One way Sync , ie Trigger Sync In and Sync Out separately.

Question

Hi All,
I understand when we click on the link Sync(which is there in the top right corner of the client loged in page)
the data will come from server's OutQueue and data from client will be uploaded to server's InQueue.
Is there any standard link or option to
to do only Sync In(upload the client data to server)
to do only Sync Out (download the data from server).
I am looking for controlling the In and out separately.
If not what is the other workaround to do the same.
