Origin of departure country in delivery document (EIKP-ALAND)

Hi,
Like to know the origin of departure country at the header of delivery document (EIKP-ALAND) . Number of foreign trade data (EIKP-EXNUM) gets generated for export deliveries . Is the country of shipping point influences the field EIKP-ALAND.
Thanks in advance.
With regards,
Mrinal

Hi,
During the processing of delivery it refers the table TVST- ALAND.
TVST - table of Organizational Unit: Shipping Points.
ALAND- Departure country (country from which the goods are sent)
The major tables for Export Data are:Departure country (country from which the goods are sent)
Hope this clarifies teh doubt.

  • User Exit - Include for delivery document?

Can anyone please tell me the user exit / include details that control creation / mofiication of outbound delivery document
I need to figure out a solution to create a split delivery if the country of origin of material is different in the stock
Say, if the SD order line item requires 76 units, and the stock has 50 units from one country and 26 from another, then it should result in split deliveries - each with line item of a unique country of origin

    SM,
If the origin country is different (say US for line item 1 for Qty 75, and GB for line item 2, qty 25 wouldn't you have different plants & shipping points for each line item?
Scenario: At the time the sales order is created, there are 100 on a single line all for the same country (because as you say, it is not known during Order create). Then, when it comes time to create the delivery, you know that 75 come from US and 25 from GB. So, reduce qty on line item to 75 (US plant & Shipping Point), and create a new line item for 25 (GB Plant & shipping point). Then, your copy routines from Sales Order to Delivery would force you to split between different deliveries.
A sales order can have different shipping points - one for each line, but the delivery holds the shipping point at the header, so you cannot mix them.

  • Delivery document is still open even already invoiced

Good day! Could anyone help me on this?
    Here is the scenario:
A new delivery document was created based in sales order. The delivery undergoes to approval procedure and then approved.
Upon posting of the delivery doc and after past few days, sales return was requested. So, sales return was processed and successfully posted based in that delivery doc, but later that day another sales return was requested and did same procedure (successful).
Two sales return was created based in that delivery doc and both SR were 'closed' while the delivery doc is still open, now to close that DR an invoice doc is required. Invoice was made base again in that DR and successfully posted. Expectedly, the DR should close but apparently it doesn't close. Why is that? Or did I miss something that would close that DR?
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Nagesh,
Yes your right, all marketing docs undergone with approval procedure are all saved as Draft until it was approved by the approver and then posted by the originator and that is the only time DR or any marketing docs should be called as official/posted transaction.
Going back to my scenario, what I mentioned was approved and posted meaning the transaction was officially saved and undergone with the normal module flow SO->DR->SR->SI.
And my concern was focused on why DR is still open even already invoiced.
Correct me if I'm wrong, DR will still remain 'Open' only if the item total qty was not yet invoiced. For example:
    DR1              QTY            Amount
    Item 1             10              100
    SI
    Item 1              8                80
    Thanks,
    Rhod

  • Cancel of Cancelled Delivery document

    Dear Gurus
How to reverse the cancelled document for the Delivery document
Ex: User generated sto document on 30.10.2008. they cancelled the document on 7.11.2008  instead of set date 30.10.08. Now the stock shows on the 7th date. But stock required on 30.10.08. How to do that.

cancelled document for the Delivery document
    What is this?
In a stock transfer you have a Purchase order at the ordering plant and a delivery at the sending plant.
    Which document was cancelled ?
I guess the delivering plant created the delivery and changed the delivery date.
So either both document (STO and delivery) still exists or the delivery was deleted (not cancelled) and the STO has now the delivery date of the deleted delivery instead of the original requested date.
In any case you have to talk to each other. It does not help to insist on Oct. 30 if the vendor (supplying plant) has no material and can earliest deliver to you on Nov. 7.
And based on the outcome, you have to change the schedule line in the PO or do the necessary steps in the delivery

  • Departure country determination for 3rd party sales order

    Hello,
We are creating a 3rd party sales order and using dummy plants and dummy shillping point. we do not have plants abroad activated.
While creating the intercompany billing doc the departure country is not picked up correctly since we have dummy plant and shipping point.
We want the departure country to be same as suppliers country. and we do not know the supplier details at the point of sales order creation.
what can we do to get the correct departure country during intercompany billing?
    Regards,
    Shilpa

You can go through OSS  Note 308989 - Consulting note for cross-company transactions, which provides details on cross-company with 3rd party sales process. Make sure that the delivery plant added in the sales order is assigned to the cross company code.

