Order price unit(MEBPR) in table WAKP fetched fom which other table or tcod

Hi Experts,
In one of my article in wak12, we observed that sales unit(mebme) and order unit(mebpr)  are coming different.
     They both should be same.
I debugged and found that oredr unit and sales unit are fetched from standard table WAKP.
Coudl you please guide me from where purchase order unit(MEBPR)  is been read/fetched and inserted into
     WAKP table.

Hi,
do the following code.
data : kbetr like konv-kbetr.
select single * from vbap where vbeln = orderno.
if sy-subrc eq 0.
select * from vbap where vbeln  =  vbak-vbeln.
select single * from konv where KNUMV = vbak-knumv and
                                              kposn = vbap-posnr and
                                              kschl = dis_type.
kbetr  =  konv-kbetr / 100.
endif.
endif.

Treatment at the time of "Goods Receipt" so that the stock maintained in Kg and at the same time the purcahse order unit is also to be entered at the time of GR.

the purchase requisition has your valuation, this is not the price you have with your vendor.
The valuation in the PR, is automatically copied from material master, dependend on the price control, it is either the moving average or the standard price, the valuation of your current stock. If MAP then this valuation was calculated by historic stock values and receipts from maybe several vendors.
the valuation is mainly used for the release procedure.

  • MIGO Error- Order Unit & Order Price Unit

    Hi,
I have a material whose base UOM is EA & alternate UOM is KG.(Conversion is maintained in the Material Master).
I have created a PO for this material with order unit as EA & order price unit as KG.
Now,when I try to do the GR using MIGO,I get the following error message:
"Quantities cannot be converted for the the Material".
i.e, the system is not able to do the conversion between EA & KG.
How to resolve this issue? Please advise.
    Thanks,
    Kaveri

    Hi Mallinath,
I had tried a similar thing with another material & it was working fine.
To summarise my problem once again, please see the below data maintained by me:
    MMR-
    Base UOM in EA
Alternate UOM in KG (25 KG = 1EA)
    PO-
    Order unit in EA
    Order price unit in KG
With the above settings,MIGO is giving me the error:
Quantities cannot be converted for the material.
    Please advise.

I hide Price in Me22n, when we do this, system hide the "Numerator for Conversion of Order Price Unit into Order Unit",  but i want show this field on screen.
This field is : in Me22n -> view "Quantites/Weights "->"Order Unit <-> Ord. Price Unit".
    How  do i  for this?

    Hi Paul,
The field for Denominator for Conv. of Order Price Unit into Order Unit is MEPO1311-BPUMN and for Numerator it is MEPO1311-BPUMZ. Try hiding only the Denominator field using Loop at Screen. <CODE> ENDLOOP and see.
Hope that it helps. Reward if useful.

  • Order Price unit (OPU) in Purchase Order

    Hi,
The behaviour of the order price unit (OPU)in the SAP purchase order is unpredictable, Sometimes after the creation of the PO is cannot be changed and sometimes it is changeable. Kindly elaborate what factors influence the changeability of order price (OPU) unit in the PO.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Mohit

    HI,
In the purchase order, it is possible to specify an order price unit (OPUn) as well as the order unit (OUn). The order price unit is valid in connection with the  net price and is the basis used when valuating the goods receipt and verifying the invoice. You therefore need to enter the delivered quantity in both units of measure when the goods are received (OUn and OPUn).
Example: You order frozen geese, 10 pieces at the price of 5 euros per kg. In the purchase order, you assume that one goose has an average weight of 4 kg (order value 40 kg * 5 euros). During the goods receipt, you determine that 10 geese
weigh a total of 45 kg. For the valuation of the goods receipt and the invoice verification, there is an amount of 45 kg * 5 euros for the 10 geese.
So, after GR, system will not allowed for change OUn.

  • Message no. M8420 - Order price quantity leads to incorrect PO history

    Hi,
Unable to cancell the invoice, the detail scenario is as below.
Converison factor maintain in the PO is:
73set Quantity = 1 lot which is Order price unit.
PO is rasied for 1 lot.
    GR deatil is as below:
first Gr is done for 1 set qunantity = 0.014 lot Opu
Second Gr is done for 1 Set quantity = 0.014 lot OPu
third  Gr is done for 71 Set quantity = 0.973 lot OPu
Now if you some the total then it is coming like as below:
GR is done for 73 set quantity = 1.001 lot (it should be 1 lot)
but due to round up the system is taking 0.013 = 0.14
and 0.972 = 0.973 and finally we have .001 more lot in GR quantity.
    Invoice detail is as below:
first IV is done for 1 set quantity = 0.014 lot
Second IV is done for 72 set quantity = 1.008 lot
third IV  is done for 0.100set (.001lot )  which is the extra amount in GR..
finally the GR amount 73 set and total invoice is 73.100 which is not same.
Now the user want to cancell the third invoice doucment and
get the below error meassge:Order price quantity leads to incorrect PO history
    Message No:M8420
Please note that for first and second IV the payment is already done which cannot
    be cancell.
Please let me know how to cancell the third IV and how to match the Quantity/Value in GR and IV
    Thanks and Regards

    Hi Guru,
Please inform if SAP have transaction which can show the list of our open
order complete with price unit of material.

i think to get price per unit with the open PO you have to develop an customized report so contact your ABAP team with your requirement and develop a customized report.

