Payment Advice created in CM doesnt flow to Liquidy Planner.
Hello,
I am using Cash Management and Liquidity Planner. In Liquidity Planner I have to build Cash Flow to see Forecast and Actual data.
I am using FF63 to post Payment Advices in Cash Management. I would like to see this document posted in Cash Management in the Liquidity Planner Forecast assignment.
If you use SE38 and execute the program RFLQ_Forecast_FIN I cannot see this Payment Advice. Do you know it there is any tool that will allow me to upload this payment advice in Liquidity Planner?

I am a new user from Liquidity Planner and I am having difficult to classify an memo (created by F-47) record to a correct liquidity item (this document is going to BUFFER). Is there any way to classify this automatically, for example, using any type of field?

Payment advice creating residual items within customer tolerance
There are residual items posting on customer accounts when the document number field is populated in the payment advice. When the field is left blank, the item posts to the proper expense account for small balance.

my requirement is i have to send the payment advice created from F110 to respective vendors as mail in Alias name and i am able to send it succes fully with BTE2040. but the client came up with new requirement that we have to save this payment advice form send to vendor in applicattion server in the same format ( i.e., PDF form). i tried searching for any user exit (or) BTE but couldnot get so, can you please give my your suggetion, how to achive this task.1.You can send and save the pdf form in the same BTE EVENT 2040.
2.How to save the PDF-BASED form to application server.
Transaction CG3Z for uploading file to application server
Transaction CG3Y for downloading file from application server
I think you can use BDC to revord CG3Z and then use it in code of BTE2040. -

In SAP when we are creating a credit memo it allows you to assign this credit to a debit.
Once its assigned it created a payment advice with this credit and debit information.
I know how to clear this manually. I use FB05 and enter the payment advice info and its cleared.
But is there any way I can automate the process.
This is not an incoming EDI 820 or any payment. This is just a payment advice created by a credit and debit entry.
Can I use the program RFAVIS40 to clear these? If so how should I define the posting rules.

Rest (uncleared) can be processed via program RFAVIS40.

Posting Partial Payments throught incoming REMADV - Payment Advice

I am trying to post payment differences as partial payments whilst processing incoming payment advices via EDI using IDOC message type REMADV.
In table T076A (auto-clearing with payment advice notes), I have configured the company code with payment advice type "06" and set active the flag for "Partial Payments" (XPPMT), However, whilst processing payment advices through RFAVIS40, the payment differences are still posted as Residual Items - and NOT partial payments.
I need the original invoice item open and not cleared - with residual items the original invoice is cleared.
I have seen SAP note 309952, which states that payment advice notes created manually are processed as standard via residual items in case of payment differences. However, in my case, I am posting payment advices created via an IDOC and are of type "06", therefore I am expecting that they should be processed according to the flag in table T076A...i.e with Partial Payments.
Can anyone help with this issue? Or have experienced something similar and came up with a solution..

Sandip.Hello Shannon, At my current client, we are also having the same requirement i.e. incoming payment advices are posted via EDI 820 in the legacy system. Now we have to start brining these payment advices into SAP... were you able to get your issue resolved.... any help will be great. thanks.

On the initial screen of t-code F-26 (where you put in the posting date, bank account etc) you check on Pmnt advice no. in the "Additiional selections" in the lower right hand corner. On the second screen, (where you put in the customer number) you put in the relevant payment advice no at the bottom.
If you are using t-code F-28, you put the relevant payment advice no in the "pmnt advice no" field in the lower left hand section " Open item selection" . -

The payment advice number can be assigned externally or internally and always begins with the payment advice type. The payment advice types are predefined and have the following meaning:

in fbzp, i do assign standard form F110_IN_AVIS in paying company code and in f110, i assign variant for program RFFOAVIS but no payment advice generated.
may i know where else i need to set so that when run F110, payment advice can be created in spool file. i need to have payment advice created as spool file (i untick print immediately in program RFFOAVIS).
i got message "Program RFFOAVIS: No records selected" in job log. why? but my payment run is successful only no payment advice created.

after that at the time of check printing u can enter document number company code fiscal year payment method check lot number printer forms payment advice printer afteter that from the menu check print (Sh+ F1)

