Payment disappeared

Hi, I made a debit card payment yesterday via my online account. I received confirmation via email of the payment and then set up a monthly direct debit. I have been on to my account this evening and my balance is now showing as outstanding again and the payment has disappeared from my recent payments and no active direct debit. Has anyone heard of this happening before? The payment was authorised so I don't understand. Will call my bank tomorrow just wondered if anyone knows what might have happened. Thanks!

Manual reconciliation of BP

Hi ,
I have encountered one issue in manual internal BP reconciliation.
One of my users complained that one invoice is reconciliated twice with one payment and now the invoice status is showing as applied amount is double of the invoice amount and balance due is showing in negative of the invoice amount .
I am wondering how it is possible, when we do manual reconciliation it immediately refreshes the screen and the invoice and payment disappears.
Any idea how I can track it.

Go to Business Partners => Inter Reconciliation => Manage Previous Reconciliation.

No it´s under that email that is in the forum. The subscription dissappeard as you didn´t got my last payment, and now I don´t know how to change my credit card info. Can you answer me a question. I clicked on report a problem to see what the page actually said ... and it came up with the details of my last iTunes purchase plus some personal details too. Would you know if this screen automatically throws up the last individual purchase of whoever links to it ... and it is secure.
If this is an abberation would you have a contact link to get immediate attention.

Payment option 'none' disappeared when creating account

When creating a new iTunes account, the option to select no payment option ('none') has disappeared. The only options available are Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
Have tried this on both an iPad an an iPhone and the option is not available.
I've created a number of accounts over the past 2/3 weeks and the option was available then.
Anyone else having this problem or know what we can do about this?

Pay After Delivery disappeared as method of payment with a seller that DOES accept PAD.

I have been using Pay After Delivery for a few months now, especially on Kidizen (an app for buying used baby and kids clothes). Today, I was shopping and went to check out with PayPal and as usual, it showed PAD as my payment method. Before finishing the transaction though, I needed ot double check my cart so I pressed the back button, verified it was all correct, and then went right back to PayPal. However, this time, Pay After Delivery was not showing as my method of payment. I refreshed the app and re-entered PayPal a hundred times to no avail. I tried other websites that accept PAD and for some reason PAD won't show up as my method of payment on any of them. I even went into my PayPal settings to turn off PAD and turn it back on, but again my efforts were futile. Can someone please tell me what is going on and how to fix it?

This is EXACTLY what happened to me, but I was using eBay. Ready to check out, changed shipping method, never even left the page...PAD dissapeared. Awful. How are you supposed to find the best deal and manage your purchases and budget when your payment methods are so messed up. It's obviously not about the item or the seller/store because it has dissapeared like this for both of us. Really unhappy.......

For some reason my attempts to download free apps result in automatically opening a box that require payment info - what's wrong?? I cannot get beyond that point. when i close the box the app-icon also disappeares

Check to be sure that you don't have something that never totally downloaded - look in iTunes and in iBooks as well - not only in the app Store. A stalled or incomplete download in one of the stores can cause problems with downloads in the other stores.
You can try to reset your iTunes account by signing out of the account and then signing back in. Restart the iPad in between signing out and signing in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID-tap the ID and sign out. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in.

Billing address disappears from payment information

I was asked to verify my payment into of iTunes & App Store account while making purchase, but it only shows the Card Number and Security Code, the billing address was not showed up, not even the labels, it was completely gone. And it kept asking me to update "information highlighted in red" which does not exist.
I tried to edit my billing address in iTunes on my computer, but it does not showed up either.

Yes, you are correct. But to create a partner function you have to create a new vendor record and assign it to the original vendor, which does not match you requirement.

Payment proposal list missing bank data from vendor

when we print the payment proposal via F110 Edit>proposa>proposal list
the bank details from the vendor master used to appear, however they have suddenly disappeared we use standard SAP program RFZALI20

Apps disappeared from "Use Cellular Data For" after iOS 8.0.2

Normally, when you go to Settings->Cellular Data, you can see a list of all apps that use data, and you are able to turn cellular data on or off for each app individually.
I had been using this feature since iOS 7 without problem, until I upgraded to iOS 8.0.2.
Now, only "FaceTime" and "Passbook" appear under this list. All other apps, including Mail, Safari, etc. have disappeared.
What's worse, apps for which I had turned cellular data for---such as YouTube---cannot be turned back on, because they have disappeared from this list. Therefore, I am permanently unable to use YouTube without Wifi because of this bug. The same goes for every app for which I had turned off cellular data.
I tried restoring the iPhone (it's an iPhone 5), to no avail.
Does anyone else have this issue, or is it a weird bug with just my phone?

No, I did not solve this problem, and it persists in iOS 8.1.2.
Apple have a reluctance to take bugs affecting smaller groups of users seriously. With regard to this bug, their attitude is that we should just erase our phones and set them up from scratch. This is something I refuse to do.
I did open a new bug about this in the bug tracker (bug #18732898). It hasn't been closed yet, which means at the very least, they have not decided to totally ignore this bug forever. However, don't get your hopes up for a fix.
I have learned to live with it, but it has pushed me closer to choosing Android for my next phone. I am fairly confident that iOS software bugs are far less important to Apple than developing smart watches and payment systems and getting the next "hot" feature out the door.