  • Trying to download orders with unit price detail

I'd like to download orders with unit price, number of units, and line item total charge without the sales tax applied.  The itemization is in the order emails, but I seem to only be able to get a line item total including tax in an export file.  I'd have to know the unit price and do the math in order to import these orders into our Great Plains system.  That sounds like it's going to generate errors in tax withholding as prices change.
Can I get unit price, subtotal, and tax broken out in an export file?
    Thanks
    Marty

    Hi Marty,
Unfortunately the system is limited to what the report generator provides at this stage.  I'm afraid this would need to be a wishlist/enhancement request in this case.
    Kind regards,

  • Report, tcode, list or anything that contained a price unit

    HI,
Is there any report, tcode, list or anything that contained a price unit (price unit in sales order) beside VA01, VA02 & VA03 (standard SAP) ?
    Thanks & Best Regards,
    Saiful arif

    Dear Saiful arif
Go to V/LD, input 28 in Pricing Report and execute.  There remove the From Date range and execute.  You will get all condition types for a given customer.
On the other hand, if you want to see all pricing conditions from sale orders, go to SE16, input table KONV and execute.
    thanks

Have you activate version management at your end for PO,i think this will help you to track changes of PO for qty, price etc.

  • Read Sales Order Price with Pricing Date (PRSDT)

    Hello ABAP Gurus,
I have once requirements and is, I need to extract sales order prices with a given Pricing Date (PRSDT).
Could you please tell me if these is Function Module or BAPI that I can use?
    Regards,
    Murali

Maintain a condition record for Rs.10/- with a validity date (only as an example) as 1st March'14 to 15th March'14.  Another condition record for Rs.15/- with validity date as 16th March'14 to 31st March'14.
Now create a sale order for 500 nos. with one line item and change the pricing date as 15th March'14.  Similarly, create another line item for the same material with 500 nos. and here, change the pricing date as 16th March'14 at line item level.  By doing so, system would fetch the pricing in billing accordingly.
I told as per my knowledge System will bring old price only for reserved stock if you want to apply new price for reserved stock just 411 e return the stock from reservation and now create sales order
    i hope this right
Your understanding is incorrect.  System will never validate pricing based on age of the stocked material but based on validity period what you maintain in condition record.

  • Purchase requsition and Purchase order Price Changes

    Hi All,
When purchase requsition(XXXXXXXX) is converted in to a purchase order through ME 59N(YYYYYYYYYY),after converting in to a purchase order i will change the purchase order price to a new value.
How can i track the price changes for a purchase order that is converted from a purchase requsition.(i know i can see the changes to a PO,under item changes for PO)
Is this data is stored in any table?
    with regards,
    Amogh

    Hi,
this change is not captured, because the price is being changed at the point of the PO creation and so there will be no record in the header or item changes option (the system does not see anything as being changed because this is a creation of a new PO).
The price from the requisition is merely a suggestion and it is not meant to be a purchase price anyway (it is designed to be used to value the requisition for the  release strategy).
I know that you can configure the system to pass this req "price" to the PO, but it is not the same price and so you will not find the type of controls that you would expect.
In many cases a simple ABAP is written that reads POs that have a reference requisition and the ABAP compares the prices and reports on those that exceed a tolerance (either hard coded in the program or held on a new table in SAP).
None of this is standard SAP but it is something that many people create to handle the situation where the user enters the requisition at a deliberately low value to get it through the release strategy.

  • SQL Query : Order By issue with HUGE Table

    Hello friends,
I have been through a terrible issue with order by. I would appreciate your help. Please let me know, your input for my case:
=> if i run select query it returns result quick in some milliseconds. (sql dev. fetches 50 rows at a time)
=> if i run select query with where condition and column (say A) in where condition is even indexed and i have order by and that order by column (say B) is also indexed.
    Now, here is the issue:
    1. if no. of rows with that where condition can filter yielding small result set then order by works fine .. 1-5 sec which is good.
2.*if no. of rows with that where condition can filter yielding Large result set, say more than 50,000 then with order by then the wait time is exponential.... i have even waited 10+ mins to get the result back for 120,000 records.*
Is order by takes that long for 100K records ... i think something else if wrong... your pointer will really be helpful... i am very new to sql and even newer for large table case.
I am using SQL Developer Version 2.1.1.64
and Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.7.0 - 64bit Production
    Thank you so much.

Yes you are correct, but my concentration was on order by thing, so it will do full scan of table so i was putting that ... and was also wondering if millions of record in table should not be a issue...???
