One Time Only charges in SD-SA and Sales Orders

Hi,
We have a requirement to provide a header surcharge condition in sales order / scheduling agreement for one time only charges. This basically required to throw a lump sum charge on order and charge the customer. User would enter the pricing condition manually whenever required and then once this is entered the full value of condition should be charged on the next invoice that is created, after adding the pricing condition on order.
The challenges that we are facing are:
1. Once the pricing condition is entered on order/SA, standard system would keep on condition in all the subesquent invoices.
2. The amount charged is prorated based on the quantity billed.
3. Any subsequent change of quantity in order results in recalcuation of condition value based on the quantity and might lead to a situation where amount would exceed the actual intended charge.
1. Is there a way to restrict order pricing condition to be copied on to one specific billing document. Once it has been charge should not be charged again on any of subsequent invoices.
2. Whenever the condition is passed to invoice, should be passed with full value.
3. Subsequent changes to order quantity (due to new del. schedule or order change) should not trigger the recalculation of this header condition.
Adding condition in delivery or invoice directly would easily meet the requirement but due to some limitation we have to add the condition at order only.
Can anyone suggest how to approach this problem technically? Is there any enhancement possiblity. Can we create some base value formula/condition value formula to override SAP standard behaviour.
Any help in this regard is highly appreciated. Points guaranteed for helpful replies.

  • I have an epson xp600 and a mac book pro. Wireless printing is OK if I'm lucky for one time only then a 'failed to connect' message so I have to delete and re add the printer to get it working again (but just once!) then the same occurs. Why?

I have an epson xp600 and a mac book pro. Wireless printing is OK if I'm lucky for one time only then a 'failed to connect' message so I have to delete and re add the printer to get it working again (but just once!) then the same occurs. Why?

I am not certain this will fix your problem but I suggest you assign the printer a static IP address.
Using the printer's front panel, select Menu > Network > WLAN > TCP/IP > Boot method, and change it to "static". Provide a static IP address that is on your LAN's subnet.
For example, if you are using an AirPort Extreme, you might give it an IP address of 10.0.1.100. If you are using a Netgear or Linksys router that defaults to issuing 192.168.x.x addresses, you might give it an address of 192.168.1.100. That way, the printer will always "reside at the same address" on your network. If your router has the ability, you should reserve that address so that the router does not attempt to assign it to another DHCP device.
Then, go to System Preferences > Print & Scan, and delete your existing printer with the "–" (minus) button. Add it again, using the "+" (plus) button. In the window that appears, select the IP pane, and from the Protocol menu select "Line Printer Daemon (LPD)". In the Address field type the IP address you gave your printer.
If all goes well the "Pring Using" field will detect the printer at that address and automatically select the appropriate driver. You will see something similar to the following screenshot ("name" can be whatever you decide, and "location" is optional):
Click Add, then you can close System Preferences.
There are other possible reasons your printer is "not responding" which could include wireless interference from competing wireless networks, but try this "static IP" method first. It should mitigate the problem.

  • Macbook Pro shut down because the battery power ran out. Now I cannot start it and the battery will not charge. Only one green battery charge light lights up and blinks.

My Macbook Pro shut down because the battery power ran out. Now I cannot start it and the battery will not charge. Only one green battery charge light lights up and blinks on the left side. I am running Lion. How do I get this to charge and turn on? Thanks

If your model Macbook Pro is the calibrating model, let the battery calibrate.
If not, and are still under warrant or have Apple Care, give them a call and get a case number.  Otherwise, take the computer to an Apple store or an AASP.  Whichever is more convenient for you.

  • Difference between creating one-time-only procedures and regular procedures

I understand the definition of one-time-only procedures but when I look at the code examples, I do not see any differences. Can you shed some light on this for me? Thanks!

Are you talking about the initialization block of a package?
If so, that is a PL/SQL block that only exists in a package body, not in a procedure. The syntax within the initialization block is no different than the syntax within a procedure, function, anonymous PL/SQL block, or any other PL/SQL block.

  • One time charge for an Item in sales order

    Hi:
The situation we have is that when a order comes in for a part, we need to have a one time charge (installation charge per say). Any subsequent orders for the same part by that customer should not include that charge.
I can certainly code in user exit (add item to XVBAP when condition is met). Is there a way to do this via configuration?.
    Appreciate your help.
    Thanks.

