    Now, I have a dispute with the other driver who is falsely stating accident happened at another intersection. In addition of calling 911 twice, I also took pictures of damages. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures of the intersection signs.
    My AT&T carrier states that this info. can only be disclosed by a subpoena. My insurance carrier states that they will not subpoena this info., since it is a civil case only.
    The Police Department does not keep records of calls they do not attend to.
    How can I get this location  info. from my i phone device if at all possible?

    How do I get the GPS Data in the exit data of photos? Please advise.

  • Any chance of sky answering Live Chat at some point?

    Up to an hour and a half of waiting now! Probably everyone complaining about the increases in price lately with no evident improvement in service!

    For anyone still having trouble getting through to sky when using the live chat on their site. I waited for about 4 hours with no reply but managed to find a faster way to get through to their chat. I first used this live chat instead: <REMOVED> This is just their general chat so if your looking to do something like cancel or downgrade etc. they wont be able to help you directly. However what you can do is tell them you have been waiting hours to get through on the othe rlive chat and dont want to spend money calling them via phone and what they will do is direct the live chat to the actual live chat your looking for to cancel etc. I done this about an hour ago and they transfered me to the live chat for cancelling and told me there would be a waiting time of 3-5 minutes. I got through in about 3 minutes. The live chat in the contact section is a disgrace. I waited hours with no one answering but then when I used that other chat the guy transfered me to someone within minutes. No doubt its just a big con so they can talk to you on the phone to hit you with their sales patter to try and get you to stay, hense the massive, bold phone number underneither the slow to respond live chat. I hope this helps someone avoid having to sit around for hours wasting their time. Moderated: Removed unsafe content/security risk

        Thanks for reaching out for assistance zheltz96. May I ask what mishap did you have on your bill that warranted a $100 credit/adjustment? Keep in mind that any unbilled adjustment will show on the bill once the bill cycle completes. If your bill cycle hasn't arrived then the credit will not be viewable yet.

    That's not extremely helpful right now. I would love to get help online. I don't mind chatting but Live Chat is never online when it says it should be.
    I also have other problems - like I can't log in to my account without going through the "Forgot user ID" process. Does the support site not work with a non-US IP? I don't understand how this is so terrible and I have to submit a question through a support forum.

    It sounds like you are trying to download a free app, and when prompted to enter a credit card it is declined. I would use this article to go into iTunes and change your payment method to None:

    Is there anyone actually answering live chat for sky?I signed up with Sky in January with great hope it would be faster then Tiscali. So im paying £10 more for what seems to be a worse service.The speeds i should be getting according to Sky is between 5-11 mbps, but reality is i get about 2mbps.When i reboot the router the speed is between 5-6mbps, great......BUT its short lived a few hours later the Internet drops completely and im back to 2 mbps again.     You should be getting around 7.9mbps based on your attenuation figure. Rhe one thing that stands out is your Downstream Noise margin its lower than it should be which leaves no room for the drops that happen during the day,which will be causing your connection to drop. You need to try using just the test socket to see if it helps,if it doesn't then you need to call Sky and ask them to manually profile your line(you may need to speak to tier 2 support to get that done).
