Officejet 4260 Cant get a claim code, which I need to set up ePrint, enrol for ink deliveries etc. When I press the wireless connection button on the control panel, nothing happens..so I can go no further. I have printed off a Wireless test results which states ''No problems found''

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that during the process to setup ePrint and a HP Connected account, the Web Services button will not load anything on the screen of the printer.
Since you have a Wireless Test Report printer, which states no problems found, I would like to offer an alternative method to setup ePrint.
Open up a web browser on your computer, type the I.P address from the test report in the address bar and hit Enter. A screen should load for the printer. Click Web Services. From here, you will be able to access the same information that is on the front panel of the printer.

Cant get my MAC code

I am trying to change my broadband from AOL to BT and need to get a MAC code from AOL to complete the transfer. The AOL account is registered in my ex-husbands name and he cannot be contacted (its a long story !) and AOL need certain information that I do not have before they will release the MAC code. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can break this stalemate ?

A "tag" is placed against your line details, which prevents BT from providing service. Once AOL ceases the service, this "tag" should be removed. You can then order service from BT.
Delays can occur if this "tag" is not removed. The MAC process was introduced to try to make things run more smoothly, but it does not always work out that way.

I cant get my access code !!

Always when i type my number and click no code , it appears for me :
" An error has occurred during the Viber activiation process.
Make sure you entered the correct phone number . To enter a new number click here "
and iam sure from my number ,,
and if i change the sim .. i will get an access code and when i type it ,, tells me inncorrect !! :/

Cant get an area code

When i go to choose an area code, i go to click on U.K as im from the North of Ireland but there is none of N.Ireland counties in it so i change to the Republic of Ireland and it still doesnt have the county which i live in.

Unfortunately, Skype Numbers are not available everywhere, but do check back from time to time

Can't get claim code?

We have many devices connected to eprint through our HP laserjet 1102w, but our chromebooks will not connect.
We are trying to recover our eprint email address and/or claim code to try to connect the two chromebooks to the printer...but the directions on hp support are circular -
1. In one instance they ask you to type in the IP address and do the following, but those options are not there on that screen, the IP address works fine.....:but there is nothing "WEB SERVICES" there to enable or disable.
On your computer, open a Web browser, type the IP address into the address line, and then press Enter. The HP Embedded Web Server (EWS) opens.
NOTE:Type the IP address exactly as it displays on the configuration report, for example, 192.168.X.XXX.
I got a security certificate error. What do I do?
In the EWS, click the HP Web Services tab.
If Web Services is enabled, click Print Information Sheet. An information sheet prints that has your claim code.
If Web Services is not enabled, click Enable. An information sheet prints that has your claim code.
2. Other HP support says the eprint address of our printer will be on the configuration sheet the printer spits out - and it is not.
3. There are also directions about customizing your eprint email address....but when you follow their directions there is no such screen/option to do so.
Any idea how to get the claim code? recover the eprint address? and/or connect a chromebook to this model of printer?

Welcome to the HP forum.
When you get the security certificate error, you should proceed ahead. It will advise you against this.
You are attempting to get inside your printer, not to a website. This is why the 'websites' certificate gives an error.
Once you proceed and reach the EWS, look for the web services tab. If you do not have one you will need to update the printers firmware.

I can't print out my claim code for my HPDeskjet 2540 All-In-One printer.

So i have been trying to get the claim code for my printer for the past hour and i seem to not be able to get the code. I want to set up my printer with eprint but in order for me to be abe to get theoption i got to input the claim, which i cant print or get any where. I have tried calling HP cloud service and waited for like 20mins just for them to tell me to call back tomorrow. If any one can help me in showing me how to get the code will be reatly appriciated. Thanks.

Given your printer has a claim code, please ue the following method:
Option one: If you see an ePrint buttonOn the printer control panel, press the ePrint ( ) button to open the Web Services menu.
If Web Services is enabled , touch Print Info . An information sheet prints that has your claim code.
If Web Services is not enabled , touch OK to accept the terms of service, and then touch OK to accept the update. An information sheet prints that has your claim code.
Option two: If you see a Setup iconOn the printer control panel, touch Setup ( ), and then touch Web Services Settings .
If Web Services is enabled , touch Print Info . An information sheet prints that has your claim code.
If Web Services is not enabled , touch Continue , touch Yes to accept the terms of service, touch Yes to accept the update, and then touch Print Info . An information sheet prints that has your claim code.

