HR Org structure delta changes not replicating to SRM

Dear All,
We recently found out for some unknown reason new HR postions and users and HR org structure re-assignments are not replicating down into our SRM org strucure.
We have implemented SRM 4 on Server 5.5. The HR system is running on ECC4.
Does anybody have an idea what is causing this and how to fix this?
We need to get delta replication working in our production environmemt ASAP.

ECC 4.0, is that R/3 4.7 ex 2.00?
From your post I assume that you already transferred initial organization structures from HR. Is that correct?
Update will use the same filters and number ranges that you have for initial load. As for attributes, I am checking that also, but do not think that you will loose it.

PNP org structure restriction does not follow dates?

Hi all,
I've a PNP report, in which I use the pop up org structure (org unit) restriction in attempt to restrict the Employees retrieved by GET PERNR.
Running the report, I notice that GET PERNR picks up employees who are no longer in the Org Units that I selected as restrictions). In debug mode I tried manually changnig the dates of pnpbegda, pnpendda, pnpbegps, pnpendps, pn-begda, pn-endda, pn-begps, pn-endps ..... but it was still retrieving employees that were no longer in the selected Org Unit.

1) Is there a pnp date that the Org Unit restrcition follows which I am not aware of?
2) I cannot rememebr the difference between pnp***** and pn-***** dates, can someone refresh my mind?
I am currently thinking of using the following code to perform this function manually ( but I'm hoping for to use PNP to achieve the Org Units restriction to dates automatically)
GET pernr.
rp-provide-from-last p0001 space PNPBEGDA PNPENDDA.
CHECK p0001-ORGEH in PNPOBJID.
(PNPOBJID is similar to type rsrange and contains the Org Units restrictions as selected in the selection screen)

There is no much difference is the usage. Only difference that i have found so far is PNP* fields are fields coming from the selection screen for PNP LDB ( ... you can get all the selection screen details for PNP from include DBPNPSEL ) ... But the variables PN-* are the one's which are declared and used during the processing.
This variables i.e. PN-* will hold the dates for Begin Date and End Date when user chooses the option "Today", "Current Month", "Current Year" and so on ... But PNPBEGA and PNPENDDA will hold the date values when user enters some date in screen fields for "Date Selection Period".
So, it is better to always use PN-* variables as they will have the right dates based on the radio button choosen.

R/3 Material description not replicating in SRM CC-Hubwoo

In SRM, use Transaction SM30
Go to Table - COMCHIERARCHY_
Amend the setting so that the following is checked:
Transfer 60 Character Description
This will now ensure that the 60 character material group description is replicated to SRM.
The OSS note (455949) SAP has given us long back works around CRM customizing path.
*To access it in SRM use SM30 on COMCHIERARCHY to use long description instead of short one.*_
Use
In R/3 system - T023T has short description (20 char) and long description ( 60 char ).
The description in SRM COMM_CATEGORYT has 80 char length.

SUS user data not replicated to SRM

In service SRMSUS in the SUS system, we have user w/ role SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_VENDOR.
When this user modifies his own user data such as name/email/time zone, the change in user data is NOT replicated to the SRM system. The SRM user data still contains the original user information.
I believe user data update is done via a RFC call, and not XI. I've checked for security auth object and there are no authorization issues.
Are there any additional configs we're missing?
We're on SRM 4.0 / SAPKIBKS10 / SAPKB64019

you need to maintain the system details where the changed data needs to be replicated at the following customizing in SUS
1) Transaction SPRO --->
2) Path ---> Supplier Relationship Management ---> Supplier Self Services --->
Master Data --->Maintain Systems For Synchronization of User Data
( check help available with the customizing for more details ).
3) Maintain New Entry for the external systems ---> this should be your SRM system and then use the following data .
F. Mod.: Create User BAPI_USER_CREATE
F. Mod.: Change User BAPI_USER_CHANGE
F. Mod.: Delete User BAPI_USER_DELETE
4) save data
5) once you hav done this , when you make changes , data will be synchrozed with SRM

HR Org Structure into an existing manaully created SRM Org structure

Hi,
SRM 5.0, Classic Scenario
1) SRM Org. structure exists and users are using it for Company Code A.
2) Now I have to replicate the HR data from R/3
3) Can I create a NEW root node and replicate the HR data from R/3 (including Company code A users.....this group of users will be using this NEW structure later) ?
Is it possible ?

