Not Able delete U.R
Hi Bw Gurus,
I've created one ODS for that i've created u.r,i deleted the respective info source.Now I'm trying to delete the u.r,i'm not able to delete the update rules. System is giving "The InfoSource is not known".
Any idea on this.

Try recreating the InfoSource with the same technical name. Delete the update rule, then the InfoSource.

Not able to Delete the data from Memory card
Hi all,
I have bought a new nokia 3120 classic.it is working fine but recently i have received some data from my friend.
Then suddenly the problem begins like.. when i take a photo.. i am getting error like the image is not in the format and i am not able to save that.And also, the main problem is I am unable to delete the data from my memory card.
Every time after deleting i am getting the same data.
Why this happening..is it because of VIRUS?? If so how to delete the virus from my memory card??
When i contacted the nokia care people in bangalore they are saying that they can offer the service of formatting the memory card??
Except that my Phone is working fine..the problem is with Memory card!!!
Please help me...you can actually format your memory card first see if you have such option on your phone to format directly from the phone if that is not possible you can always use a card reader and reformat your card using your pc. just understand that all data from that memory card will be lost unless you do a back up of it. if you do a back up and restore the data to the memory card after reformat you might get the same issue so be careful as to what you will decide to do with the data from the card. once you format your card it should all be good unless the card is corrupted itself which can also happen. but first try with the reformat and see if it works out for you.

Not able to delete file from external hard disk
I connected my external hard disk to my macbook pro. But am not able to delete any file since it says the file cannot be deleted when I move it to trash. Could you let me know how to delete a file from the external hard disk?
How is your HDD formatted? NTFS? FAT?
Did you write files with rights? When you strike +I on any file, you can see its rights; if you're read-only, you may change your file's rights. -
I have a new iphone and cannot delete the backup from icloud. It says that it is in use. I have read some of the other threads and it only seems to be haphazard solutions. Is there a definite way to fix this? I am not able to change icloud accounts.

Not able to delete Personalized Items !!!
All,
I was trying to create a flex field through personalization in iProcurement 11.5.10. There was some issue and i was not able to create it properly. Now, if i go to that page, its throwing an error.I cannot got that page at all to click on "Personalize" link. As a result, I decided to delete the personalized items through exec jdr utils. There it showed me as deleted. But I was still able to see that error. When i went to Functional Admiinistrator responsibility, I was able to see the items still existing! I tried to delete through Functional Admiinistrator manually by clicking on delete icon. It shows me the warning message but I am still able to see those items.
Are there any settings required??
Please reach out for this, as this will stop all the testing.

I had not given commit. But when i queried again for 'list document', it did not show me any personalizations exisiting in the page.
I had not bounced the server after setting profile option "Disable Self-Service personal" to "Yes". When all the persoanlizations got disabled, I could successfully navigate through the page and delete it.
I really could not understand the problem with the Funcational Admin responsibility.

If your device is signed into an old ID of yours that is an earlier version of the ID you want to sign in with, do the following:
If you are using iMessage and FaceTime, make sure you are signed into these services with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iDevice and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless you are using iCloud Photo Library). When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out (or Delete Account if you are not running iOS 8) and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password (your data will download back to your device). -
I changed my Apple ID that using an invalid email address and I am trying to update iCloud account with my new Apple ID on iPhone 5 with iOS 7.1.2. I am not able to delete iCloud account without the old password. Is there a way to update the Apple ID of my iCloud account?
Many people are having probalems with this right now. The only solution I've seen that seems to consistently work is the one posted by Brackers28 here: https://discussions.apple.com/message/23020591#23020591. This only works if you still have access to your old email account. If you don't, you'll have to have Apple help you reset the password for your old account so you can turn off Find My iPhone and sign into your account with your correct ID.

