One new vendor created not replicated in SRM from ECC .why

Hi all
once in a moon vendor replication wont happen for certain new vendor so we edit xk02 and next vendor sync job it will be available in SRM but this time i hammered a vendor many times still not pulled into SRM . other new vendors created fine.
any restriction stopped you any clue is appreciated.
I can pull it in different way.but i want why some times sync job failED TO TRANSFER long name vendor more than 38

I am also facing similar kind of issue. where Vendor get updated in the BUT000 but not get updated in BBPM_BUT_FRG0061.
When i am running the MDS_LOD_COCKPIt. It is showing me Error Message as BP number Already Exist.
Kindly Suggest me Process, how to update the Table BBPM_BUT_FRG0061.

Sales data not replicated for materials from ECC

Hello Experts,
When creating a meterial in ECC, the same gets replicated to CRM 7, but the data maintained in the sales tabs of ECC is not getting replicated to the CRM material master Sales & Distribution tab.
I have already maintained the corresponding ECC sales org in CRM sales org, in Tx PPOMA_CRM, and also other attributes.

Hi Vicky,
Before trying to download Material from ECC, one has to transfer customizing objects (e.g., Basis Components, Organizational Management (for example, transferred the sales offices), Sales and Distribution (for example, transferred the product groups))
Then one has to map the ECC sales office data with CRM org structure.
Please recheck if you have done all the prerequisite steps to download material in the following help link:

Why is one time vendors created

Why is one time vendors created ?What is the use?How is it different from other vendors?

One time vendors may be created for requesting quotations.- i.e RFQ, the use is u will be able to track to which vendors u have requestedd the quotations, u will be able to maintain the quotations and also compare the quotations.
There may be several more reasons depending on the business needs. The above said is such one scenario.

R/3 Material description not replicating in SRM CC-Hubwoo

I have an issue with the material description,
I dont have much knowlodge in EBP and im new to SRM.
Material description in R/3 and CC-Hubwoo are not matching.

In SRM, use Transaction SM30
Go to Table - COMCHIERARCHY_
Amend the setting so that the following is checked:
Transfer 60 Character Description
This will now ensure that the 60 character material group description is replicated to SRM.
The OSS note (455949) SAP has given us long back works around CRM customizing path.
*To access it in SRM use SM30 on COMCHIERARCHY to use long description instead of short one.*_
Use
In R/3 system - T023T has short description (20 char) and long description ( 60 char ).
The description in SRM COMM_CATEGORYT has 80 char length.

SUS user data not replicated to SRM

In service SRMSUS in the SUS system, we have user w/ role SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_VENDOR.
When this user modifies his own user data such as name/email/time zone, the change in user data is NOT replicated to the SRM system. The SRM user data still contains the original user information.
I believe user data update is done via a RFC call, and not XI. I've checked for security auth object and there are no authorization issues.
Are there any additional configs we're missing?
We're on SRM 4.0 / SAPKIBKS10 / SAPKB64019

you need to maintain the system details where the changed data needs to be replicated at the following customizing in SUS
1) Transaction SPRO --->
2) Path ---> Supplier Relationship Management ---> Supplier Self Services --->
Master Data --->Maintain Systems For Synchronization of User Data
( check help available with the customizing for more details ).
3) Maintain New Entry for the external systems ---> this should be your SRM system and then use the following data .
F. Mod.: Create User BAPI_USER_CREATE
F. Mod.: Change User BAPI_USER_CHANGE
F. Mod.: Delete User BAPI_USER_DELETE
4) save data
5) once you hav done this , when you make changes , data will be synchrozed with SRM

New JCo is not replicated in other instances

Hi Experts,
there are 4 j2ee instances in our product system. 1 CI and 1 DI in one server, 2 DI in the other server.
after created a new JCo via web dispatcher, I found that the JCo is in undefined status in 2 instances.
why?
all instances are using the same SLD.

normally, when created a JCO in one instance, the other instances will be synchronized.
but now the jco is not replicated in 2 DI.
then i create the same jco in these DI, it throws a exception as follow

Vendors are not replicated

Hi Everyone,
I am working on SRM 7.0 - ECC 6.0 landscape with Classic Scenario. When I try to replicate vendors with BBPGETVD only 2 vendors got replicated out of 288. Now when I try to replicate them again I receive a message saying "All backend descriptions are already assigned in the system". I had seen this message earlier when you try to replicate vendors that are already replicated. So I tried to use BBPUPDVD to see if I can update and get the missing vendors. However, when I get to the second screen I see that only those 2 vendors that has been replicated are considered to be updated and the remaining 286 vendor are given in a list as missing vendors.
Can you please help me to understand why these vendors are not getting replicated? Can it be that they have missing information so SRM do not consider them for replication?

Error repliacting vendors
Yes, just make sure that the external range in SRM starts with your lowest vendor number in ECC and ends with the highest possible number.
There will only be 1 range in SRM but it must cover all 5 ranges in ECC.
Just make sure your internal range in SRM does not overlap with any of your vendors in ECC or you will have major problems. I like to give SRM a very high range for internal business partners, then you can use most of the numbers for your external ranges to match ECC.

Confirmation posted in SAP not replicated to SRM

Hi All,
We are having Extended Classic Scenario here. For a PO created in SRM, user has posted goods receipt in back end system(R/3) in the month of december 2013 but yet system has not replicated that as a confirmation in SRM. I ran BBP_GET_STATUS_2 where it shows "1 shopping cart item has been excluded ( due to ext.po status)", but sytem replciates successfully for other PO's. I ran Clean_ReqReq_up also, but no use.
What may be the reason? please clarify.

Hi Prasanth,
Please check the status of PO if the GR is posted without any errors. If it has posted successfully, then run BBP_GET_STATUS_2 with only this shopping cart detail. If it has not replicated again. please check the error messages in RZ20 as it could also be related to posting periods or other errors.