  • Same invoice number for two delivery documents

    Dear Folks,
We are having the following business flow:
Contract- S.O.- Del- PGI- PI- Excise Invoice- Commercial Invoice
Now The system is generating the same commercial invoice number for two delivery documents.
1.The two deliveries have 40 and 50 MT of materials respectively.
    2. The proforma invoices are separate for both and have quantity 40 an 50 MT respectively. Excise Invoice is also diffrent and of right quantity for both of deliveries.
    3. In one of the delivery (40 MT) it is showing aditionally "Confirmation of service" in document flow.
    4. But while doing commercial invoice the system created a single invoice with quanitity 50 MT ONLY.
    5. In the document flow of both deliveries it is showing the same invoice number.
    Please advice.
    Thanks in advance.
    Raghu

    Hi Raghu
In standard settings, system always tries to combine the deliveries into one invoice if they have same Payer, Billing data, Destination country,Payment Term and same Incoterm.
This is controlled by the routine "001" in the copy control table "Delivery to Billing" (t.code VTFL).
Possibly, in your case, the above criterias are same and routine is "001" in the copy control table.
If you want separate invoice for each delivery, then in the copy control table (t.code VTFL), go to item level and in the field VBRK/VBRP field put routine "003" and save it.
Now, system will create separate invoice for each delivery even if the above criterias are same.

  • Invoice Split due to Tax Departure country and Number of Foreign Trade Data

    Hello Friends,
With all the search I have done, this question was asked and answered a lot previously, but at the same time most of the previous solutions confuse me or didn't help me to solve the issue.
My issue is there is a invoice split for a sales order, yes its Order based Billing.
We had order combinations with two different plants before in the past and had no issues, but this plant is in abroad foreign country.
So I checked VTFA. ( order - billing copy control )
    Header:                                                                                                          Item:
Copy requirment          001   Header/order-related                                 Copying Requiremnets    002   Item / Order related
    Determ.esport data      B                                                                         Data VBRK/VBRP              (Blank)
    Assignment Number     E
    Reference Number       A
The Billing split analysis shows as:
Split due to different header Data:
    Fld Name                                          $000000001                                $000000002
    Export indicator                                                                                   Z
    Tax classification 1 for custo              1                                                0
Number of foreign trade data                                                              0000000667
    Tax Departure Country                       US                                             NL
Please do offer advice and solutions. Thank you.

    Hi
First, use SAP Note 11162 - Invoice split criteria in billing document as a checklist. Check it carefully.
After, subroutine VOFM in Data VBRP/VBRK. Check routine 007 as a template. The idea is populate the field ZURKI (CHAR 40) with a concatenation of strings. Each value is a different invoice. So, if the concatenation is over 40 characters, the do an offsetting of some values. As SAQ MD says, take the help of an ABAPer.
    I hope this helps you

  • Sales header text to be copied to Delivery document(DelThrough the Project)

    Hi,
We are creating sales order, which inturn creates Project in the system (Project System is integrated with Sales).
For creating the delivery usually we use VL01n but
We are creating a delivery document through transaction CNS0 since this delivery comes from Project.
    Now the issue:
When we create the original Sales order, we maintain Shipping Instructions in sales order Header data.
    Now,
when we are creating the delivery process like picking, Packing through VL02n (based on the document number created by CNS0) , we want the text entered in shipping Instructions in Sales order to be copied automatically to delivery header text, "Shipping Instructions". .
Please let us know if someone has faced such an issue and has a solution.

    Hi Narendra,
Transaction code for this is VTLA. In this we can have our own requirements to copy the required information.
We can do this at the header level and also at the item category level also.
    Thanks

  • Unable to capture condition type in delivery document

There are deliveries in production server, for the same destination zone, in which, for some deliveries, the condition Z52L is not determined and for some other deliveries, the condition Z52L is determined although the condition record for its plant with its corresponding destination zone is maintained in VK13.
For example, if we take 2 documents with the same Ship-To-Party, same Plant, and same Destination Zone:
1 delivery document, condition Z52L is properly determined while the other
delivery document, condition Z52L is not determined.
Another good representative example if we take 2 delivery documents with the same Ship-To-Party, same Plant and same destination zone:
1 delivery document, condition Z52L is properly determined while the other
delivery document, condition Z52L is not determined.
But in the analysis pricing of the delivery document, there is no destination zone found but still it captures the condition Z52L by just referring to the transportation zone of the ship to party while the other delivery document cannot able to capture it since there is no maintained condition record for those with blank destination zone in VK13.
Another point that we want to clarify is even the user update the pricing in the delivery document, still the condition was not yet updated even it is already maintained in VK13.
Please help and explain this issue to us.
Thank you in advance. Hoping for your assistance on this matter.
    Reyna Agustin