I don't think so. The only thing that comes to my mind is a manual condition type that you will assign to the first sales order and not to the subsequent ones. Now the question, whether you choose this approach or a programmatic approach, is how will you determine whether this is the first or subsequent order. Also, if the first order has that item, but was subsequently cancelled or returned, how will you manage that? Imagine going through VBAK and VBAP, every time the customer places the order to figure out if there is an existing order!! After a couple of years, you may be doing archiving of the documents. How will you determine if your customer previously placed an order but was archived or didn't place the order.
One solution that comes to my mind is a Z table which stores customer number, material number, sales order number and item number. This needs to be updated everytime a sales order is created or changed. Then you can decide if there was a previous order simply querying this database. It can be added as a requirement for pricing to go this table to check for the existance of a previous order and then include or don't include the condition type(for one time installation charge) depending on the result.
Please reward and close if this response helped you and solved your problem.

  • One-time only procedures

My one-time only procedures (i.e. those defined at the bottom of
a package body and not a part of any other procecures/functions)
seem to run more than once. My understanding is that they should
only run once upon instantiation but they run each time the
package is called. Am I doing something wrong? Is there some
server process that recompiles packages on the fly?
    Thx.

Ooops. never answer a question before the second coffee of the
    day.
Yes, I should have said that the initialisation segment is run
once for each session. if you run a procedure, log out, log
back in and run it again then the initialisation segment is
    executed again.
so my advice was correct even if my explanation was muddled.

  • Missing an element of One Time Vendor Address on F110 remittance and proposal

    Hi All,
I have an interesting issue with one-time vendors on our F110 Run.
For some reason, one line of the address is dropped. If I look at the document produced by F110 in FBL1N I can see the full address on the document detail as below
If I look at the resulting output remittance or the proposal I see that the line with "SA" has been dropped and I think the "CITY" value used instead.
As you can see there is a gap in the "payment to" where the full stop exists.
Can someone point me to the code or config where I can configure what elements of the one time vendor appear on the output and proposal. Normal vendors don't seem to be affected by this, but I wonder if our teams maintain the master data differently in these cases.
    many thanks

Are you using DME file for output  then You need to define there which field they want to use .

Assuming you mean that you performed the repair yourself, it would seem that you either obtained a defective screen or you did some sort of damage when you replaced the screen. You can try asking for assistance on ifixit.com, a site dedicate to those attempting their own repairs, or you can take the iPad to a shop and pay them to try to correct the problem for you. Apple will no longer touch your iPad now that you've attempted your own repairs.

  • How to get COUNT of  Invoice No and  Sales Order No from Multiprovider

    Hello Guys,
I have a scenario like below. I have 2 info cubes (1) Billing Item Info cube (2) Sales Order Item Infocube which stores Item level data in infocube. I created Multiprovider for these Sales Order Item Cube and Billing Item Info cube.
Now in My Multiprovider, Invoice No and Sales Order No gets repeated no of times because one Invoice and One order will have no of Materials. I have a requirement to count Total No of Billing Document and Total No of Sales Document for a Day in the BEx Report. I was thinking to use COUNT function but if Sales Document or Billing Document gets repeated then it will count those records which i don't want. correct me if i am wrong.
How to get Total no of Billing Document and Total no of Sales Document from a Multiprovider where i have Item level data is stored ?

    Hi,
Count can be achieved as per the following document. Create for Billing Doc and Sales Doc separately.

  • Prod. order and sales order order link-MTS sceanrio

    Hi dudes,
My client is using both MTO and MTS scenarios,
to customize a report in costing they want link between production order and sales order. Its readily available in MTO sceanrio but in in Make-to-Stock scenario how to get this link.
Please if any enhancement or some other way to get it..
    thanks in advance...
    Robert.

    Robert,
I will assume that you have already informed your client that this report is nonsense (Make to Stock by definition cannot be linked reliably to a Sales order).  Oh well, the client is always right!
Make sure you include in your solution
    1.  How does he want to account for the business scenario where one production order ends up supporting more than one sales doc (and yes, it will happen).
    2.  How does he want to account for the business scenario where a production order is received to support Safety Stock (might not happen if he doesn't use SS)
    3.  How does he want to account for the business scenario where a production order is received to support a forecast, but there is not yet any sales doc (might not happen if he doesn't use forecasting)?
    4.  How does he want to account for the business scenario where the production order is received into stock, and the sales department decides to use the stock for a different sales order?
Item 4 would only be an issue if the report is run prior to the sales order being shipped.

