Nvidia doesn't exist in /proc/modules

After running pacman -Syu (I should have blocked the nvidia & nvidia-utils packages from upgrading...), X won't start with nvidia and resolution only goes to 800x600 in vesa.
So I tried going to a completely minimal xorg.conf file with the bare minimums in order to rebuild my settings. I am getting this error:
ERROR: Module nvidia does not exist in /proc/modules
In order to use the new nvidia module, exit Xserver and unload it manually.
Xserver isn't running, as I am sitting on the command line, so not sure where to go from here.
Here is my output of pacman -Qs nvidia:

I am using a GeForce 420Go on my old laptop, so it uses the old 96xx driver. This was working perfectly before the package upgrade.

Ctrl+Alt+F1 to get to a console. If that doesn't work, which seems likely, then do a hard reboot and add 3 to the end of your kernel command line in GRUB. (If you start a login manager via DAEMONS in rc.conf, you'll need to add 1 or S to the command line instead).

I compiled kernel with grsecurity from AUR. everything goes fine, and my system boot with a new kernel.
Only thing i have a problem with, is nvidia module.
I'm tried to makepkg nvidia with ABS way, but i get errors:

you have to reboot after installing nvidia because the > 2.6.34 kernel has nouveau and is using the card.

Funcition module EXIT_SAPLMR1M_004 doesn't exists in ECC 6.0

Actually we have a critical business process validation in
EXIT_SAPLMR1M_004 (include ZXM08U34) corresponding to enhancement
LMR1M001, but in ECC 6.0 this user exit doesn't exists and can't be
created because system send the following message:

/dev/sda1 doesn't exist

Hello,
Whenever I try to mount my flash drive I use this command:
#mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/usb
For some reason, it says now that /dev/sda1 doesn't exist.
I think my flash drive itself is dead but it's not inserted when the computer starts so I don't know why the device isn't in /dev.
I'm currently at school so I can't give the exact error. Tell me if you need the output of any command.

I do have other things in the usb ports. They're a brother printer and a wireless mouse piece. Here is the output of dmesg:

Adding T-code to Role Area Menu which doesn't exist in box

We are using a SAP system called QIM which has "jumplink" functionality, which is a web based linked (NWBC) which will launch you into a ERP system transaction when clicked. For example, in QIM we will display a outbound delivery, and if we click on the link it launches VL03N from the ERP system and displays as web UI.
In PFCG under area menu, this transaction code appears under the menu, but VL03N doesn't actually existing in the system... The issue is we created a custom object for inbound delivery and we need ot add it under this area, but when we attempt to add a transaction code under the Role Area, the system says the t-code doesn't exist... Even when we try this with an existing t-code showing in the menu (Vl03N) it says it doesnt exist. Same if we look at the authorization object S_TCODE. These t-codes exist in here, but when you try to readd them they system says it doesn't exist.
Please find the attachments with some screen shots... Any idea how we can do this?

You can create a role menu as remote enabled remote menu.
The authority checks will happen on the remote side, also against objects which don't exist in the calling system as the music is on the other side.
On the RFC client system side, you only need the parameter transaction to start the remote transaction in the remote system.
See the documentation on SYST function module ABAP4_CALL_TRANSACTION.
This is however a rather antiquated technology... it is more popular to use a SAP Portal or webdynpro applications for this sort of thing (the user does not notice the difference) or later versions of such integration such as Fiori UIs or imbedded links within the Business Client.
I don't want to lean out the window too far, but the buggy phase of these new things is approaching an end and they are usable if you are on newer releases. Then you can pool the menu and use APIs for navigation and no more irritating S_TCODE checks.

Material doesn't exist in warehouse

Hello All,
I am encountering the subjected error "Material doesn't exist in warehouse"
Scenario:
STO with SD module,STO creation,Delivery creation,PGI and Post GR
While receipting the stock with MVT 101 some stock posted to Loss/gain account with MVT 943,This happened in year 2003.
Subsequently this stock ended in Stock in transit(Decimals).
The material type is BULK,And No WM view at all.
2005 WM was implemented.
Problem/Issue:
Now after 8 years the Stock in transit stock needs to be reversed or physical/book stock cleared from the inventory,I tried
my own permutaions and combinations.
Irrespective of anything ,The result is error "Material doesn't exist in warehouse".
Analysis:
Is this error due to WM implemented after the stock in transit stock created.
My help requested for:If anybody has encountered a similar situation,Could u plse help me out.

ur guess might be correct, it is because of WM implimentaition.
Warehouse no. will be assigned to plant and storage location combination.
So the stock which u r reversing to the Storage location which might be assigned to a warehouse number. But the material is not warehouse managed. So it throws an error and does not allow for reversal.
One solution may be u need to mainatin the material for warehouse, first check the plant and SL wr ur reversing the stock assigned to which warehouse no. and the same warehosue no. u maintain in material master for that material and try reversing the stock in transit.