Recently & for an ongoing time( not daily! But on & off(?) I'm not sure(?) so odd! I've had Apple Iphone4, iPhone 4S( which was having terrible problems!( 2 wks or sp, I took to my local Apple Store( PPMall location. Providence, RI 02903. Just Now I tried to an in app purchase. It tells me to VERIFY my method of payment. I did/ using Our Debit Card tells me to contact U! So I'm crazy with this! Some one stole 2 of my Credit Cards! Bought ITunes Music( or ITunes Prepaid Gift Cards? Card Co who was listed on iTunes acct. are choking now? When I log on to my pc or laptop( Mac) I at least didn't think (?) could be Hacked into?! I was told but I'm not quote sure how a hacker got my cell prob. Until I did last week or 2! The Genius man took the iPad 4( which obtained SOMe Waterx

Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you aren't talking to iTunes Support here.
I don't think that debit cards are accepted anymore, there have been a number of posts recently from people whose debit cards are being declined, and they are not listed on this page as being a valid payment method. In terms of you being charged, then when you add or change the card on your account then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear within a few days or so.

Vendor Address not displayed in Payment list RFZALI20 (F110)

Dear All,
One country users are not able to see the vendor address/bank details in payment list RFZALI20 in F110 transaction. However, this information is displayed when I run the payment list as shown below:
I could find that this information is controlled by the field "Max No. of lines for Address" field on selection screen of program RFZALI20. If I set it to 0, these details disappear for me as well.
User is running the program with a variant which uses 5 No. of lines for address but still doesn't see these details.
Any inputs on the matter will be greatly appreciated.

Payment proposal report

Hi All,
My users want to be able to create a payment proposal, then execute a report of the payment proposal which can be exported nicely to excel.
The reason for this is that they have a budget for the payment so they create a proposal, then block items within the payment run until the payment amount is within the budget. This can be a long winded process when there are many open items. (any alternative ways of doing this would be gratefully received too).
My issue is that I'm trying to put a SQ01 SAP query together using the REGUP table which holds everything i need, but it is a cluster and cannot be used in a query.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we can develop this report?

You are right Phil.
The maximum we can do is to remove or make it blank "Maximum no. of address lines" field. (change from 5 to blank) Then it may little better, as the address will disappear.
I am afraid still we have to do little manual work in excel. Unfortunately, there is no ALV format available on this report.
Alternatively, please copy this program to Z program and add little code to get the ALV file format as a quick win.

The payment program can be broken down into the following steps:
1. Define parameters (Parameters TAB on the F110 screen)- Based on the parameters defined the program picks up the vendor 'open' items to be paid and displays them in the payment proposal. The parameters tell the program the following:
    a. Which company codes you want to include in this payment run (If the AP cleark who is running the program is responsible for only North American companies, he/she will include only those company codes in the payment run)
    b. Which Vendor you want to pay (suppose there are lot of AP clerks in an organization, they can use this to restrict the selection to the vendor for whom they are responsible for payment)
    c. What are the payment methods you want to use to pay these vendors
    d. What is the next date when you will run payment run. Based on this date the program picks up all the items which become due till the next date of payment run, even though those open items are not due today.
2. Free selection TAB - In this TAB you can restrict the 'open' items you want to select. You can use any field in the BSEG table and restrict the selection. For e.g. You can select the field ' Document no.' from BSEG and give a range of documents you want to pay. The program will pick up only those documents for payment.
3. Additional Log TAB - In this TAB you can select the logs you want the system to create if there are any errors or for all items even if there are no errors. If the results of the program is not what you expected, then you can read the log to understand the reason why the program did not select what you wanted.
4. Print/data medium TAB - Here you supply the program variant for all the payment methods you are using. For e.g. in US if you use the 'Check' payment method, then in this TAB you supply the variant for the RFFOUS_C program. If you are using EDI payment method then a variant for the program RFFOEDI1 has to be supplied in this TAB.
5. Status TAB - Once you enter all the information in the above 4 TAB's you will come to the status TAB.
Initial status will be 'No Parameters have been entered'
Before you run the program, the status would be 'Parameters have been defined'.
After you run the proposal the status will change to 'Payment proposal has been created'.
After you run the Payment run the status will change to 'Payment run has been carried out. Posting orders: 10 generated, 10 completed'.
Thus the status tells you in what stage of the Payment program you are in.
Please note that the buttons you see here is dynamic. Based on the status the button will appear or disappear. But all the functionalities which these buttons offer can also be selected using the dropdown list appearing at the top of the screen.
6. After you completed the payment run, you have to print the payment media - If the payment method used is check, you print checks. If it is wire then you create the wire file etc. This is the last step in the payment run.
Important Note: After running the proposal, you should not leave the payment program. Either you should complete the payment run completely , all the way till you print the payment media, or delete the payment proposal.
If you do not delete the proposal, then the vendors in this proposal will not be included in any of the subsequent payment runs.

ACH Payment Process in F110 Program

Hi SAP folks,
I am having a small issue with ACH payment process through F110 Program.
I am using Payment program RFFOUS_T for a payment method " A" for ACH and all variant and other configuration is perfect.
When I execute F110 program, it create DME file for me and let's say I clear one vendor with one invoice only then in DME file I can see record 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 and file is 100% good to transfer to bank.
Now If I have two Invoice for same vendor and I execute the same process, record 7 with is Addendum record disappears and I will have only 1, 5, 6, 8 and 9.
Our requirement is that let's say we need to pay multiple almost 100 invoices per vendor and we would like to have records 1, 5, 6 and 100 7 records which contains all vendor invoice information and 8 & 9.
I am using CCD format but i guess with program RFFOUS_T it doesn't matter too much.
Has anybody face this issue before ? I have spent hell of the time on this issue but haven't resolved this. I would greatly appreciate your response on this.

I think this problem is because of all the payment is grouped as one payment. You need to make a separate payment for each vendor line items so that you get record 7 as many times as the number of vendor open items.
In FBZP, payment method in company code, there is an option where you can select SINGLE PAYMENT FOR MARKED ITEMS and also you need to give the payment method in each of the line items.