  • Would like solution for Copy Control Between Quotation and Sales Order

    Hi Expert,
My customer requirement are the following topic:
    1. need condition type (item) to input FIX AMOUNT in Quotation

    =item#1 quantity 20 PC
       =condition#1 fix amount 100 USD
    ================================ copy Quotation to SO
    SO#1
    =item#1 quantity 2 PC
=condition#1 fix amount 100 USD <-----  full copy and not depend on quantity
But on my setting I get Sales Order 2 PC with condition#1 10 USD ....

    Thank you very much,
for my customer requirement for this condition is handing charge.
This handing charge is agreement between my customer and thier customer to keep fix amount per sales order.
such as 1 quotations per item has handing charge 100 usd per 10 TON product
if thier customer would like to split delivery (open sales order) 10 times, they have to earn 100 usd / 10 times.
so this is the meaning for this condition.
    so
    QUO#1
    item#1
    - mat A 10 TON (handing charge 100 USD per 1 sales order)
    - mat B 20 TON (handing charge 20 USD per 1 sales order)
--> copy to sales order 1
    SO#1
    item#1
    - mat A 2 TON (handing charge 100 USD per 1 sales order)
    - mat B 1 TON (handing charge 20 USD per 1 sales order)
--> copy to sales order 2
    SO#2
    item#1
    - mat A 8 TON (handing charge 100 USD per 1 sales order)
    - mat B 19 TON (handing charge 20 USD per 1 sales order)
    some thing like that's
    many thank expert
please carry on advise me thanks

  • Displaying stock and sales orders for aggregated product in Product View

    Hello,
We have successfully created an SNP aggregated planning scenario which uses CTM to plan purchase requisitions and planned orders at the aggregated product level.  The disaggregation to the sub-product level is working as well.
    We have one issue.
We would like to be able to use the Product View (SAPAPO/RRP3) to view the sales order and stock information for both the aggregated products and the sub-products.
Currently, the sub-products (which are the materials in the stock and sales orders functions in ECC) show the disaggregated planned orders and purchase Reqs, and the sales order and stock information in the Product View.
The aggregated-products (which aren't included in the ECC sales order and stock functions), only show the aggregated planned orders and purchase Reqs.
Is there a Product View configuration which will show the aggregated stock and sales orders in the aggregated product view?
thanks in advance for any comments and/or assistance.
    Sarah

    Hi Sarah,
The Product view configuration is available under customisation menu under the below path.
spro > sap guide > APO > supply planning > PPDS > settings for order view/product view
Under this, you can configure your customised product view structure.

  • Link between Delivery and Sales Order Schedule Line

    Hi Gurus,
I have a requirement in which i need to display quantity and amount at schedule line level and also the delivery and delivery item for each schedule line.
For example, if there is a sales order O1 and item 10 for which we have 3 schedule lines and 3 deliveries as well say D1, D2 and D3.
Report should be something like this
Sales Order    Item   Schedule Line    Delivery    Del Item   Confirmed Order Qty
    O1                 10      1                       D1           10            5
    O1                 10       2                      D2            10            5
    O1                 10       3                      D3            10            4
How can i determine that a particular delivery corresponds to which schedule line of that saler order-item?
We have the link between delivery and sales order but is there any way that we can get the link of delivery at schedule line level?
    Please help.
    Regards,
    Gaurav

    Hi,
I suppose you must check with SD functional consultant and the post should also be in the logistics SD forum and not BI. But I suppose there is know specific link between the schedule line of SO to the Delivery. It is more like a bucket flow for ex.
Sale order   Item    Schedule line  qty
    SO1            Item1     Sch1            10
    SO2            Item1      Sch2           10
    Delivery Item QTy
    DO1       IT1   15
    DO2       IT1    5
In this case qty 15 is distributed over both SO1 and SO2, and SO2 ITem1 Sch2 has link to both the DOs
So I am not sure if you can establish a one to one link, please check with your SD consultants.

  • Report for Pegging for  forecast and sales order consumption(pegging)

    Hi ,
Plaese help to create a report for the below
Requirement is there to have a showing Forecast (Number) and Sales order (Number) pegging Report
Means like to which forecast number the sales order number is consumed
    Regards
    Kiran

I have tested this on ASCP and I am agree with you. I am pasting one para from document...
"Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP and Supply Chain Planning calculates the ATP quantity of an item for each day of planned production by adding planned production during the period (planned orders and scheduled receipts) to the quantity on hand, and then subtracting all committed demand for the period (sales orders, component demand from planned orders, discrete jobs, and repetitive schedules).
Note: Committed demand does not include forecasted demand or manually entered master demand schedule entries. Also, the amount available during each period is not cumulative. Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP and Supply Chain Planning does not consider ATP quantities from prior periods as supply in future periods. "
    Thanks and Regards,