FM: RSDRO_READ_ODS_OLAP doesn't exists

Hi Experts,
We are Rampup Customer with SP7.
We are using a Function module RSDRO_READ_ODS_OLAP in one of the customized program. This FM doesn't exists in 2004s BI.
I found FM name in the Object Navigator (SE80)in Package RSDD under RSDRO_REPORT, When I double click on FM RSDRO_READ_ODS_OLAP it says FM doesn't exist.
Can anyone Suggest me, what is the status of this FM.
Is that Under development ? Obsolete or any alternate solution for this.

Hi Swamy,
this function has vanished in 7.0. This is simply the risk that you take if you use internal calls.
I suggest that you look at the RSDRI_INFOPROV_READ. It is documented albeit also an SAP-internal API. However, it is more likely to remain stable.
If you are looking for a stable BAPI then consider the OLAP BAPI.

[Solved] Root device doesn't exist

EDIT SOLVED: Booted from a arch-core CD and did a;
mv /etc/mkinitcpio.conf.pacnew /etc/mkinitcpio.conf
pacman -U /var/cache/pacman/pkg/kernel26-2.6.25-4-1-i686.pkg.tar.gz
Seems like a had a configuration error in my old mkinitcpio.conf file and kernel install failed.
.. But should it install when the kernel install failes?

I have the same issue with kernel26-lts-2.6.32.41-1.
Recent Arch updates made my favourite operating system of the worst kind: flashplugin freezez in 5 seconds, mozilla gets some freezes as well,
copying files from one drive to another takes like 1.5h and many more weird things including some frequent performance abuses by the processes.
I see Arch behaves like old Microshit products. Sad thing but I move to more stable distro very soon, because I have enough of fixing bugs 3 times a week, to make my Arch usable again. Before like 6 months ago updated were less frequent and surprises were once a month not twice a week. Outrageous.
Perhaps Arch crew is overrun by the Apple guys, to compromise this distro, to encourage people to buy Apple products instead of using faulty Windowses or from day to day more troublesome Linuxes.
Going to the point.
So in response I wanted give LTS a try, but it drops me to recovery console (ramfs) saying that "Root device doesn't exist"

Error message "Address doesn't exist "

Dear Experts,
In ME23n, when i give some purchase order and click on ADDRESS tab it is giving the error message as "'Address doesn't exist 51457447 4601225079"", And when i check the address in ADRC table for the same vendor via ADRNR number it is providing the address
And also it displays the address in the smartform preview.
But same is not populated in the ADDRESS tab.

I once had exactly the same problem and message. It turned out that the error message was misleading..
In my case, a (custom) function module was returning an exception WITHOUT specifying a message. Subsequently the calling program also returned an exception, and simply reported the last message sitting in the SYST structure.
I recommend you set a breakpoint on the MESSAGE statement when debugging.

ENTRY_NEU doesn't exist in program /SMB40/FM06P

We are getting the above error when trying to print the PO. The log says ENTRY_NEU doesn't exist in program /SMB40/FM06P. There is short dump for CALL_FUNCTION_PARM_MISSING.
We are doing an upgrade and this has occured as part of the upgrade. PRD on the old system is fine, but the new system gives this error and All the config, is correct and the same.

if this is full sap standard program, ask sap support. Note that the 2 messages are not directly related (one is for a missing subroutine, the other is for a mandatory parameter in a function module that is not passed in the CALL FUNCTION). Maybe you use best practices of the wrong release or something like that...

BP Role CBih10 doesn't exist for transaction CBHR11

I'm temporarily looking after EHS modules and I'm getting an error message saying "BP role CBiH10 doesn't exist" when using transaction CBHR11 or CBiHt1
I look at the config and the CBIH10 does exits in the Business partner role table.
Any ideas what I should look for?

Something really odd is going on. In your first screen shot, I noticed that the Applications folder does not have the proper icon displayed in the side bar. Also, in the title bar it lists it as Applications 08-59-29-909.
Not sure where it's picking up that odd name, unless it's because it's still truly within the Trash folder.
Try this. In the Finder > Preferences > General > turn on "Always open folders in a new window". (I have a feeling you have the default setting with this off).
Now, in Finder > Go > move down and open the Applications Folder from there. Now open the folder where you see all your applications that you show in your screen shot, select all, and move them to this true appliactions folder.
This is what you should properly seeing (but with different apps listed):
See how the Applications folder has the icon of the letter A shaped with a pencil, ruler & pen.

How to deauthorize a computer , that doesn't exist anymore?

I unisnstalled windows , and for some reason when i inserted my ipod to the freshly installed windows+itunes , and logged on my account , iTunes said , that its a new computer and asked me to authorize it , and so i did.
My question is: how can i deauthorize my old version of windows , that doesn't exist anymore?
I also have another question in this topic : When i want to buy items from itunes from a new device , it asks for my bank card number , and takes 1-2 dollars from it. Is this ok?

I'm not sure what you mean by this. What "items"? If you are referring to music, videos or movies, you get only one download per purchase, so if you buy the items again, whether from another device or the same one, yes, you will be charged again. Only apps allow redownloading without additional charge.