Hi All,
We are having Extended Classic Scenario here. For a PO created in SRM, user has posted goods receipt in back end system(R/3) in the month of december 2013 but yet system has not replicated that as a confirmation in SRM. I ran BBP_GET_STATUS_2 where it shows "1 shopping cart item has been excluded ( due to ext.po status)", but sytem replciates successfully for other PO's. I ran Clean_ReqReq_up also, but no use.
What may be the reason? please clarify.

Hi Prasanth,
Please check the status of PO if the GR is posted without any errors. If it has posted successfully, then run BBP_GET_STATUS_2 with only this shopping cart detail. If it has not replicated again. please check the error messages in RZ20 as it could also be related to posting periods or other errors.

One new vendor created not replicated in SRM from ECC .why

Hi all
once in a moon vendor replication wont happen for certain new vendor so we edit xk02 and next vendor sync job it will be available in SRM but this time i hammered a vendor many times still not pulled into SRM . other new vendors created fine.
any restriction stopped you any clue is appreciated.
I can pull it in different way.but i want why some times sync job failED TO TRANSFER long name vendor more than 38

I am also facing similar kind of issue. where Vendor get updated in the BUT000 but not get updated in BBPM_BUT_FRG0061.
When i am running the MDS_LOD_COCKPIt. It is showing me Error Message as BP number Already Exist.
Kindly Suggest me Process, how to update the Table BBPM_BUT_FRG0061.

AD changes not replicating when I move a DC to the correct site

I have created a site in AD Sites and Services for our branch office. However, when i place the RWDC in the correct site replication stops. New user accounts and changes made to that DC do not replicate back to us.
I am pretty sure there is not a firewall issue because everything works fine when the site is moved back to the same site with the other two domain controllers. However, my goal is to make sure that users authenticate to the geographically closest
DC.
There is a site-link created between the two sites.
The correct subnet (a /20) is assigned to the site.
I ran the AD Replication Status Tool with no errors, but when i create a test user on the branch office DC it does not replicate back over to the other DC's.
Any tips on what i should look for/try next?

To initiate the replication the local_DC and target_DC use the below command,
repadmin /showreps target_DC_name

All items in ECC not replicated in SRM

Hi friends,
Currently we are working on SRM 5.5 as an addon to ECC 6.0.When we set up the SRM development system there were a few materials in ECC.We used the transaction MDS_LOAD_Cockpit to replicate first the material types,then the material groups and finally the materials.But it was observed that some materials dint get replicated.Later on whatever materials we have created in ECC are getting replicated automatically since we have scheduled some programs.
When i did try to manually replicate those materials using transaction MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT it was giving me an error " Base category not assigned to product" but we already have the material gropus replicated.How do i replicate those materials in SRM now.

Hi Pawan,
Check for the filter settings for material in SRM using R3AC1 & R3AC3 T.codes and then replicate the material using R3AS T.code (Initial upload) / R3AC4 for delta upload.
Also check all the tables required to be maintained for Master data replication in both R/3 & SRM.
CRMCONSUM, CRMSUBTAB, CRMRFCPAR, CRMPAROLTP in R/3 & SMOFPARSFA in SRM.
The problem looks to be with filter settings for material as the other materials are getting replicated. Please check all the settings for master data replication carefully.

Changes not reflecting in SRM screen

Hi,
As per my requirement, I have to add a custom field in the SRM Url..Shopping cart (Ship-to address subscreen) . Hence I have added the field in the program (saplbbp_sc_ui_its) in the screen 310 and added the code in the corresponding HTML template(saplbbp_sc_ui_its_310)..in ITS---- BBPSC01
But still the changes are not reflecting in the SRM URL screen.
Please anyone suggest me do I need to do any more adjustments/changes other than these, as I am very much new to this.
Can anyone suggest me the steps to perform and get the above results.