I wonder how pro photographers use aperture?I shoot raw and my harddrive is alreay full.I'm not able to import new pictures. I don't know what to do. I created a vault. My plan was to create a vault(put all my master files into an external harddrive) and then delete all my projects in my mac pro's harddrive. Is it the correct way to do it ? What should I do if I have thousands of raw files ? How should my workflow be? Can I use an external HD and use aperture through the vault,without keeping the master files on my computer's hard drive?? Or should I shoot raw+jpeg and store raw files in an external backup harddrive and import only jpegs into my aperture library?
There's a bit to learn. It will slowly make sense.
Aperture is an empty field. You're given a tractor and a whole bunch of attachments. What you grow, how, and where, is entirely up to you.
Vaults are for back-up and only for back-up. They have nothing to do with storing your working files.
When your Library outgrows your system drive (and for good performance, you should leave c. 20% of every drive empty), it's time to convert some of your image's Masters from Managed to Referenced. ("Managed" and "Referenced" refer to Masters, not to Libraries.)
There are hundreds of posts in the forum, and several pages in the User Manual on using Masters.
Many people run Aperture with the Library on their system disk, and most (or all) of their images' Masters on external FW drives. This is a good set-up. Note that you will likely have to take steps to back-up the data on your external drives.
If you do the above, there should be no reason to delete any Projects.
The choice of RAW or RAW+JPEG or JPEG depends on the kind of work you are doing. I capture RAW only -- but I don't do any commercial shoots. Pros on deadlines report that the RAW+JPEG works well for them. Capture JPEG if it saves you time. IMHO, there is not a good reason to shoot JPEG to save space (space is cheap; time expensive).
Short-term solution: buy and use a FW800 external 1 TB drive, formatted "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)", and using Aperture relocate the Masters of all images older than 30 days to that drive. (Be sure to change your back-up strategy to include this new drive; you may need a second new drive.)

I am trying to sync my itunes with my ipod, but when I get to step 3 of syncing, it stops. Also, I deleted all the songs on my ipod, and when I go to my music in my ipod the songs are all still there and in a grey color and I'm not able to select them. How do I completely clear my ipod music, and how can I solve the syncing problem?
Sync works the same way it always has, connect the device, select the content desired to sync and sync.
All the media should be in iTunes already, iDevices are not and have never been backup devices.
If this is a new computer, move the content from the old computer to the new computer. -
Not able to create, deleted user again in OIM
Hi,
As part of our porcess we susped the user on the next day of his/her last working day. And after 20 days we are deleting that user from OIM.
Now the deleted user again re-hire into the organization. So we need to re-create the user in OIM.
But we are unable to create the user in OIM 11g. And it is showing error as "user already exist".
Then we found there is an entry for this user in OIM repository as usr_status as deleted. And also we are not able to see this user in the OIM admin console even there is an entry in repository.
Please help us how to solve this issue in creating the identity in OIM.

SivaIf you want to re-create a deleted user with the same user id then you need to set the re-use id property to true and also drop the unique key contraint from the USR table.

Not able to delete emails from Shared mailbox
Hello Team,
I have a mailbox which is shared. User A is having access on that mailbox.
I have added That mailbox as additional Mailbox. when i click on delete button or right click delete i am not able to delete that messages and from any folder.
I have configured User A profile on multiple system and in each and every system i am not able to delete emails
I am using O365 business plan and my Outlook is professional plus with latest update
I removed the mailbox which is shared and added that account as Multi Ex so i am able to delete it
I am running scripts in background so i dont want to add that mailbox as Multi Ex(By going into account settings and adding new email with credentials)
I have given full access to User A on that mailbox on the portal. I removed the access and then re added the access and then also i am not able to delete emails
I have tried safe mode
I have tried online mode
I have tried cached mode
I have tried Right clicking folder for example Inbox and given User A as owner permission from outlook.
I have done the same method of giving permission from OWA
If i open Mailbox in OWA by logging in Using User A and then clicking another user's mailbox and opening mailbox which is shared and i am able to delete emails there.Exchange doesn't do that. POP3 is a single mailbox client mail retrieval protocol, not a mail transport protocol.
Any attempt to use it as a mail transport protocol is a great big kludge.
Exchange is designed to connect to the Internet using SMTP.
Small Business Server includes a POP mail puller, but I don't recommend it because, again, it's a great big kludge.

Not able to delete some of the pages in subpage
Hi,
I am not able to delete some of the subpages in a pagegroup and it gives the following error mentioned below can any one shed some light so that it can be fixed.
the error that surprised me during the page deletion is
Internal error (WWC-00006)

Path ID does not exist. (WWC-50001)
this is the same problem with some of the pages is the same page group but a different set of subpages.
My portal version is 10.1.2.0.2 (Build: 150).

Vijay.Only photos taken with the iPad, copied onto it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites etc can be deleted directly on the iPad. Photos that were synced from your computer are deleted by moving/removing/de-selecting them from where they were synced from on your computer and then re-syncing.

I have changed my Apple ID name and I want to change it on iCloud, however I am not able to delete the previous account because I need to turn off the Find my iPhone - and for that I need to log in with the old name and that is not working. Help anyone?

Is it possible for deleting all the apps from the appstore which are showing up in the apps not on my phone section. Before I was able to delete them from itunes but now I am not able to find that option.

The 'x' might not show on their top left corner (it might be invisible), but clicking where it should be should hide the app. -