Please use the following options to get its claim code:
Option one: If you see an ePrint button or iconOn the printer control panel, press the ePrint ( ) button or icon to open the Web Services menu.
If Web Services is enabled , touch Print or Print Info . An information sheet prints that has your claim code.
If Web Services is not enabled , either touch Yes to enable Web Services, Yes again for auto updates, and then touch the ePrint button again. Or, touch Enable Web Services , and then touch OK . An information sheet prints that has your claim code.

How do I find claim code to access printables on HP Connected?

I have an HPDJ2540 and had it for a while. I have only just discovered the HP Connected site where you can get print outs for colouring, recipes etc and they look like they would come in handy for my and my family.I have looked through the forums and it keeps saying that HPDJ2540 can't have a claim code because they don't have ePrint.I have installed ePrint on my laptop and it has printed out a test page but there is no claim code on there.It says the print processor is Winprint but on previous test pages when just printing normally it says 'this is a web services printer'.I tried the IP address in the address bar but there is no web services tab on there or on any of the pages.If I can't get a claim code then how can I access the printables on HP Connected? I really would like to be able to access the printables. If I can't access because of my printer then will someone in HP be sorting this out as it seems alot of people use the HPDJ2540 and a 'it doesn't work on that printer' really isn't acceptable.Thank you in advance.

Your Mac won't have an IP address, at least not a valid IP, until you actually connect it to your home LAN. Not sure why you think you need the IP, you don't.
To connect to your home WiFi you need to know the SSID name, IE the name of your home WiFi, and the password for it. Once you have those two things click the little antenna looking icon on the right side of the menu bar and select your home WiFi name and click connect. A dialog box will pop up asking for the password, type in the password and click OK/Connect/Whatever.

Claim Code for HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545

I am having a very difficult time getting a claim code for my new Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545. I have tried printing all pages that I can and none have a code. Could someone please point me in the right direction. I have spent over 2 hours working on this so far. Thanks in advance for your help.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I gather that you would like to learn how to setup the ePrint feature of the Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 printer.
This printer does not support HP’s ePrint feature so there won’t be a claim code. I have included the Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 Printer Specification for reference.

You didn't indicate which HP printer you have so the information I have will be general in nature. I have including the document on how to get your printer claim code as I suspect yours has probably expired. I have asked the Moderator to remove your claim code in the topic thread. After getting a claim code you'll want to setup your printer's ePrint email address. I've also included a document on how to do that.

Thank you both for joining the HP Support community. I understand that you require the claim code for your Officejet 4630.
To get the printer claim code for your printer you need to enable web services. The instructions on how to do this can be found in your user guide on page 60, in the section titled "To print using HP ePrint". Now that you have your printer claim code, please follow the steps in the document about customizing the printer's email address.

Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times.

I can't get my printer to print out the claim code. HP7520-e All in one

Whenever I press the web icon on my printer, it gives me the printers email address, but there is no place to press to get it to print out a claim code.

I can't get my HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One to print out the claim code, either. I have had problems ever since they switched from ePrintCenter to HP Connected.
This is my second HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One, the first one quit printing and they said I would have to buy a new Printhead Assembly ($73.30), and throw away my partially used ink cartridges and buy new ones ($104 to replace my 5 HP 564XL High Yield Original Ink Cartridges!) It made more sense to buy whole a new printer for $200!

Since you have been able to get the printer’s web services information sheet, that tells me the printer already has a wireless connection and is able to communicate with the HP servers.
If you meant that you are unable to print from your computer to the printer wirelessly, have you already installed the full feature software and drivers? If not please follow the steps for your operating system in the Installing the Printer Software for a Wireless Network Connection document. If you have already installed the full feature driver with a USB cable, there are steps in the same document on how to switch from the USB cable connection to a wireless connection.
If you have already done the installation and are still unable to print wirelessly please follow the steps for your operating system in the Print Jobs are Stuck in the Print Queue document. If have are using a Windows based operating system please Try the HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows. You can always download the HP PSDr from hp.com/go/tools.
If you were trying to use the claim code on HP ePrintCenter or HP Connected and it isn’t working please use the Getting the Printer Claim Code document. It has a section titled “What if my printer claim code doesn’t work?”.
If I haven’t understood please post back and let me know. In that post can you please provide the following information:
Please confirm whether the printer is connected by a USB cable or connected wirelessly?
Are you able to make a copy?
If you used the Print and Scan Doctor mentioned above, at what step did it give you an error message? What did the error message say?
Is the printer plugged directly into a wall outlet?
What operating system are you using on your computer?
If you are trying to print from a mobile device, is it an Android or an Apple device?
Is it only one program that you are unable to print from?