Business Partner ID in Org structure Not generated

Hi,
when i am creating a New Department(Org.unit) in My Org Structure ,system is not generating a Bussiness partner ID number.
If system is not generating the number will there be any problem if i move ahead.

As you said BP will be generated successfully for the dept if you fill the all address correctly .otherwise not. so request you fill all address data include mail also and save and see bp would have cretaed. mail if you dont get BP.

Org Structure changes ..!!!

Hi all ,
At present we have designed Zones as Plants i.e ( West Zone = 1000 , North Zone = 1001 , East Zone = 1002 & South Zone = 1003 ) and also created Purchase organization as per Plant wise ( i.e 4 Zone = 4 Purchase org )
Now company org structure has changed to Subzones i.e West Main Zone having 2-3 Subzones like W1 ,W2, W3 and same for all the main Zones..
How we can design the system for Subzones which is assigned to Main zones
( Wether we need to create Subzone as Plant if so how we can assign to Main zone ( a present defined as plant )

Problem in delta changes from ECC to CRM for Customers created in CRM systm

Dear all,
I am replicating customers between CRM and ECC and vice versa. The Delta changes are replicating from CRM to ECC system, but not happening from ECC to CRM system.
I have created some customers in CRM system and changed some address data, those changes are perfectly updating in back end ECC system.
But when I make some changes for the same customer from ECC system, those changes are not updating back in the CRM system.
I could not get the problem where exactly is coming. I request your expertise to help me in resolving this issue. I believe all middleware and pide settings are correct.

Thank you very much for your prompt response, I have checked Customer_main adapter object in R3AC1, no filter has been found there.
and in R3 table TBE31, I could not find entry for CRS_CUSTOMER_COLLECT_DATA for APPLK = BC-MID.
As well in CRMRFCPAR table I could see X assigned to field named with 'In Queue Flag', but I could not find DISCARDDAT for CRM (User) settings.
Kinldy help me to resolve the issue.

Repliation of Ecc Org Structure

Question -1
I am new to SRM and I would like to know how purchase org and purchase group are replicated from ECC.
I can able to maintain backend ECC organization data in SRM organization structure but not sure whether these data are replicated.
Is it replicated through CRM Middleware (Customizing objects), If so what is the adapters used?
Question -2
Is GL accounts are replicated from backend ECC and maintained in SRM config or GL accounts manually maintained in SRM under
"Define GL accounts for product category and account assignment category" ?

Question -1
Ans - P.Org & P.Grp are not replicated from ECC systems. Instead they are created as a normal Organizational node in the Org. Structure and then under the "Functions" tab, if the node is a CC/P.Org/P.Grp the corresponding checkbox is selected and the corresponding Organizational value is maintained by updating the relevant backend ECC system.
Question -2
Ans - G/L's are maintained manually in SRM system and that too independently in each system (DEV, QA, PROD).
They are maintained in the configuration path:
SPRO -> SRM -> Cross Application Basic Settings -> Account Determination -> Maintain G/L Account Data.
In this, G/L Accounts are maintained against the combination of:
- Product Category
- Logical System
- Account Assignment Category

R/3 material number not replicated in COMM_PRODUCT and COMMPR01 in SRM

Hi SRM experts,
We have a problem when SRM user tries to raise order against Product A. He encountered an error "Incomplete items on Catalog, only complete Items transferred". Upon looking at COMM_PRODUCT table and COMMPR01 (product maintenance) in SRM, this Product A is not existing. What could be the reason why this product was not replicated in SRM? Among materials w/c belong to same Product Category are all exist in table except for this specific material. This, however, is existing in MARA and not flagged for deletion. I have checked the SMQ2 in SRM and no queues found.
Need your expert advice.