Payment advice sent by e-mail, payment media file to be created before

We have implemented e-mail as a way of sending out the payment advices automatically to suppliers.
Currently we execute the payment run, generate the payment media (which at the same time creates the payment advices and sends them out by e-mail) and then we import the file into our bank system, where payments have to be approved by a finance manager.
We occasionally have the problem that the payments are not approved on the banking system on time - however the payment advices have already be sent by e-mail because the printout program does it at the same time as the payment file is created. Previously, because the payment notes were sent by post, we only sent them out after confirming that the payments had been actually executed in the banking system.
What the finance department is asking for is whether the payment advices can be sent by e-mail only after the payments have been approved at the bank (and for this to happen the payment file has to be generated in a previous step) - Is there any way of achieving this?

For this you will have to do the following.
Frist check with the ABAPer that whether there is any std. Program or function module in the system that can sends mail.
1) With the help of ABAPer create a SAP Script form as per the requirements of Client as Payment Advice.
2) Do the Configuration required for the Correspondence.
3) You will have to develope a Z program or functionmodule to shoot mail as soon as the APP is completed. This you will have to do with the help of ABAper.
4) Last but not the least you wil haveto maintain the email addresses of the vendors in their master record.

FF.D payment request not created, payment advice existing
I use Transaction FF63 memo record to transfer cash from house bank account A with House Bank A to house bank account B at House Bank B.
I clicked on Save account transfer" function. Two advice documents are created (for 1st bank account and for 2nd bank account).
Next step is Payment request creation in transaction FF.D. This program is to convert payment advices into payment requests. The payment advices are shown that were created under FF63, there are no errors but payment requests have not been created?! Any advice?Hello,
Please check if you are trying to create to payment request for one account transfer, it is not allowed to create two payment requests for one account transfer, because double payments could be executed: the sending company code could transfer the money to the receiving company code and the receiving company code could collect the money from the sending company code. If one payment method is found in table T018Z than the we leave the program to avoid a second payment request.

Payment advice note created-F110
Hi All,
I ran F110 prograqm for ACH payment, I see everything is good and I able to create the ACH file.In SP01 when I try to find payment advice, I have only payment summary, accompanying sheet and error log,In Error log it says payment advice note created for the document.But I am not able to see the payment advice.It was working fine earlier.My print variant is for duely selected in F110 print tab.What could be the reason, I dont find the payment advice anywhere?Any help.

In Variant under Print Control if you select Print Payment Advice Notes CheckBox and Print Immediately CheckBox then only payment advices will be generated and you can see in the Spool

How to create payment advice using PMW
Dear experts,
could you please help me with the following problem. The client uses payment medium format, for which following parameters are defined:
Struct. for format parameters - empty
format tree - not defined
event function modules - not defined
text field for reference information - not defined
payment medium without docs. - is set
The goal is to create only payment advice and no file should be created. Payment advice is to be created by program RFFOAVIS_FPAYM. I set " always payment advice" in company code data for payment method. Still REGUH-XAVIS is empty and no records are selected by program RFFOAVIS_FPAYM. Could you please advice, what else should be defined in the customizing for payment method in country and payment medium format in order that payment advice will be created?

Please refer to note 1224437.
"When the payment medium is created, a decision is made in accordance with the above rules as to whether a payment advice note is necessary, and the result is retained for the field XAVIS in the table REGUH (REGUH-XAVIS = 'X'). The report RFFOAVIS_FPAYM evaluates this result.
The number of required payment advice lines is usually produced from the
total of REGUH-RPOST and REGUH-RTEXT."
Kindly follow the instructions explained in note 1224437 to configure your settings to create payment advices.
Please also check that note to payee, by origin, is not maintained in FBZP -> "Payment method in company code settings", this is required.
After correcting your customizing, it should work.

I kind of solved this problem using the expression #{row.bindings.Code.inputValue == null} for disabled property of the button. This worked for me because the code attribute is filled automatically by the database after committing the new row.
Now my question is that is there any solution for the case in which there is no such an attribute (I mean the code attribute mentioned above)?