HR Org structure delta changes not replicating to SRM

Dear All,
We recently found out for some unknown reason new HR postions and users and HR org structure re-assignments are not replicating down into our SRM org strucure.
We have implemented SRM 4 on Server 5.5. The HR system is running on ECC4.
Does anybody have an idea what is causing this and how to fix this?
We need to get delta replication working in our production environmemt ASAP.

From your post I assume that you already transferred initial organization structures from HR. Is that correct?
Update will use the same filters and number ranges that you have for initial load. As for attributes, I am checking that also, but do not think that you will loose it.

Vendor replication in SRM from ECC

Hi,
We have a requirement for replication of email address for vendor from ECC to SRM.
The email addresses are stored in ECC on the vendor master (XK03 transaction).The e-mail can have multiple email addresses where Vendor Master team specifies EFT in the “notes”.
Now for all the email addresses if notes section of email address has any value like *EFT* this email address for the Vendor in SRM should not be replicated, it means for Vendor in SRM email address should show blank value.
Please share your ideas how to proceed for this solution.

Hi,
The standard replication of vendors is done through tcode BBPGETVD (program BBP_VENDOR_GET_DATA).
This program is for the initial replication of vendors. Afterwards, BBP_VENDOR_SYNC will be batched for new vendors/updates to vendors.
Email address is in table ADR6 (by address# ADRC). You can get the ADRC# by Vendor # in table LFA1.

New SSD will not boot internally, only from USB.

I'm trying to install a 480gb Crucial m500 SSD in my late 2011 13 inch macbook pro (i5 2.4 ghz). I can connect the ssd via usb and format/partition/erase/clone it however I want. Once it is cloned from my current HD, I can boot from the ssd while it is still connected via the USB port. If I replace the internal HD with the ssd and attempt to power on the mac, I receive a white screen with a flashing question mark inside of a folder icon.
I am running Mavericks and I have erased and cloned the ssd using both super duper and carbon copy cloner. The ssd is formatted as Mac OS Extended (Journaled). I am seeing this problem on the Crucial forums where users update the firmware, replace the drive, etc, but the issue persists. Crucial is stating "I would also recommend contacting Apple about this issue as I personally don't think it's a fault with the SSD." I don't know if you've tried this before, but maybe worth a shot before you try a different brand SSD.
Try installing the SSD internally and then boot from a USB installer of Mavericks. If you don't have one you can use DiskMaker X 3.0.3 which will use the Install OS X Mavericks.app file within the /Applications folder. After creating a USB installer, boot from it and use Disk Utility to format Mac OS Internal (Journaled) and GUID partition table. Install Mavericks to the SSD. I don't know if your SSD is ever seen once it's installed internally.
If the above doesn't work, then I would send it back for a refund to Crucial. I have used Samsung 840 Pro/EVO Series SSDs and Intel 520 Series SSDs without any issues. I think Intel has the 530 Series now.

Material replicated in SRM from R/3 cannot be searched in SRM portal

Hello Experts,
We are in SRM 7.0 classic scenario.
We are facing an issue as described below:-
We replicated material number from backend R/3 sytem into SRM using transaction R3AC1 and we can see the material number in the table comm_product.
But the problem is that when we try to search for the material number in the portal,we are unable to search it
We checked the material number in backend R/3 system in table MARA & MARC and we find that, the material is maintained correctly in R/3 system.
Can you all experts,plz help us understand why this is happening and how this can be resolved?

Tax calculation in SRM from ECC

Hello All
Our requirement is to validate the ship to address entered by an user in SRM shopping cart.
We thought about activating tax calculation in SRM ( by making a call to ECC) , so that the address will be automatically checked & return an error if Tax jurisdiction is not found.
However it turns out that in ECC , the tax jurisdiction is not unique for a given address.
For each address ECC returns two Tax jurisdictions ( One for Out of City & One for in City).
Is there a way to influence ECC and make it always select one of the found Tax jurisdictions.
Is there any other means of checking that the SHip to address is correct ??

Our Users should enter the correct combination of City , Zip code, Region and Country when entering
their own ad-hoc addresses in shopping carts.
If Tax calculation is enabled then this is taken care of ,as any wrong combination returns the error " Tax Jurisdiction not found".
However as I mentioned earlier our FICO is set up peculiarly in ECC.
For most Zip code, city and county combinations , there are two tax jurisdictions ( one for in city and one for out of city).
So when SRM calls , ECC can't decide which Tax Jurisdiction to return and hence always returns the error.
I researched on this and no SRM BADI seems relevant. Is there any ECC user exit or any other way??

Condition records not generated in CRM from ECC

Hi all,
I have downloaded objects DNL_CUST_CNDALL, DNL_CUST_CND , DNL_CUST_PRC, from ECC to CRM successfully.
I got all the condition types, access sequence and tables.including CUSXXX tables.
I have also got few condition records for condition types SAPXXX . I am not able to get the condition records for the CUSXXX tables.
Suggest me how to proceed further.

No entries have been transferred from R/3 to CRM for one of the following reasons:
1. The R/3 condition table does not contain any entries.
2. The maintenance authorization has been transferred to CRM. This means that data in the R/3 condition table can no longer be downloaded from R/3.

Error message CND_MAP 312
Procedure
If this maintenance authorization has been transferred to CRM in error, this can be transferred back in exceptional circumstances so that a data download from R/3 is possible.

Document Flow not updated in CRM from ECC

Hi Experts,
We are having a scenario where we are creating Service Orders in CRM, which in turn creates a meterial reservation document in ECC for the spare part items. However, the material reservation number is not getting updated in the document flow of the service order in CRM. We are using CRM7.0. Any suggestions anyone?
